From the moment I walked in, all around phenomenal customer support from the entire team. Destynie especially went above and beyond to ensure i was able to give my family the Christmas they deserve after the year everyone has had. Do not order from them. If your package gets shopped wrong they don't care they will charge u instead of stopping the delivery and returning the package and won't give u the product. They will send out separate packages for the items u placed in one order. Go to someone bigger and better for Christmas. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes they all were sent to the wrong address I tried to change it before delivery and manager was rude and would not stop them from being delivered. Five different tracking numbers and money gone don't buy from them.
I ordered some shoes for my granddaughter for school. It said $0 shipping when ordered and now they charged me $23 for shipping - saying I wanted expedited which I would never pay for that. Customer service (chat and telephone) agents were very rude the chat agent actually disconnected me. I have shopped this store for my Grandgirls - never again. After writing a review on Facebook it was immediately erased. Not good customer service! I would have given this experience no stars but it wouldn't let me.

I went in today October 10 2017 to buy my brother some timberlands for his birthday. Before I came I seen an online price at South County Center of 129.99 when I showed her my phone and the price after my total came out to be 203.50 I was told that was an online price only. Not thinking I went ahead and bought them until my boyfriend said no, we need to go back I can get these off amazon. So we did. I asked to return them to the same girl. Then her manager came over and asked why I wanted to return them I said because I can get them cheaper. The manager went on to say that they had a pair in stock of 129.99 OBVIOUSLY not knowing I had originally asked for them the the beginning. The other girl who I bought the Timberlands from told me that the price was more because of tax and then said that that was an online price, probably realizing tax would NOT be that high of a difference. To wrap it all up, she tried to get me for more, she lied to me and I feel like that was completely wrong!
I went on Journeys website and ordered a pair of converse high tops in a color that looked Orange on their website. When I received the sneakers they were more of a rust color not what I was looking for. So their fault, but I have to pay to ship back! I don't think so! Exchanges are free, but take up to a month! I don't think so! I wouldn't give this crappy company a penny. If you can avoid it shop elsewhere!

I ordered my daughter a pair of Timberlands boots for Christmas and was told the shoes would be delivered to my house within a couple days. After a week of trying to figure out where my daughters boots were I was told my order was canceled!
A check would be mailed out to me and I should receive it in about 10 days which will take us past Christmas! The lady in customer service told me I could reorder another pair but I would have to purchase them again! Meanwhile I'm still waiting on my check! I will never shop at this store again
Not only was the customer service at the store bad but when I called the customer service line it was bad too! When I returned an item they gave me the incorrect amount back, called customer service and they said the store has to handle it. The manager at the store only wanted to argue even though I had the online receipt showing the amount I paid and they still said it was incorrect! This place is not worth the hassle! Plus they are screwing me over and not giving me my money back!
They have been told to stop sending their catalog, they have the nerve to put or current resident on it. They have been told 3 times to remove from mailing list, Never gave these people permission to send me junk mail
This company has the worst customers service ever. They take pride in their own mistake, no attom of remorse. Twice the send me the wrong order and when i complained i was compelled to send back the wrong order before they could even send me back the right order and they demand i send an evidence from fedex before they could go ahead to process my order. Most companies that i know will put the customer first to make sure they send the right order immediately. But this company from their customer service to their managers are very rude and don't care about their customer. So i urge anyone who care to read this message pls stay clear from this company if you have to buy their just be ready to face issues if they send you the wrong order. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone.

I received a pair of brand new shoes for the UPS guy that I ordered from journeys. They had a three inch hole in the show when I received them. They won't give me a refund because the shoes had "signs of being worn" nor will they replace them. I can send them back for a partial refund but I have to pay to ship them back myself. So I'm out 80 dollars and a pair of shoes. On top of that the customer representative cut me off wbile i was talking and refused to let me speak to anyone else.
I recently placed an order for two shoes. Each were scheduled to arrive separately when the first one arrived I received two different sizes. The second pair never arrived and after searching through my emails, I found out my order was cancelled due to out of stock. Mind you I placed my order July 11th and my order was cancelled July 19th, took them eight days to let me know the item was out of stock. To compensate they send me a $5 coupon, what a joke that doesn't even cover shipping nor taxes. What a disappointment!

They sent me a shirt and the sleeve was unraveling. Customer service told me they had a fast track return process where once I drop it off in the mail I could send them the tracking number and once they saw it moving they would send my replacement. I did that and they never sent replacement. I emailed their customer service who didnt respond. I called in and they put me on hold for 30 minutes only to say someone would contact me and nobody did. You just lost a customer.

For us outside USA this is a scam and shame on our vocation club for signing us up. They said they tried to work with us - but 2am calls with no message - they used the wrong phone number - land line when told to call cell is BS.

I had EXCEPTIONAL service from a rep who assisted me and my daughter. His name was Reggie! He literally went above and beyond for us and other customers all at the same time. I watched him as he helped us and greeted every customer that walked in. He didn't make us feel rushed, he had no problem running back and forth to get us different shoes and sizes. He gave us time to decide on what we wanted, he advertised the sale items. Took time to size my daughters foot, gave his opinion on colors and styles. Reggie did everything with a smile and friendly manne I pray this review gets seen because although some would say he just dis his job, great customer service is hard to come by these days, he seemed genuine and I feel he should be recognized. Thank you for giving me and my daughter VIP service!

