I am disappointed that I can't save the video with out have to pay for it. I have problems knowing which one I have used and those I have tried. Love them though. Maybe lower the saved price?

Site needs to have more flexibility. Unable to "go back" to make ANY changes. Can only be shared via email or Facebook, should be able to send via text messaging.

What I was looking for was an invitation. There is a very limited selection on these specifically. I did find one to send, but my BIG issue with this is that the card LOOKS LIKE AN ADVERTISMENT FOR JIB JAB. I was very disappointed in this. Its fine to solicit but the whole thing wasn't to view the card it was ALL advertisement and a SMALL AREA for the actual card.

I requested a refund on the auto- renewal that I did not ask for
I was told I would have a refund in two days & it is now past
The two days & still no refund so i ask Where IS MY REFUND ?????

I didn't realize I was set to auto-renew.
I used the support link on the website and filled out a form for a refund.
In less than an hour, I had a full refund and a helpful email.
Great job!

Having a ball with friends and family, have not laughed so hard in years and everyone takes it in good fun. So easy to use and get onto Facebook so quick. Well worth it and more fun to be had.

JibJab is really fun! I payed for a year & used it to make some fun family videos for a while. I decided to end my membership this year & it was simple with NO Hassle. I sure appreciate that!

It was a lot easier to load photos, add a message, and send it. The hardest part of the experience was tying to pick out only one to use for the birthday card. I will be back again and again.

It's nice for the younger crowd. It's not for me sorry. It is a great app for funny occasions yes, I think it has potential for sure. Thank you for letting me try it out. Good luck in the future.

I made my first Jibjab video I got you babe with my friend and his new cat. When he saw it he wept with happiness he had a buddy to share his life with. It was so awesome! Jibjab rules!

Easy to use application. Numerous programs to choose from. Friends appreciated receiving one, particularly the humorous ones. Excellent value. Will recommend to friends.

Creates enduring ripples of laughter throughout the community of recipients. I will not be sending many conventional cards of congratulation in the future

Don't spend your money on this, it is a waste. If I could get it back, I would. There is a very low selection of videos and the process of trying to put the faces on the people is way to difficult.

It is written nowhere that you have to wait hours so as to be able to download the video you paid for. I did the video before 12 AM, it was sent to me after 12 PM. If I knew that, I would not buy it.

The ones I selected were fun, had music and brought laughs to those whose pictures were used. However, there weren't many of the clean humored and musical selections, especially for Christmas.

To start, this website is amazing. Funny and Aton of fun. On top of that when I had a customer support question they respond fast and kind. Jib jabs is awsome

It was fairly easy to do but it was annoying having to download the same picture 5 times to populate 5 talking heads! Other than that, it was a lot of fun for my customers.

In cancel in 2/3 weeks to try it out. Once I submitted to cancel your $#*!ing company charged me! If I had it a month I would understand. I will blast you guys on Facebook
