From the moment I walked in, all around phenomenal customer support from the entire team. Destynie especially went above and beyond to ensure i was able to give my family the Christmas they deserve after the year everyone has had. Do not order from them. If your package gets shopped wrong they don't care they will charge u instead of stopping the delivery and returning the package and won't give u the product. They will send out separate packages for the items u placed in one order. Go to someone bigger and better for Christmas. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes they all were sent to the wrong address I tried to change it before delivery and manager was rude and would not stop them from being delivered. Five different tracking numbers and money gone don't buy from them.
I had order a pair of Steve Maddens. Journeys claim my order was already delivered for me not to receive them. They gonna tell me I am at a lost of a hundred dollars. Oh no I will file civil charges if I don't get my shoes nor my money back. One or the other

Went in a journeys shoe store they didn't have the shoes I wanted so they ordered then online for me. When I got the shoes they had light wear to them. It was even some hair in one of my shoes. I called customer service couldn't return the shoes in store had to find a fed ex. Sent the shoes back was told I was getting a replacement. Here it is the next week no shoes and no one ever followed up on the complaint. Spoke to a woman this morning who said she was a supervisor. She ordered a replacement that can take up to 2-4 weeks. So the whole time I've been waiting on a replacement I'll be waiting basically a month or so for a shoe I thought was on the way. On top of all of this in the beginning I was offered a $10 gift card, that basically will cover the gas I used to ship the shoe back. I won't ever do another online order with this company again!

I ordered the white chuck Taylor's and the description did not specify leather and then I ordered a pair of black and white and when I opened the box the tissue is all tore up inside the box the sneakers barely fit and the front is scuffed like somebody tried to put them on. I am done ordering online, either your package is missing or you receive worn looking product. Going on vacation with no sneakers. Thanks alot
Terrible company! I ordered a pair of shoes from my local Journey's. Paid in store they were to be shipped to my home. I received an email some days later saying my order was canceled and I would be receiving a paper check in mail. I paid with a credit card in store. I called the 1-800 number given and requested for my refund to be put back onto my credit card. They said they would send me a email in the next 24 hours to except the refund. I never received an email. I sent a text, then I chatted with a Journeys rep. After The first rep not being able to help my situation I ask for a supervisor. The supervisor then came into the chat said she seen where I had requested my refund. I needed to call again. What a inconvenience. This has now been about 3 weeks after my purchase. I still never received a refund from Journey's. No shoes or refund.

Ordered online and when I received my purchase the shoe box was basically crushed but the shipping box was fine. I didn't think much of it I don't care about the shoe box, until I opened it. In the box was a muddy, clearly used and worn for quite a while pair of shoes. One was even missing a shoe lace! I contacted customer service immediately thinking they would help, useless. They made me take a million pictures and then said do you want a refund or replacement, its 8 dollars to return. I was furious and told them they sent me used disgusting shoes, the women said they never send used shoes, even after all the pictures. She offered me a promo code as a way to make up for it, the one anyway can get as soon as they visit the website! I tried another chat, just as awful but I was told this time as a huge thing, and they never do this, they waved the 8 dollar fee for the return due to the inconvenience. What a joke, never again.
They lie to you. Customer service and all. I ordered Goals (white) they came back stained like someone spilt coke on them. Had to return. Then gave them another shot silly me, ordered some New balance and the size was wrong. I asked them to correct it through customer service. The dizzy bimbo I spome with said ok O changed it for you. Was wrong, I was advised to take the shoes to the store but no guarantee that they would take it. I had to FedEx them back, but I had to pay shipping. Worst company ever, from customer service from over the phone to chat. Dogs could do a better job of running this place. Just go out of business already..
Would give a zero if possible. Recieved shoes that had clearly been worn including the bonus of a dirty rag and foot fungus cream, in box when recieved packaged. Absolutly disgusting! Multiple calls to customer service they hung up on me twice. They were rude and too amused follow through with emailing a shipping label, so the shoes could be returned. I will never buy shoes from journeys again. Clearly should have ordered from ANYWHERE else.
They double charged me for multiple purchases they refuse to give me my money back and until they get the item Back which is still in the warehouse they said it should be 2 to 4 days but I will not see my money back for 35 days at least. I will never shop here again.
First time and most definitely last time ever shopping with them. Horrible customer service, horrible attitudes, all they can do is literally say "I've gone through it to, I know how you feel." I took just over a week for them to finally mail out my refund. Now they are saying 1-2 weeks for it to get to me. When I ordered the shoes they were in stock at 9 stores near me. Next day my order was cancelled because it wasn't in stock. It took my 5 different employees including 1 supervisor and still nothing. Here it is almost 2 weeks and still nothing. They aren't being helpful what so ever. On the only good side, no wait time on the phone.
The shoes are always out of stock and the website has no update on it. So when you spend a lot of time choosing, then it shows there's a problem with the order and never told you what's the f***ing problem and then needs you to call. Then you called and the agent placed the order. Then no update for a long time. And one day, it's just cancelled and no notice for you until you checked. I don't know why such a website even exist in this world with so many good shopping website.
I ordered vans Wednesday and they came 2 days later. I was skeptical about ordering because all of the negative reviews, but for me my order came fast and it came as it was advertised on the site. I had standard shipping.
I bought 2 pair of shoes from them and they were sent separately, so I was charged for full amount on both charges of almost $120 each transaction. They said I had to call my bank and fix the problem even though they were the ones charging me twice, bank said if it doesn't come off in one business day I will be charged overdraft fee, customer service at journeys said it's unfortunate but they can't do nothing about the double charge and they can't pay for the overdraft fee my bank is stating I will get for the double charge. I wish they will tell you will be charged and authorized charge and then charge you again when they send out your shoes, but after 3-5 business days the 2nd charge comes off smh never again. So disappointed for a first time customer

