Destynie especially went above and beyond to ensure i was able to give my family the Christmas they deserve after the year everyone has had. Do not order from them. If your package gets shopped wrong they don't care they will charge u instead of stopping the delivery and returning the package and won't give u the product. They will send out separate packages for the items u placed in one order. Go to someone bigger and better for Christmas. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes they all were sent to the wrong address I tried to change it before delivery and manager was rude and would not stop them from being delivered. Five different tracking numbers and money gone don't buy from them.
The Newportmall location in jersey city and the customer service center has gave me hell! My husband purchased a pair of ugg's for Valentine's Day for me and they were to small. I decided to return them back to the store for a different size. The associate in the store told me that they did not have my size in store but they do have it available online. He told me that they can be purchased online and sent to my home in 2-3 business days. I decided to go ahead and let him order them for me. A week has passed and I have not received any tracking information so I took it upon myself to call the store. The person on the phone told me that I need to call customer service because the order was cancelled, immediately I asked where is my money? I called customer service and both associate and manger told me that I have to wait up to 12 days to receive a check! I'm and extremely pissed and disgusted with this services it did not take 12 days for your guys to take my moeny so why do I have to wait to receive it back. I will never shop with this store or sister stores again!
Was my sons 16th bday he knew what he wanted but the guy kept bringing out shoes he didn't want after telling him several times then tried to up sale and I get that but the kid (with an accent) showed us a demonstration with the shoe spray. After 45 min and buying the shoes he wanted I sprayed the same can the kid did on the shoe and he insisted I buy it. I said I only did what u did he called me a lier and think what I wanted continued on saying I had to buy this $15 can of show spay. Told him I just want my money back then and said fine continuing to laugh. All over a quick spray. I swere i order online fron journeys alot and few times kw they couldn't get my package to me cause they say address is wrong well its the same address ive always had on file u guys suc then take a week to refund ur money for there STUPID FUC UPS RIDICULOUS
So I ordered 6 pairs of shoes for $270.00 on there website last week and next thing i know they are charging me an additional $238.00 after the screen froze on there website and now I wake up today and saw a overdraft fee on my account for $116.00 that I never charged. So I got ahold of a representative through an email and they said unfortunately since the order went through then I cant refund you even though I didnt authorize the $238.00 on my card. I even got a email stareing I ordered $238.00 worth of shoes when I never did with tracking orders and all. I called the headquarters of journeys and they told me they couldn't help me so they transferred me to there customer service line. I told the next representative the same story so she transferred me to another representative. So I told her what happened and asked if I could be refunded the $238.00 + the $116.00 they overcharged on my card and she told me the same thing as the person I emailed that "sent it was shipped out I would have to wait until it gets here so i can return it back by mail or take it in the store for a refund if what shoes i have" even though I didnt get any other shoes then the ones I paid for $270.00. So even though they overcharged me for another order I never made I still cant get the refund. I already disputed this with my bank so they can't overcharge me any more. If there was a option where I could give this company 0 stars, I would. SO buyer beware, don't ever order shoes from this company they will keep taking money out of your account for other transactions that you never made.

I ordered a pair of Heely's shoes for my son's 9th birthday early in the morning on May 30th. The money was immediately taken out of my account, and even though they 'pull the order within 24 hours', it took them until JUNE 3RD (that's approximately 24 hours x 5) to notify me that my order had been CANCELLED by them, because it was 'no longer in stock'. Now it is June 8th and I STILL do not have the money back in my account to try to go find another pair SOMEWHERE ELSE. They offered me a whopping 15% discount 'on my next order'. Well Journeys, save your 15%, I will NOT be shopping with you again.

