From the moment I walked in, all around phenomenal customer support from the entire team. Destynie especially went above and beyond to ensure i was able to give my family the Christmas they deserve after the year everyone has had. Do not order from them. If your package gets shopped wrong they don't care they will charge u instead of stopping the delivery and returning the package and won't give u the product. They will send out separate packages for the items u placed in one order. Go to someone bigger and better for Christmas. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes they all were sent to the wrong address I tried to change it before delivery and manager was rude and would not stop them from being delivered. Five different tracking numbers and money gone don't buy from them.
Package delivered to the wrong address, journeys emails me stating the correct address is my address, put me through a month long process where it shows a picture of my package delivered halfway across the city 156 Forrest Ave instead of 156 Forrester Ave which is mine, and proceeds to say they can't do anything about it because they gave the wrong information to FedEx, and when I called them they said they'd look into it, I was told they were going to ask their supervisor and they hung up on me, I called back, they hung up again then blocked my number
If I could have given Journeys zero stars I would have. I placed an order last week…(3 items) and they only got 1 item in my order correct.
If I had read the reviews before ordering I would have NEVER ordered from them. What got me so angry was the fact that their return policy and customer service sucks…worse experience ever! I trusted them with my $$ to send me the correct items but they can't correct my order until they receive the incorrect item back(THEIR MISTAKE)…make that make sense! I will NEVER order from Journeys again!

I went to the journey store on December 19th in Victoria BC and they didn't have the size I wanted. The young woman in the store guaranteed me that she could have the right size delivered before Christmas and to my surprise Wednesday December 22nd it arrived at my door! This is amazing service and I'm super happy Excellent

I placed an order with Journeys on November 25,2019! So I've called repeatedly to check on my order and ALWAYS GOT IT'S BEING PROCESSED! After NEVER receiving a shipping confirmation I called again 12/3/19 and was told that PayPal declined my order, called PayPal and they said that the payment would be released when they do the shipping! CALLED Journeys back and they gave me ANOTHER excuse so I went ahead and paid directly to them with the SAME card that's on my PayPal account! STILL no shipping confirmation! Called again on 12/13/19 they told me it was ready for shipping and I would get a confirmation within a day! Still no confirmation! Just called 12/15/19 and they say the order is cancelled due to not in stock! THIS IS FREAKING RIDICULOUS! I WILL NEVER GO INTO ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR STORES AND DEFINITELY NOT THEIR WEBSITE AND PURCHASE ANYTHING AND WILL TELL OTHERS WHAT HAPPENED SO THEY WON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!
Hi I recently bought a pair of timberland wheat boots I came to the store around 6:30 pm so the Strongsville mall was getting ready to close I had to exchange my shoes for a bigger size they asked if I would like to try them on me being in a rush & also coming back for a size change I just slipped the boot on & off didn't really pay attention to the shoe detail but when I got home I then realized I was sold some shoes that had huge creases In them. I've never worn the shoes I literally bought them like this Now I don't drive so I've had them for maybe 3-4 days now I really just want my money back at this point
I ordered my cute, adorable RED New balance tennies on Tuesday, May 2,2017, and I received updates from the time I placed the order informing me of what was happening with my order. Yesterday, Thursday, May 4,2017, I received an email from Journey's letting me know my shoes had shipped and they'd be here by today - Friday, May 5,2017, but I thought, "NO WAY!" But, WAY! I have them on my feet right now and I love them!
I placed an order on 12/15/17 for a pair of shoes for my son. The order was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. I contacted the company customer service line 5 TIMES! I was told on 12/21 by a supervisor they would be next day aired and I would receive them in 1-2 Bus days. I called the customer service line 4 more times between 12/21 and 12/24... I waited 2-3 hours average for a call back to find out they were never shipped and would not arrive until sometime the week after Christmas! I requested a full refund and ended up driving 2 hours north in the snowstorm (we live in Indiana) to buy the last pair at another store! Furious! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FRIM JOURNEYS AGAIN! Buyer beware!
Don't order anything online from journeys unless you want to wait wks for it to ship. Customer service sucks to. Guy was just like sorry. Pos... I would give them a 0 if the option was there.
I bought the Jaden Doc Martin from journeys and within two months the zipper broke I called customer service asking to get an exchange and they said that they can't exchange it these shoes should last me a lifetime I'm very disappointed Never will be going back
This store offers no support what do ever if something goes wrong. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from here. I know I'll never shop here again.

Not only did I have to wait several days to get a response, but when I finally did they wanted me to take the shoes out and take a photo of every angle to send them for a label to return. They then said I would have to wait 2 days in my email for this shipping label, print it out and bring it to FedEx and once FedEx scans the item then they will ship me the shoes I ordered. Sorry, but why do I have to $#*!ing wait for you to ship the correct shoes when it was YOUR MISTAKE. I WILL NEVER ORDER SHOES ONLINE AGAIN FROM JOURNEYS. Not impressed.

