I've purchased gold many times and sold some gold back to JM Bullion. Everytime, they were quick to deliver it with a signature required US Postal Service delivery. Never had any troubles. I can't stress enough their great service.

We started purchasing from JM Bullion in February 2021. We have not been disappointed. At first the shipping was delayed due to volume, however, the shipments are pretty quick now. So far between my husband and myself (2 accounts) we have placed over 10 orders. No complaints. I truly like that JM Bullion also has ‘Pre-sales". Another perfect transaction. This was my first 1/4 oz gold eagle. Next weekend in planning on my first ever 1/2 golden eagle. That will. Complete my entire set if 2020 eagles. 1/10,1/4,1/2 and once coins. I've never used anybody but JM BULLION for my metals. I try to buy every month. The biggest issue I have is the premium. I believe in markup to stay in business. Some of these are a little on the greedy side.

I've been investing in precious metals for several years. I ran across jmbullion.com about a year ago. I like the prices and variety of items. The site has many great features such as alerts on sold out items when they become available. My favorite feature is the easily available receipts of each shipment. Well worth the time to check them out

I received four 1922 and one 1923 Silver Dollar. They were B and U, but scarred a little more than I like, especially on one of them. I am still pleased with the purchase over all, and will buy again, hoping for better quality. Thanks JM

My order arrived in a reasonable time frame. The box was discreet with no logos on it or names identifying that it would contain precious metals. In my opinion, discretion is vital to ensuring the contents are received and not intercepted in transit.

Overall, would do business again and would recommend them over competitors that you may find don't exercise discretion when shipping your product.

I've place several orders with JM and I have never been disappointed. Everything arrives on time and exactly as promised. It does worry me at times that a package worth a few thousand dollars gets left on the doorstep but I haven't had one taken yet so I guess I can't complain. I'm usually quick to test the authenticity of the items I purchase but with JM I have no doubt they are real. That ease of mind is worth the few bucks over spot.

Although I found the bank wire instructions a bit confusing, the ordering process went smoothly. I appreciate especially the care given to assure accuracy. I received my order within forty eight hours and am very pleased with JMBullion's service.

Overall, I would say that JMBullion is a good company to do business. I ordered five different coins of the British Royal Mint "Queens Beast" silver 2 oz series. My order was shipped and delivered very fast. Three of my new coins were in good condition, but two were not acceptable condition. One was so bad that it should have been caught before it was sent to me. They need to check coins better before shipping to customer. Customer service has been very good. I am sure it will be taken care of to my satisfaction.

I purchased a small gold bar for my 8 year old some to get him excited about collecting and saving and everything was super smooth. One glitch was the shipping but with USPS that is not a surprise and the bar came a day late. But it came. And it was exactly as described. Now we are looking at setting up a weekly or monthly purchase. Highly recommend JMBullion.

I have purchases from them many times. I have checked around and their prices are always the lowest for precious metals. They have the most items in stock too. Also, if you order only $199 the shipping is free. I have heard horror stories of other sites taking months to ship to you. Not this company. Honest, fair, and fast. I highly recommend JM Bullion. They should have a referral bonus though. I have sent half a dozen people to them.

JM Bullion company belongs to these types of companies, where if ALL the aspects of purchases are going smoothly everything is OK.
But if ANYthing is NOT going as 'should', do not expect any real help.
Suddenly 'small print' became a golden rule.
No appreciation of former business and amount of money you spent before.

Just consider evaluating your needs and find a company that does not have as many single-star opinions as this one.

JMBullion ships quickly and has a huge selection of coins. We invest in silver and I always have a hard time choosing which coins I want. I also started collecting the Gold Bucks and LOVE them. I placed an order on 3/15/23 and paid for UPS delivery. I kept getting updates from UPS that my package is on the way. Apparently, the package was lost. After giving it ample time, still no package so I contacted you for assistance. I was told that an investigation would be opened and I would be contacted. Days passed and I was the one doing all the contacting! I finally got my package by being pro-active. I've ordered from you several times successfully but if something goes wrong, it's like pulling teeth for the remedy. I will not place any further orders with JM Bullion.

Most bullion dealers hit you with high premiums which you expect but then they make it impossible to get value with shipping not J. M Bullion they will ship free! To me this makes a huge difference!. Overall a great experience fast ordering an shipping definitely 5 stars!

First purchase of used silver bars from JMBullion was better than what I had expected being they were secondhand. Delivery was safe and quick with a signature being necessary. Packaged extremely well; each bar was in an individual packet. Was exactly what I was in search of. Need to mention that being a novice in the process of purchasing I found much helpful information on the site. Very informative about the product being sold, lots of information provided. I had a bad coin and called customer service. Within minutes, problem was solved. They emailed me a prepaid return shipping label. My replacement coin is on it's way to me now. Very competent and reliable service! Thank you JMBullion!

I ordered 90% silver US coins some were $1. Face value mixed coins. One coin was a 1968 Kennedy Half that I believe is a 40% silver coin. The order receipt had two inspection stamps and initials confirming the order to be all 90% silver. But one coin was not. I'm not worried about the $2.30 value difference, I am concerned about the QC order inspection process that would miss this coin if several people have checked the order. Contacted them immediately on friday, this is tuesday, but no response yet, I'll give the matter a few more days. If I am wrong then my deepest regrets and strongest apology. *UPDATE* Now Monday, 2/4/19. Customer service originally said a investigation would be opened. I asked my customer service conversation recording be forwarded to upper management thinking this would be easy to check into and with some urgency, BUT as of today 2/4/19 nothing yet. My Star review is now dropped to 3. I have received good service until the problem with this order
