I was going to make a New Year video but it didn't read 2017. Instead it read 2016. I don't understand why Jib Jab hasn't updated it. I haven't used it since.

I enjoy trying to find people to dance to the music it would be greatly appreciated to get some music that's old school Jazz hip-hop mix the music up more creativity thanks

I had a problem with sending cards saying that I didn't have a membership, when I did. With a couple of e-mails back and forth, it was resolved with a very patient and helpful customer service rep.

It is amazing to find a website that is concerned that their customers are satisfied with the services you offer... and if they are not, you are quick to respond and get the problem taken care of.

I am at home recovering from surgery... and wanted to give my Husband a Father's Day card. I've always admired Jib Jab... but was shocked that I had to buy a year's membership to send ONE CARD!?!?! Not sure why I couldn't just purchase ONE CARD? Or why I couldn't get a free ecard... so many ecards are free online... VERY DISAPPOINTED

It would be nice to be able to use the jibjab creations in a website or on youtube.It seems the only use if to email the creation and this limitation is unfortunate.

JibJab is easy to use and it's fun to liven someone's day with good humor and laughs! I like the program which is easy to use. You get your results out with email... and no shipping charges!

Love it fun and creative! I would recommend it to everyone! Great for all occasions. I love the holiday apps and birthday ones too! My family and friends really love jib jab.

As much fun to create as enjoyed by the people who received it! One card can be given to several different people and much better than a store-bought card.

JibJab was quick to respond to my request for refund of yearly subscription! I was surprised at how soon I heard back and the response was positive and courteous.

I have used JibJab to make Holiday cards for special people in my family. They are fun to make and people love getting them - they make lots of laughs!

I have two young grandsons. I joined to make them videos starring them and their family members. I've had so much fun making them and they absolutely LOVE them.

We have not laughed this hard in a long time. Lots of fun & we can enjoy it for a whole year. We are not the only ones enjoying it. The friends & family we send them too, are enjoying also.

I tried to create a card using my phone. JibJab wanted me to download the app, and before I knew it I had signed up and was unable to get the card sent. Not sure of the status of my membership.

I bough tit through amazon and it took a year subscription when i only wanted to buy one card and now i cant find payment in amazon to switch of direct debit and complain that it took that amount

I requested a refund of the annual fee because I had misunderstood the billing system. My request was approved within a couple of hours. Everything was handled very professionally.

It was frustrating at first try because it was difficult to get the mouth in the right place. After doing it several times, finally got it to work. I am glad you put the trial mouth there. It helped.
