When pre-ordering a new issue, they always come through on the expected date, or even a few days before. Items are always wrapped and shipped securely. I had one return due to a defect, and the exchange was handled well.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for the first time purchasing gold and silver. There website is easy to navigate. They have a wonderful selection to choose from. They provide helpful descriptions of each item. I didn't worry about my package gets lost during transit. They have everything set up to insure that your order arrives.

No issue with metal. The pieces were exactly as expected. After I place the order and added a little bit more to get free shipping I checked out your direct site on eBay and found that not only could I have gotten free shipping without adding more it would have saved me about 6 bucks overall and I would have been able to use my American Express card. Seems like the easiest way should be able to order directly not through eBay let alone saving money.

I was introduced to JMBullion several months ago. Their pricing is fair and they give free shipping on orders over $100.00. Their website is user friendly and placing orders are quite easy. I always receive my orders within 2 - 3 business days. I have not had a problem yet with this company.

I believe in saving for a rainy day, so whenever I can afford it, I buy gold or silver bars from JMBullion. They are authentic and efficient. My order is always correct and delivered speedily.

If you're not in a hurry, paying with a paper check is a great idea! You save 4% right off the top but, it's a little slower coming to you. There is a short delay after the check clears your bank. However, it was the same great product I've come to expect from JM Bullion.

I have had JM Bullion as my precious metals supplier for over 5 months and 4 orders. They also supplied my IRA roll-over with the same prompt and thorough service. I will continue to use them for future purchases.

The JMBullion site is very easy to navigate and use. At first, I had to make several attempts to purchase because the "buyer identity" steps are strict. I prefer them to be, so this really didn't bother me. It probably wouldn't be as difficult for those more technically literate. Once I was verified, the purchasing process was smooth and straightforward. I receive an e-mail for each step of the process to inform me as to the status of my order. I respect the extra precautions JMBullion takes in making sure it remains a reliable source for purchasing precious metals.

I will admit I'm not a fan of purchasing anything online. I like brick and mortar stores for everything.
However, silver was tough to find during the holidays. My nephew is only a teenager and all he wanted was silver. I gave him 2 of my own silver eagles for his birthday earlier in year. Christmas he wanted same gift.
I wasn't willing to part with more from my collection but it was hard finding anything local.
I did research for a reputable online dealer and this was the best I found!
Loved the different designs and still 99% silver. My nephew was overjoyed with what I sent him.

Great service. New to JM Bullion. Been using Apmex. Was pleasantly surprised to receive a free tube with order. Yet to see anything special from Apmex and have ordered quite a bit. Great service with your business, although delivery using UPS was pretty lame and pathetic. I understand the signature process but my understanding was that i signed upon delivery to prove receivership. In one delivery the UPS driver cheerfully proclaimed he already signed for it to protect the both of "us". Also constant slow down delays by UPS. Days turned into weeks.

When selling your bullion back to JM Bullion know that there are charges that are not disclosed until after you commit to the sale. I agreed to a $30 dollar shipping package kit, and pre-printed, reduced rate label only to be charged another $72.62 for the label. This charge was not disclosed prior to having to commit to the sale. It is deceptive, and unethical. Sell somewhere else.

Best prices, fastest and most discreet shipping (at a reasonable rate), and highest quality products... what's not to love? I trust JM Bullion 1000%, and I'm very likely to continue to order bullion there. Other companies claim to be the best, but their prices are too high or their shipping costs are outrageous. JM Bullion is by far the best, and I've definitely done my research!

Very easy and painless experience in ordering, no pushy sales representatives to convince me of what I did not want to get. The items were packaged individually in a nice display package and included a description of the item. Reasonable shipping. I would definitely purchase from this place again. I have had terrible experiences with internet sales but this was not one of them. Extremely pleased with my order!
