Excellent customer service.

I subscribed to jib jab but didn't use it much. When it automatically renewed, a year later, I contacted customer services to cancel my subscription and they gave me a full refund with absolutely no issues. Excellent outcome and help needed/given from customer support support services.

SCAM COMPANY

People don't use Jibjab, they just charged me on my old card from 2018 when I haven't even used Jibjab since 2018. I've just had to report them for fraud. Scam artists.

I signed up with JibJab a few years ago. The
Site and cards was a lot of fun. Things change and I stopped using JibJab a couple years ago and forgot that it was on auto renew. Discovered this yesterday and went to contact them this morning. They already had provisions to request a refund online. Within hours I received a email informing me that the refund had been processed and per my request the account was cancelled.
Outstanding customer service. Excellent product.

I had realized that my subscription had auto renewed. I didn't intend to renew it. Jibjab is fun. So I sent a request for a refund and in less than 5 minutes, they confirmed refund! Great customer service.

Excellent service

I signed up for JibJab to send one of their videos and loved what they offered, but had forgotten I'd agreed to an ongoing subscription. So when I was billed for another period, I asked to cancel and get a refund. JibJab responded immediately, put through the cancellation and made the refund. I am impressed by their promptness and their professionalism. Thank you, JibJab.

I sent a card multiple times, consulting JibJab customer service when I was not notified it had been sent. When I looked at my JibJab account, the card appeared to have been sent, but it was never received. My customer service contact there had notified JibJab that there was an issue, but they never fixed it. Terrible service!
Incidentally, Sitejabber wants me to show my receipt to verify my purchase. Part of my problem is that JibJab never sent me a receipt.

Your customer support is really excellent! I wrote a couple of days ago saying that in the coming new year I'm going to be retired, so I'd like for the moment being to unsubscribe. I did not intend to be fully refund as by now my subscription had just been renewed, but I was kindly emailed by Renee, who wrote I'd be fully refunded in the next 3/5 working days.
I can't say but you're really extremely correct! THANK YOU! I'll be probably back in a near future\

EXTREMELY entertaining, customizable videos for all occasions! AND, in addition, SUPERIOR customer service. Jib Jab lives up to their promises, and if there is ever a situation to be resolved, they have real human beings - rather than robots - to assist customers. Jibjab has been a go to place for that sudden remembered birthday so can send on line, which is quicker than the post of course. Your greeting card/ video can be personalised to bring out such humour. My friends and family have enjoyed receiving them. Thank you Jibjab

One day after informing Jib Jab that I could not use the app on my antiquated phone they remedied the issue by refunding the entire subscription payment. This hassle-free, expedited approach, is how every company should respond to their customers. Well done!
