I love my beautiful pieces of silver. Also, my 1 g of gold I just started collecting. Still going? These coins and bars or so awesome I would love to get some more gold, but that's gonna take a while. In the meantime, I will continue bying silver and some gold. These pieces of silver make great necklaces These will be perfect for a gift. There are a lot of pieces that I still want to buy.

I have been a JM Bullion customer for over 10 years, and have been very happy with their products and services. That all changed last month when I purchased a monster box of 500 1oz coins using an ACH. I ordered early on Thursday, Oct. 17th. The account verification came through on the following day, and the account was verified early on Friday. Nothing happened. I called on Monday, and was told by a very rude female representative that the order would not be shipped until Friday. That upset me GREATLY, and I told the representative that I was very unhappy. She had no reaction. The order showed "paid" on Wednesday, 10/23, despite the money being taken from my account on Monday, 10/21 Late Friday, 10/19, my account showed "shipped", but only the shipping order had been prepared. FedEx didn't pick it up until late on Monday, 10/24 and I finally received it on Wednesday, October 30th. That's totally unacceptable. Since that time, I have been buying from other sources, and will probably continue to do so.

I had fine experiences both buying and selling (at a nice gain too). To ensure safe and secure transport - the toughest part - procedures are somewhat necessarily complicated, but the instructions and support I received were superb and worked. This experience was new to me and they were most patient and helpful.
I understand that JM Bullion cannot be responsible for USPS fowl up's although shipments are supposed to be fully insured, I still haven't received a gold shipment ordered before this, more than a month ago, this is destroying my confidence in JM Bullion, I have ordered gold since the "lost shipment" but I am starting to get nervous, I certainly will not trust the USPS any longer, and future shipments may be from a new supplier if something isn't resolved in the following week, so sorry but I feel I've been patient long enough

I had no problem buying my stuff, just wish there was a cheaper way to buy without the trouble with a check, my debit card comes straight from my bank account, shouldn't be charged like a credit card

Their shipper USPS will simply put your order in your mailbox…which may be unsecure. JM Bullion will not let you select a shipper that delivers to your front door (UPS, FedEx, DHL etc) without paying an absurd expediting fee.Using JM Bullion is pointless.

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with JM Bullion that I feel compelled to share. I placed an order for a bar using ACH payment, and the funds were promptly deducted from my account on February 8th. However, not long after, I received a call from JM Bullion informing me that they were unable to complete my order due to some undisclosed issues, and they asked me to consider wiring the money instead. I declined this alternative, opting to cancel the order altogether.
Following the cancellation, I expected a swift refund of my funds. However, it's now March 8th, and I have yet to see the refund reflected in my account. Upon inquiring about the delay, I was informed that the refund would be issued on March 16th. This means that JM Bullion has had my funds for over a month, which is unacceptable by any standard of customer service.
The lack of clear communication and the significant delay in processing the refund has been a major inconvenience. It's disappointing to witness such practices where customer funds are held for an extended period without a valid reason. This experience has considerably eroded my trust in JM Bullion, and I find it hard to recommend their services based on my experience. Customers expect and deserve better, especially when it comes to financial transactions of this nature.

To be honest, items looked pre owned and Brittania's looked mishandled as all 5 have a nick on the ribbed edge. Disappointed, but not a deal breaker yet. I've been a JM customer for many years. Several months ago, Mississippi changed its sales tax laws and eliminated tax on coins and bullion. I brought this to JM's attention on at least 3 occasions. They have yet to fix their taxing procedures. I'm done with trying to help them and I'm done buying from them. There are many reputable brokers to choose from.

Our first purchasing experience with JM Bullion was disappointing on many levels. The shipping was slow, the shipping box damaged, the metal bar was lighter in weight than advertised, scratched and nicked. Their customer service indicated although light on the weight, it was still within the "margin of error" and the imperfections are expected with cast products. We were hoping for a better product on the initial transaction - first impressions tend to have a lasting effect and dissuade the buyer from future purchases,
