Traté de cargar fotos desde carpetas casi 4 horas. Desbloqueando todo lo que me minformaron desde el soporte técnico, pero nunca se pudieron cargar para poder continuar con los siguientes pasos del programa.
J'ai été étonné quand j'ai vu mon relevé de CB car a aucun moment ce prix n'a été annoncé. Peut- être fallait-il multiplier le prix initial par le nombre d'adresses? Je n'en sais rien. Preuve que l'information est mal faite. La carte était sympa mais je ne conseillerai pas ce site à mes amis. J'aime qu'on soit clair
L'applicazione è senza dubbio simpatica ma le faccine dovrebbero poter essere modificate anche dopo averle salvate. Sarebbe utile una sezione dove poter editare solo le facce invece che crearle durante nei filmati
Yo hice mi tarjeta porque vi que costaba 1 dolar con 50 centavos, y cundo llegó el cobro a mi tarjeta de crédito, fue por 18 dolares.
Estoy molesta porque eso no decía en la página donde estaba haciendo la tarjeta. Me gustaría cancelarlo. Gracias
J'ai souscrit à l'abonnement pour avoir les vidéos en entier.
Malheureusement, une fois avoir payé l'abonnement et fait ma vidéo, je me suis rendu compte que pour récupérer la vidéo créée il fallait encore payer 1 euros 80!
Un comble!
Au final on paye 15 euros pour avoir le droit d'utiliser le logiciel et 1euro80 chaque réalisation...
Sans parler du fait qu'il faut bidouiller avec paypal (heureusement que j'ai payé comme ça) pour désactiver le renouvellement annuel de l'abonnement.
Au final c'est un bel attrape couillon :(
Bij mij was twee keer geld voor mijn account afgeschreven. Na mijn eerste reactie richting Jibjab werd de volgende dag al gereageerd met het verzoek nog enkele gegevens te sturen. Dat heb ik meteen gedaan en de volgende werkdag (Amerika) kreeg ik bericht dat alles geregeld was.
Embora tenha entregado o vídeo como prometem, foi frustante ele não ser compartilhado na rede como a maioria de editores de video em que ele é visualizado no facebook mesmo e não em uma nova guia que abre. Daí mais uma frustração, a surpresa perde o impacto quando aparece logo abaixo vários templats mostrando como fazer. Desse modo, entendi que os senhores estão mais interessados em marketing do que na satisfação do cliente em causar um impacto em quem assiste. Sugestão: Libere permissão para visualizar no facebook mesmo, a maioria das pessoas não gostam de saír da pagina para outra. Outra sugestão: Reduza o marketing, mostrando logo abaixo como é feito, isso faz o cliente que pagou sentir menosprezado.
Muito bom os videos, diversificados e tem musica antiga. Mas infelizmente não consegui o que queria, pois além de assinar tenho que pagar para fazer o download, ficaria muito caro. Por esse motivo não montamos para passar na nossa confraternização.
