I was so excited to open the box! I felt like a kid at Christmas, really! The bar is beautiful and has very nice detail of the eagle and branch. Now on the back I noticed a miner with his pack mule, so cool. Lots of detail & nice weight. Can't wait to buy another.

A friend of mine recently bought a sailboat for himself and his wife. It is a beautiful boat with clean lines and good bones. I've known my friend for 36 years since we served in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, in the 1980s. I bought a couple of "Pieces of Eight" 1-ounce silver coins and presented them in a small wooden chest, along with a brass sextant. Now he is ready to sail Lake Michigan with his treasure.

Website gave option of "3 day Air" (UPS). Package arrived the very next day. Normally a good thing BUT nobody was home. Got a lot of run around and a lot of stress trying to arrange appropriate delivery through UPS. Very stressful when dealing with such expensive items. What's the point of paying extra for secure delivery when you end up inconvenienced?

The title says it all. Didn't take long for the package to arrive and the coin came in perfect condition. I have purchased many coins throughout the years from JM and always finish off satisfied. I will definitely buy again!

I have used the JM Bullion website three times so far and been extremely happy each time. Website is easy to navigate and checkout purchases and the free shipping has been delivered with no issues. If I was purchasing gold coins I might think about paying for the upgrade to signature required but my orders had no issues at all. Very happy

The coins were as described, small premium over spot and quick delivery in time for Christmas. I have ordered many times and have been very satisfied each time. I will continue to use JM Bullion for my precious metal needs.

I am disappointed with JM Bullion response to inquiry on confirmed order status. I made a purchase of silver bars on 3/09/20 and just received product on 03/20/20 to day by US mail. I am still waiting for my other order purchased on 03./13/20. JM Bullion needs to do a better job at communicating with its customer base. I have tried to communicate by chat, e-mail and phone to no avail. It is debatable whether I will do business again.

Got my products on time and as described. I felt the premiums are quite high.
Another issue is on the older collectable coins there is little or no information about the exact weight of gold or silver in each item.

I have bought and sold to several dealers.
Jm is sometimes cheaper, always fastest, and great with tracking. Once I was paid less than contracted, but that was taken care of with a quick phone call. They have great, sharp and engaging people.

Order never showed up even though it was stated as delivered. It was rather strange how it all evolved. After 2 months of waiting it suddenly showed up in the community mail box. I suspect it had been delivered to the wrong address (it's an HOA community with multiple mailboxes.) and who ever received it finally delivered it. Even so it was nice of JMBullion to stay on top of the problem trying to track down the delivery. I am a novice investor in silver and have made several purchases from this company and have enjoyed ordering with them.

My coins arrived promptly and well secured. They were in the condition as advertised. The up-charge for credit card seems a bit steep as compared to other payment methods. Wonder if they might consider a discount for vets in November? I have used them for many of my coin purchases in the last three years as there are few coin dealers in my area. Always excellent service and quality.

I order for the first time to start the process of securing my wealth with physical silver and gold and the experience has been great with JM Bullion. The product came fast and well packed. My coins look great. The packages could stay sealed if you like if you order a certain amount. I will continue a monthly order as time goes on.

The coins I ordered arrived to my APO address very quickly, packaged well, and in the exact condition as advertised. The coins were intended as gifts for going away gifts and high school graduation. All the recipients were pleasantly surprised. The only thing I would recommend is that you have a gift option (message or wrapping).

I have received several orders from JMBullion the past couple months and very satisfied with the coins and delivery, I do want to state for some reasons a day or two after I placed my latest order from you that I am unable to access your website now. I get a response of bad inquiry. I do not have any such problems on any other websites for various items. I know this sounds ludicrous but did you somehow block me from accessing your site? This problem occurred as I was moving around in your site on pricing different items and pricing for different quantities. Not sure if you have a program in your software system that blocks accessing your system by someone's email address Please let me know. Thanks.
