Everything went smoothly and product arrived on time. Prices were reasonable. I did make a mistake and ordered a smaller item to put me over $200 for free shipping when my original items was $200. Nonetheless, I'm pleased with my order.

I am writing to let you know that, even though you are at the mercy of a third party delivery service, my last two deliveries from JM Bullion, there were no signatures requested, or required. I did receive the packages, however, the first was left at my front door and the second was handed to our nanny without signature.

Again, I realize it is difficult, if not impossible to handle this completely properly through a third party delivery service, however, it makes me question future purchases.

Coins were as described and shipping time was amazing! They arrived in four days, which is great.
The only problem was that I was assessed a shipping charge. It's supposed be for any order over $99. Not sure if that's correct from now on, or if it was a mistake?

J. M. Bullion coins are always as advertised in BU condition. Prices are competitive and the free shipping is an added plus. My last order was placed on a Thursday and received it on the following Monday. The selection is excellent.

I was looking for somewhere to purchase physical bullion, for both gifts and my personal collection. JM offered the same pricing as a few of the other large house, but gave me free shipping. I ordered on thursday at lunch and had my package saturday morning. Everything was sealed. I will be ordering again.

Took a few days to ship but I did get the coins and they were as advertised. Free shipping kept the cost down. Next time I will probably use a PO box or have delivery sent where I'm sure someone will be home during the day to receive the shipment. The package was sent without signature required so it was left in the lobby of my building.

I just received my 3rd order (within about 2 months) The only previous experience that I have in buying silver is from the local coin shop. After finding JM Bullion online, I spent the weekend looking for a better deal but I found nothing any better so I placed my order. I have received all three of my orders faster than promised and in perfect shape. Very happy with product and process. I ordered silver at a deal, and was pleasantly surprised at the speedy delivery, especially given our current circumstances (with shipping and deliveries). Most important, they followed up to be sure I received my product.

You did everything right. But mailman left your package and a couple other ones with valuable stuff sitting on my doorstep! Luckily nobody swiped them. It was a substitute young (very) mail carrier. I told her not to do that again as often I get valuable items in mail from folks that do not require a signature.
