I only wanted one video and I had to pay for one full year. I will not use this page ever again. The video I made is ok but the service is very expensive.
I asked to be refunded the same day i joined it is not free i paid $1.99 plus $18.00 for the year and the company said it was free. I still need my refund.
I really liked the old way or being able to adjust the face while they where on the face. Now you have to redo the picture over and over to make it fit right.
The site is easy to use, but the video clips are pretty average. Also, it would be nice to be able to view the entire clip before you have to put the faces in.
I did several of the JibJab's on my phone and I just found it a little more difficult to use. And I don't think the site is as organized as it used to be
Bought one video and ended up being charged £14 for a subscription. I never agreed to a monthly subscription and should not have been charged for it. I will never use the service again

Not user friendly. I attempted to add a face to a card. Had placement, mouth placement, etc., and when I sent it, it was as if I had never input the face at all. Very disappointed
I thought I was purchasing a once off video. I see now that over 18 USD has been deducted from our credit card. That is not what we thought we were buying with our credit card.
My husband loved his birthday card, but I could not go back and show it to my children. Will use again, just wish I could go back and see the following day/share the card with friends.
Never could get option to download thru Yahoo, Google and Google Chrome. Went to my IPhone and could not even get website to load it properly. I wanted to give you money... now I don't care.
Happy with the actual card. But i arranged delayed delivery and the recipients did not receive it. Also disappionted that i had to pay for one year rather than the card as a one off.
I asked for a refund of a subscription fee that I was unaware of and it was done immediately, and with pleasure. Not usually the pleasant experience you get when asking for refunds. I was impressed!

It was confusing to me the cost to send one card. I ended up being charged $8 US a little high I think but my friend absolutely loved it, so to me it was worth it.
The card turned out very funny, we wanted to change a face but could not figure out how to change it once the card was made. The site is a little difficult to navigate as well.
Couldn't get app to work tried a few times even re downloaded it 3 times still nothing I would like my money back and to make sure I don't get changed anymore for this app
I had a query about a small transaction from my account and emailed JibJab immediately. I had a speedy reply and they resolved so quickly I have rated they with 5 stars which they well deserve.
I had an issue with the membership clearing on my account after I had paid, and the jib jab staff fixed the issue in a timely manner and granted me a year subscription for the inconvenience.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
