I was pleasantly surprised to have my issue resolved quickly and efficiently. That's good for me and good for the brand.

I didn't want to sign up for the trial but there was no choice. I went to logon and cancel and there is nowhere to do this!

This is one of the easiest and most creative sites to use. And the laughter it brings to not only us but the card recipients is priceless!

I just really hate I had to pay for a whole year just to make one video. I just don't see that I will use it enough to justify paying the price.

I was unable to review my personalization and what I wrote before I sent it. I still don't know if it was included or not. Very disappointing.

I want a refund, I was charged for a year only wanted to try it for a month never gave me an option to choose payment method

I had as much fun making and sending as I did receiving a JibJab "card." The entire process was a lot of fun and I am happy to be a subscriber again.

ALL I CAN SAY IS JIBJAB IS THE BEST! I used the video to congratulate my girlfriend because of her birthday. All people was surprise with the video and it was awesome

I wanted to cheer my dad up, so I joined and sent an e-card, and it worked. He was very sad, and when he saw the video he was laughing and smiling.

Had a problem w transmission & had to send 3 times, unclear re: problem. Hope it will not be a recurrent problem as it ruined the surprise

Site is impossible to use. Money wasted. Havent been able to use it at all. I would not recommend. I wish I could have my money back.

Can't wait to actually share it. No one has seen it yet. I actually need to get on with my day so I think about it all and get back to you.

I understand joining in order to share or obtain link to share but just to watch the video is a disappointment.

Actual product and video is great.

I don't think it's right I paid $18 to use the site and see my videos but I had to pay to save it. That's not right.

Since it is less than one month i want to drop out

Excellent except wish we could have the Jib Jabs to download without paying for them as we are members and should not have to pay for them

Before I even get a chance to preview the card, it took me to set up a periodic payment. I had to cancel it from paypal site.

The card was easy to make and it delighted all who saw it! It was a lot of fun, creating a personal message for a loved one

I am a new member and so far I am very happy with jibjab now I have to wait and see if they are able to, constantly, come up with new ideas.

No able to post on face book. Tried everything when I email it and try to open, it tells me I need to update flash. Can't update
