I've been dealing with JM BULLION for a long time now and I am very satisfied with their products and customer service. The biggest part of it all is that JM BULLION is a bullion dealer that I trust!

JMBullion actually exceeds my expectations with their services and products. Their web site is easy to navigate although there is an abundance of choices to choose from. I have never had any occasion to return any products that I purchased, but a friend of mine did return a gold collectible coin that he felt was under-graded. He reported that the return was "hassle free" and very timely. He received his replacement coin and was very pleased with me for referring him to JMBullion.

JMBullion made the process for purchasing some silver, as the title says, simple! The website was very user friendly and easy to navigate. Once I found what I was looking for I checked out and eagerly awaited the arrival. This would have been a five star rating but there was some difficulties with the delivery and it almost was "returned to sender". There was no phone call or email notifications from UPS requesting access to my building. With a rush to the UPS building and some more waiting I finally received my package.

All my orders to date have been a good experience.
I still will not place a larger order since most times UPS just lays it on the front porch.
The last two were delivered by Fed-x and hey did ask...well maybe...I went out before they rang the bell.

I really appreciate buying a quality product from a company that takes pride what deliver to their customers. This purchase was no exception, a newly minted uncirculated set of Morgan Head coins. Thank you for caring.

I got a tracking number for shipment not even 2 hours after my purchase. The silver I bought was impeccable. Just gorgeous. I will definitely be doing business with you again! I'd add pics but it's already locked up in my safe.

Order came as expected, some wear on coin. My son was impressed by the size of the "giant quarter" its odd that it asks for 100 word comments or more so this last sentence is just fluff so i can hit submit.

Yes the coins are BU grade as advertised... however even though I don't mind a few spots or bag marks, one coin has large finger print marks which are permanently etched on the obverse and sides. It looks like someone was eating chicken wings while handling it. Not happy about that and am seriously reconsidering going back to APMEX despite slightly higher prices.

JMB consistently offers a wide selection of precious metal bullion and coinage at excellent prices. Shipping is fast and tracking is easy. JM will not take orders for items not in stock unless they are clearly identified as "Pre-sale". Highly recommend this vendor.

JM Bullion has always been a very trustworthy seller of precious metals. They have a diverse selection of choice items which can be sent in three opportune ways. I have had all my questions answered through their courteous phone service as well.

I think you guys should do some kind of auto monthly ordering program. You could offer customers options to have whatever amount sent to them (1-xxx ounces). I know I'd buy more if there was a program like this.

First time ordering any physical - easy website, straight-forward order processing and excellent tracking from origin to my door. This was my first time purchasing from JMBullion. Everything went just like clockwork. Items were shipped the same day I ordered. Arrived in less than 1 week at my local post office where I had to show ID and sign for the package. Wonderful doing business with JMB.

Good selection of coins, easy payment options, prices seem reasonable. Does take awhile to ship after they have been paid, a week or longer. Use USPS which in my area is terribly unreliable so I spend extra $5 to ship UPS. Overall satisfied.

Received 20 bars of silver and didn't know each bar would have a protective cover on it. That's so great. So far have not been disappointed, Still waiting on my pre-sale order that is suppose to ship out in 3 days,

My JM order came a little late but that was expected. It was package very well. Coins and small bars were individually packaged in plastic sleeves for protection. Overall I prefer JM over other bullion dealers. Thank You

With Free Shipping? You just can't go wrong. I'm not even sure how they make money on this product, although, circulated coins might lose a tiny bit of material from wear, these still had the year minted visible, so the losses were under 5%.