Ella Dunn, Employee #*******, greeted me with such enthusiasm it made my day, that was nice. There is an UGG hoodie sweater that I LOVE! Hanging on the wall! I don't think you understand, I have the same hoodie that I purchased prior to falling ill with COVID-19, several years ago & unable to work. An UGG hoodie was not a priorty BUT did I mention I LOVE the UGG hoodie sweater. Currently, there are only certain type of material that does not hurt my skin. I can be in this hoodie 24/7.LOL
Prior to me having to think if I could/should purchase this expensive wonderful hoodie because it's SO EXPENSIVE but worth it, LIKE $100 EXPENSIVE but it's on sale! But It's not my size, it's too small
Ella went to her computer to see if she could order it online. No luck! She could have left it there. Instead, Ella went above and beyond by looking to see which other stores had that hoodie in my size. Ella found my size, Ella reached out to the store and asked if it would be possible to have that item transferred to her store for a customer to purchase. They said YES! 😊 I am SOOOOOOO HAPPY!

I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter on journeys.com on 12/17. The item was supposed to be in stock, whiche meant I would have it within a week or so. When it didn't arrive as planned I called customer service and was told it was being fulfilled in a store. Fine. Would it be here in time? "Yes."
By the 22nd, when it hadn't arrived, I went to our local store to inquire about help and tracking. The store manager arranged for overnight shipping so that it would be on my doorstep by the 23rd. He advised that I call customer service within an hour to get tracking info. I did that. I was told that tracking info wouldn't be available until later in the day. So I called. Again. I was asked if the service rep could call me back after she got in touch with the store. Sure. By this point I've pretty much lost hope, but I'm waiting to see what they're gonna do.
She calls and leaves a voice mail later (I was in a movie - I have a life outside of making calls for customer service). Her voice mail tells me that she has been calling all day and that the store manager was just too busy to take her call. I call b. S.
So, just for grins I call again today, 12/24. The service rep calls the says tore again and then says that they're just today putting a shipping label on it, but that they won't ship until Monday, 12/26. So I ask for her to cancel my order. Then I'm told it's too late. I can't get my money back.
I AM PISSED. This is the worst customer service
The worker was great but soooo pushy! She gave us lots of info on a shoe but wouldn't let up on selling us the shoe. She was extremely helpful. Gave it 3 stars just cuz the worker did help.

First of all, their website is dysfunctional because I trie do lacing several orders over a week's period using several credit cards(thinking the card was an issue) and they wouldn't accept my oder. I called in(an hours wait) to place my orders, it got cancelled. I called again(another 1.5hrs) to placed the same order for a second time, 2 days later it was cancelled AGAIN! WASN'T SENT AN EMAIL, NOTHING AT ALL. I called customer service a THIRD time (another 2 hrs), by now the items I REAALLLYYY wanted WENT OUT OF STOCK. To compensate for AALLLL OF THIS, the supervisor offered me $5off on my next purchase. I COULD NOT believe how unprofessional and messed up their service was. I will NEVER EVER order anything with them again. And, their staff need proper training because they're all completely lost.
This might be a no-brainer to some. But I guess it wasn't to me. Ideally I wanted to fill out my shipping/billing stuff online myself, but when my first order cancelled & second one wouldn't go through I called. First off my first package was delivered to my billing address- which was inconvient for my situation. Then my second package arrived at my neighbors house (obviously FedEx's fault bug still). Secondly the shoes I ordered (two pairs of converse) came in completely wrong sizes. I am a womens 11 & one pair came in a kids 11 & the other a men's 11. But when I went into my closest Journey's location to exchange they were very nice about it. Overall I don't want to be ajerk complaining- I merely just want to say if I were you I would go un store or just order online & not over the phone. Also be prepared for possible shipping to billing address yours is different like mine! So just be aware of how you order your purchases & the shipping company the use & you should be able to give a better review than me haha!
On May 17 2016 I went and bought two pair of shoes for my kids and some socks which and everything was fine until I paid using my Visa Debit Card, I was told that my card was rejected that I only had 10 dollars left something that was no possible so I said I will call my bank to find out whats going on and I left the store so I got into my bank account using my cell phone and I found out that they had charged me the $ 100.57 any ways I got back to the store and complained to the manager so he called journeys support and after 30 minutes or so they requested that I Email them a copy of my bank account showing the charge which I did that day, they sent me an Email saying that some from customer care was going to contact me within 24 hours to handle it but over a week later and and no one has called me, so I called them back and after one hour of discussion all they say is that the refund can take up to 30 days to process because it was charged using a Debit Card, which was very frustrating to find out, I spoke to a supervisor and I just went off on him and worst that he told me that they do not sent Email to let customers know whats going on with their refunds either you call and find out or you wait and nothing happens... the worst place to buy and request a refund. I would not recommend buying from...
Orders take way too long to arrive. Would of just bought it in store if they were actually in stock. Nothing is ever in store seems like. Just awful.
I ordered a pair of boots for my boyfriend for his birthday IN STORE. Then ordered another the next day online. For the online ones they sent me a cancellation confirmation. I emailed them saying I never cancelled the order and I want/need the boots. They said they don't have them in stock and their inventory was wrong and no store seems to have them. I said How can you cancel an order without even notifying the person who purchased them? All they did was apologize for the inconvenience. I said I looked again today and you still have them available online, if you don't have them take them off your site so some other sucker doesn't want them too. Here we are a week later and they are still showing as available online. Now the IN STORE pair I ordered it has been a week and no boots still so I tracked the order and surprise surprise that order was cancelled too but this one wasn't refunded and again I was not notified of anything! WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I am not looking for handouts but they didn't even offer a coupon or something for the inconvenience it's caused me because here we are a week AFTER my boyfriend's birthday and still no gift for him!

