I subscribed to jib jab but didn't use it much. When it automatically renewed, a year later, I contacted customer services to cancel my subscription and they gave me a full refund with absolutely no issues. Excellent outcome and help needed/given from customer support support services.
My refund was done promptly and an email sent back within an hour. Fantastic customer support and I can't thank the service agent enough for how quickly they sorted out the problem

People don't use Jibjab, they just charged me on my old card from 2018 when I haven't even used Jibjab since 2018. I've just had to report them for fraud. Scam artists.

Site and cards was a lot of fun. Things change and I stopped using JibJab a couple years ago and forgot that it was on auto renew. Discovered this yesterday and went to contact them this morning. They already had provisions to request a refund online. Within hours I received a email informing me that the refund had been processed and per my request the account was cancelled.

So when I was billed for another period, I asked to cancel and get a refund. JibJab responded immediately, put through the cancellation and made the refund. I sent a card multiple times, consulting JibJab customer service when I was not notified it had been sent. When I looked at my JibJab account, the card appeared to have been sent, but it was never received. My customer service contact there had notified JibJab that there was an issue, but they never fixed it. Terrible service!
Incidentally, Sitejabber wants me to show my receipt to verify my purchase. Part of my problem is that JibJab never sent me a receipt.
JibJab is definitely a fun site to make creative cards. When the time had come that I needed to cancel my subscription they were very responsive in assisting me with this process. Thank you JibJab till we meet again!
Your customer support is really excellent! I wrote a couple of days ago saying that in the coming new year I'm going to be retired, so I'd like for the moment being to unsubscribe. I did not intend to be fully refund as by now my subscription had just been renewed, but I was kindly emailed by Renee, who wrote I'd be fully refunded in the next 3/5 working days.

Jib Jab lives up to their promises, and if there is ever a situation to be resolved, they have real human beings - rather than robots - to assist customers. Jibjab has been a go to place for that sudden remembered birthday so can send on line, which is quicker than the post of course. Your greeting card/ video can be personalised to bring out such humour. My friends and family have enjoyed receiving them. Thank you Jibjab
One day after informing Jib Jab that I could not use the app on my antiquated phone they remedied the issue by refunding the entire subscription payment. This hassle-free, expedited approach, is how every company should respond to their customers. Well done!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