I ordered a pair of Adidas Superstars and Fed-Ex delivered to the wrong house they even took a photo of the wrong house when showing proof of delivery. I called Journeys to let them know and say I have photos of my house they can see proof I didn't get my package and they didn't care they said I have to contact Fed Ex for help there is nothing they can do. That is super unacceptable they should send me new shoes and file a claim with fed ex not make me fight it out with them. I filed a claim but who knows what will happen I'm out $100 I will never shop at Journeys again!

Went to the mall in May. Son wanted a pair of shoes but they did not have his size in stock. Was told by the worker that they could be ordered and shipped free to me and I should get them in about a week. Got an email that they were shipped. Even given a tracking number. Waited a week and it still said that the label had been created but that shipper was still waiting for the package... THEY HAD NEVER SHIPPED THEM!
A month and 2 phone calls later I asked to just be refunded. The lady told me that they would send me a check overnight.
3 weeks and 3 phone calls later... still no check. Now its "oh, it will be overnighted once its cut"...
It doesn't take 3 weeks to cut a check!
Now I'm told to wait another week.
Is journeys going bankrupt? Is that why if you order a pair of shoes that they cant fulfill that you have to wait over 2 months to get your hard earned money back?
Sicko THIEVES! Whatever you do, buy your shoes elsewhere if you ever have to order them.
I went in to buy a certain shoe I asked for my size and the guy comes out with 4 pairs of shoes. I tried on the ones I wanted and I was happy with them so I said these are great I'll take them. Next thing I know he's opening the other boxes saying "I figured you may like these shoes as well" I said "no thanks I'll just take the ones I wanted " He then proceeded to bring over 2 pairs of socks saying "buy 2 packs for $5 " I said "no thanks he then brought over a can of spray and said "we have spray to keep white shoes white" I said no thanks.
Anyway the point is it was to much I understand your trying to make your sales but jeeze back off... I'll order online for now on
I picked up shoes a full size too small and brought them back four days later for a return. The manager then proceeded to tell me I must have worn them. Where did I wear shoes that were too small for me to? The shoes were spotless and unworn, how I received it is how I returned it. It then took him 30 minutes to finally give me an exchange, worst customer service I have experienced, I will never purchase anything from here again.
I went inside the store and did an online order. After a week I called customer service to track my package because I never got a tracking number. They told me the warehouse was out of stock and they were going to call around and see if they can find what I ordered in a store nearby me. So 5 days has now passed and I call again they tell me that my order was cancelled 2 days ago. So now I'm trying to figure out why they didnt call me to notify that it has been cancelled and tell me that they sent me a check in the mail that will come 5-7 days! If I paid off a card why not refund me back on my card? So I'm basically waiting 2-3 weeks for my money back for some I couldn't receive. Never AGAIN!
Ordered a pair of shoes online. WHITE shoes. Received them today and they're dirty! They've been worn and have scuffs and a stain on one shoe. I called customer service right away and they said take them back to a store for exchange. I'm not driving 35 miles to exchange a pair of shoes I ordered online. That's the reason I ordered online because there isn't a store near me. Then they tell me I have to wait for an email to come requesting pictures before they will send me a return label. So first they send dirty used shoes, and I now, not only have to wait longer for them to correct their mess up but now I have to prove my claim? For and exchange?! Are you serious?! Shoes are going back for a refund now. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT JOURNEYS AGAIN!

Somehow, you can't exchange without going to the store, the nearest store is a whole other city away (approx. 20 minutes away) and I need to mail it off. As going to the store is easier, it's not convenient to most people. I just need another pair as the one I have received wasn't as described on photo.
I ordered vans from journeys that were a journeys exclusive meaning no other site has them. We hadn't heard anything so we contacted customer service and they said that the shoe we ordered wasn't in stock nor was it coming back in stock, so they took our money, didn't say anything, and it's been over a week since the initial order was placed. It's unbelievable that they can't say when something isn't in stock right away and their customer service is incompetent.
They are awful. I ordered a pair of Healys at a retail store. They were out of my son's size and put in the order to be shipped to our home within 4 days. My son waited by the door every day hoping they would arrive. This was to be his one and only early Christmas gift. After a week, I decided to investigate. I found an email in my spam that arrived 5 days after I ordered the shoes. The heading was order cancellation confirmation. NO BODY IN THE EMAI, No explanation at all! I called the retail store that sold them to us. They said that the order was probably not filled because the item is discontinued or they did not have enough stock. The manager said that they only have 10 people running customer service and they could not possibly email everyone individually, so they send a mass generic email... which obviously goes to spam. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? AT CHRISTMAS TIME? There are way too many competitors out there, with good service. I will not waste another second on this company!
I went to buy new shoes it was ok but when I went to take my shoes back to get my money back I couldn't because my Information was not put in correct or at all and the music was loud that day so she couldn't hear me. I really like this store but not when the associate does not have very good customer service, she needs to listen I couldn't get my money back because of that reason I did not have a receipt for the purchase and used my debit card to have it returned I will go again but not to have her help me with anything. I don't have proof of the purchase for this review

Ordered my daughter 4 pair of shoes online. 1 pair were wrong. Their suggestion was to go to the store and order the right pair. I told them I ordered the right pair in the first place and was SENT the wrong pair. They gave me a $10 gift card for inconvenience so I found another pair of shoes in the catalog for her. The online price was $5 higher than the catalog price so I called them. They said they would give them to me for the catalog price as a "customer courtesy" but my order would probably be canceled because the shoes were "low in stock." Really? Still waiting on a confirmation email that my order went through over 2 hours later... will never buy from them again.
I ordered a pair of polo shoes that I had tried on in a store before hand. The ordered ones had broken insoles and were not the shape of my foot or anyone else's. They were $#*! and had no support and structure! Seriously?!
