I had a problem with with my subscription under different email addresses. JibJab helped me sort out the difficulties quickly and efficiently. Way to go JibJab!
Not only is JibJab a fun concept and product, but their customer service response to a concern about my account exceeded my expectations. Truly five-star work!
All worked well Friend received animated card in time. Cheap and effective. Efficient and fast. However this time wasting evaluation is irritating. Why 100 characters requirement?
We think these are fun to send to family/friends for various events. Sometimes the selection gets repetitive though:)

A fun site 3 i am not haspoy with points it says per month when you join. But takes a whole year subscription so that's misleading. Also don't like auto renewal. Its my chiice wether or not i choose to continue not JibJabs. I woukd rather there was a cancellation choice in my account settings not to auto renew or cancel subscription.
Don't care for sites the take control of my finance.
So at the end of my subscription. I will not renew and cancel PayPal payments. But the site is easy to use and my dad found his ecard very amusing.
I gave you permissions to charge 1.50 to my card, not 18.00 dollars. Very dishonest. Will never use your application again, and dispute with credit card.

Come on guys, this is 2016, everyone will want to play their videos on their cellphone's... and charging extra for it after getting premium... horrible idea
Unfortunately my phone just was not compatible with the jibjab app. I let the support team know this and received a full refund within the hour. I am surprised and could not ask for anything more from a company thanks guys YOU HANDLE BUSINESS WELL.
There are a lot of fun options to slide your faces into: pictures, music videos, and gifs. There are also some funny gifs and emojis (without the face option). You can take a selfie or use your photo gallery to place the heads. Editing is easy and intuitive with different face shapes: pointy or square jawline, even one for pets. I like that you can name your "heads" and save them for future use. There are a lot of free options for non members. I also appreciate that there are options for membership subscription payment (such as paying through your Amazon account).
I have been able to send the JibJabs without any issues and even download some to send later. There are a lot of holiday and birthday options so I see myself getting a lot of use out of this. Of course, some of the humor is sophomoric (farting or Magic Mike-esque dancing), so those things could be offensive to some people, know your audience. Most are just good fun. What I have sent so far hasn't failed in getting a laugh!
Just wish the membership fee included the downloads
Its annoying to have to keep paying more each time when you have already paid a significant amount
Its also annoying technically to have to repay each time you download - the download package should be included in the membeship fee
I would rather pay more for membership than have to pay each time for a download
I used JibJab to create a FUN Birthday Greeting for my 17 year old Twin Grand daughters Birthday.

I love Jib Jab! The first JibJab I created and sent was I Feel Good for a birthday wish! I listen and watch the video myself, many times a day, and I FEEL GOOD! It is so awesome! It makes me laugh, and dance, and sing, and I've made it my theme song for 2017!
Like everyone else, I was baited into thinking this service was free. Even if it's not free - SAY IT AT THE START. DON'T MAKE ME STRUGGLE WITH YOUR $#*!TY SOFTWARE FOR 30 MINUTES BEFORE MAKING ME RE-DO IT OVER AND OVER UNTIL THE THIRD TIME YOU ASK ME FOR MONEY. IDIOTS.
I RECENTLY CONTACTED JIB-JAB FOR SERVICE ON MY ACCOUNT AND FOUND IT TO BE A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. MY WISHES MET WITH A COURTEOUS SERVICE PERSON AND WERE TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY. THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE!
Providing my son got his card and I haven't had confirmation if this, I found the cards much more amusing and interactive than other sites. Great choice of cards and easy to use site. No complaints.
I have had a blast making funny videos for my grandchildren and other family members. I definitely got my yearly fee out of it in the first week after I subscribed! Thanks for many great laughs!
It's not easy to update your file when forced to select a new password, which it suggests, then tell you your name is already taken. Many cards are quite old now. Looking forward to new one's