I ordered my son some shoes and paid extra for overnight delivery which was yesterday and when I contacted them today my order was not even finished processing. Do not waste your money on overnight delivery through this company.
The employees pushed the crep protection spray when I bought my son's shoes saying you could spill tomato sauce on them and it would be so easy to get off, well my son can't even walk a day at school with out them getting stained with the so called good spray on them I used a half a can and it doesn't work it's also supposed to make it water proof nope doesn't work. When you call to see if you can get some kind of refund even half of my money nope nothing and they act like you used it wrong. Maybe they should test the product they sell before they tell people it's so good
I ordered a pair of Dr. Marten boots (paid for in-store) for Christmas, but received an email about 7 days later letting me know that the order had been cancelled and I would be refunded by check. By mid January I still didn't receive the check. I call their customer service and was told I had to wait longer. By February I still didn't receive the check so I called again. This time they refunded my credit card but then charged it again (dated on my statement same day). I hadn't noticed because the charge because for some reason it appeared on my next statement. I have reached out to Journey's and still haven't received the refund. Today's date is March 18th. Dear Journey's - I sure would like my $231.00 back...

For some reason Journeys canceled part of my order and won't tell me why. They item they canceled is the only reason why i placed an order. I would not have ordered anything if I know the item i really wanted was gonna be canceled for no reason. They will not tell me why it was canceled.
Placed an online order for White Filas... They're return policy states that there are no refunds on "worn" merchandise yet the shoes I ordered were CLEARLY work and returned and then shipped out to me. When I called customer service I was offered a code for 5$ off of my next purchase of 25$ or more... The same stupid code that I already received on my receipt with my order.
AWFUL! Stay away from this company. Because if you need to return shoes:
1) You will spend 3 months to return your money, continuosly writing emails to customer support.
2) They will deduct delivery cost. What's more, in my case I paid for the delivery at the post office and they additionally deducted the delivery cost. So, I paid TWICE for the delivery. When I wrote them about this, noone even replied me. I wrote again and again noone replied.
Awful service. Never had such a bad experience.

So after ordering a pair of doc sandals a pair turn up that aren't even docs! I've now been offered a 5% refund on a £45 purchase with no offer of a full refund despite the fact I have legally 14 day to return and get a refund! To the ombudsman I go to get this dodgy firm shut down! Trading standards will have a field day!

Ive emailed multiple times. Called them twice and have been on hold one time for 36 minutes, another for 52 minutes. Like what the hell? No response to all of my emails. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I just need to return something. Their website says free returns, but then its $8 to use their label. What?!?! Never shopping at journeys online again.
I went online to order my daughters shoes. I had to process it 3 times, the first time gave me an error, the second time the system shut down, the 2nd time it went through. Before I did each transaction i waited about 5 minutes to make sure I was not charged and checked my email to see if a confirmation had been sent. NOTHING. Well 15 minutes after the 3rd transaction I began getting emails showing that all 3 transactions went through. OK, No Problem, I'll cancel 2 of the 3. Well joke is on me. You can not cancel an order. Period, no exceptions. That is ridiculous and should be considered fraudulent. I spend a lot of money in Journeys thanks to my 3 kids but this will be the last.

In the spirit of fairness this happened: Journeys went in the next morning and cancelled 2 of the orders. So that I was only charged for the one order. Now to make it a little funny, they sent 2 pair of shoes! I have returned one pair.
I bought a pair of birkenstocks online. They claimed to be leather but don't look to be at all. Maybe there is a very tiny portion of leather in the shoe but it's little if any and it's not like the other birks I have with actual leather straps. They wasted my time.
No star. I paid $90 for shoes which is priced &40 online. Never going there again. It's too much to pay from hard earn money. Right? Top of it manager on duty says you have to keep the freaking shoes as I can't return or refund for the shoes which is used. I bought shoes on 13/09 around 9pm so almost closing time and I called for return on morning 14/09 and went to store to get refund on 15/09 around 8pm. As i can't otherwise I also willing to share pics of shoes which i bought from west edmonton mall location. Please dont waste your money buy from somewhere else or online. Thanks for your time.
Went to the Clarksburg journeys and Lauren is very rude. Went there to spend money didn't have my mask completely covering my nose she asked me to put it in completely disrespectful attitude. So i left called in to tell her my reason do you health issues i can't keep it completely over my face i do have a drs note and since it's Maryland it's their policy or what not and i was told just to shop on line. Like just because i have medical issues i get discriminated against. Great job journeys for making me feel down on myself because i have health issues. I won't be shopping journeys anymore and will be telling all my friends to band them as well #bandjourneys #discrimination

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and used a coupon code for $5 off $25. They canceled one of my pairs of shoes without explanation. When I chatted with them about it, they said they were out of stock and I would be refunded. They did not give me the coupon off even though my bill was still over $25. I had to argue with a very rude customer service person who doesnt understand basic math. Then, they rudely offered to refund $2.50, but we "disconnected" and I received no refund. I then emailed and asked the whole order be canceled as I had to deal with their rude agents. They said they canceled, but didn't. The shoes showed up and I paid full price. I emailed again and was told there was nothing I could do because they already shipped. So they took no responsibility for their repeated mistakes. Worst customer service I have ever seen.