Horrible experience with this Journeys.com -- I am beyond annoyed and frustrated. I feel taken advantage of during the holidays. I'm out $300+ and no merchandise. They have just lost a 10+ year longstanding customer and they could care less. Basically, my order arrived with box ripped open, retaped 3 missing items -- went to store next day in hopes they could help but was redirected to online. Called customer service online and was told that I have to wait 12 days for a fedex investigation to be done - the rep hung up on me when she was "commenting the account" - I called back extremely upset and she happened to answer the phone again - I was very unpleasant at this point - On the phone for 2 hours complaining to no avail. Basically, I have to wait 12 days to find out their investigation results! THIS IS RIDICULOUS -- Why wouldn't they call fedex with me on the phone? There is no picture of the delivery, there is no signature! Why would they send a package that is over $300 with no signature? I am beyond frustrated. Suddenly their error is my fault. I am the customer. It's not my fault that the package arrived with missing items. I called back because my husband thought this was unacceptable I asked for supervisor 2 twice and was hung up on once -- the third call -- I was told that their phone lines are not working well. I smell BULL! For some reason they just do not care.
This si my money and I am out $300+ during xmas -- this is not fair or just. After waiting a few minutes on the that the call, finally got me on the phone with a supervisor named Melvina Milligan, who barely listened - she was located in TN and was working from home. Of course she could care less - how could you be professional and care about your job and offer ANY "customer service" when you are sitting in your PJs at home eating bon bons? The casual disinterest in her communication alone is reason enough to fire her. The complete disregard and and disconcern for the situation was shocking and made me even more agitated. I was and am beyond frustrated - how could a supervisor allow for a company such as fedex get3 away with ripping a customer off by $300+ and not offere a solution? I asked made multiple suggestions: resent me the items and require a signature upon delivery to ensure the items arrive, credit my account so that I can get the items in the store, credit my account and let me get it somewhere else, this woman would to agree to anything. My concern is that these items are popular and they will probably sell out - they are uggs and xmas gifts for my kids. The worst part is that all items are low in stock and the 12 day investigation doesn't end until 12/20/22 - All I want is a refund and to never ever deal with these people. I asked this woman for the name of the president of the company and she didn't know - I asked her for an email address and again for a corporate number and all she kept giving me was the phone number that I had originally called. She clearly has no clue. All she kept saying was we have to wait for the Fedex investigation which takes 12 days. She then suggested that I call Fedex myself -- I was so mad at that point that I told her that I would be posting this experience all over social media -- I am beyond aggravated. I also commit to NEVER giving Journeys another cent. My company will no longer purchase gifts from Journeys -- Zumiez will now earn my business. This is an absolute disgrace. I will be posting this everywhere.