Vada at Nebraska Crossing in Greta, NE greeted me with "hey, what's going on". No smile and looked as if she was already annoyed. Explained I wanted to exchange shoes previously purchased for a new size. Once I determined the correct size, she didn't say anything else. I had to ask if she needed to see my receipt, will she provide a new one, etc. She said, yeah. More silence occurred then she asked for a good email. Stated I don't have my email with them. Then she gave me an evil stare and said "well we can't do an exchange without an email" then snickered and shook her head. I asked what was so funny. She said its not her fault she needs it for the computer. It was the worst experience and display of customer service I've ever encountered. I will NEVER go back to that store. I should also mention, when I purchased my grandson's shoes, 4 sales people were in the store and not one said hello or asked if I needed any assistance. All of them were also barely dressed... half tops and butt cheeks hanging out.

I ordered my shoes on Thursday March 5 2020 and got them Tuesday March 10 2020.
My shoes was in good shape when they came. No bent edge or no broken strap. I ordered the ugg fluff yeah slides
This company by far has the worst customer service ever. I ordered 2 pair of shoes which were supposedly shipped together, when I got the package, I only received 1 pair if shoes. The box they sent them in was no way big enough to fit 2 pair. I called customer service and they told me they would have to open a tracer with the shipper and it would take 9-12 business days. I explained to them multiple times that I received a package, there was an item missing. I sent photos of the mailing label, the box they came in showing 2 pair of shoes would not fit. After waiting until the date they assured me I would have a response, I sent another message, I was told it would be another 48 hours, they were still waiting on a response from the shipper. I again explained, I received a package, an item was missing, this was not an issue with the shipper. Again they assured me I would have a response within 48 hours. At this point I decided to file a claim with Paypal which was my payment method, sent them the same photos, they sent the dispute to Journeys and they finally issued me a refund. Horrible horrible customer service. Will never order again and although I loved the pair of shoes I did receive, I returned them as I refuse to support this company at all. Very unfortunate because I am a shoe lover and would have been a great customer.

Bought a pair of shoes that were estimated to be instock on the 16th. Placed order beginning of month. 16th came and was told backordered until 26th. 26th came and was told was backordered until the 5th. A whole month and the item hasnt even shipped out. They charged my credit card long ago for something they dont even have in stock. What a crock of BS
I ordered my grandbaby two pairs of Dr. marten boots from journeys I ordered on October 29 I still have not received them FedEx said they delivered them November 2 they did a investigation FedEx still can't find the shoes journeys said they did a investigation which will take 14 days which I called and the lady tells me that Friday and Saturday don't count as one of the 14 days so Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday count long story short is November 14 I'm still waiting on a refund or re-issue of the shoes and I haven't even got a email with the update on what's going on with the shoes which I went out and bought the shoes from the store because she needed them for a event we was going to but after today I'm taking them back because I just don't like the service I don't like the way they do things and that they is a very bad store when it comes down to doing business they will never get anything else from me and I will not recommend no one to shop with them

I ordered a pair of shoes on November 5 and received the email confirmation right away. Shoes should have been delivered within 3-5 business days. As the days went on, there were no updates on the tracking. Journeys said my order was shipped and FedEx said it was awaiting the package from Journeys. I gave it 10 days before I reached out to customer service. They were helpful in informing me of the steps they were going to take to solve this. I waited 2 business days to hear back about an update and then was told I would have to wait the weekend for an update. Come Monday 11/21, I get an email saying my order is being refunded due to incorrect address. I informed customer service of this and told them my address was correct and I would still like my order. Customer service said they can't do anything about it and that I would have to place my order again. I told them that the size shoe I wanted was no longer available and they said I could call and place my order with them. I'm never placing an online order through Journeys again. It's ridiculous that my order gets canceled/refunded for an incorrect address when it was correct from the beginning.

I ordered a pair of shoes, it was the wrong shoe- they said it mightve just been a warehouse error so I replaced the order. It was the wrong shoe AGAIN so I sent back both of them through UPS just to find out it has been delivered for TWO WEEKS AND they havent issued me a refund nor any confirmation that it has arrived. I called in and they refused to process a refund but only said that they would escalate this and they'd get back to me in a 'few days'. This is the worst store experience I ever had. Please don't ever order from them.
I was out of town and had to meet with several people and my shoes were needing to be replaced. I went to a Journeys in lakeland Fl. I bought a pair of shoes and tried them on and the fit was proper but after a couple days my knee was bothering me and i felt like my ankle was turning. I took of the shoe and it became obvious that the left sole was sewn on off center and since it was narrow my foot would roll off causing strain on my knee.
I tried to take them back a few days later since i had been travelling around the area and had tossed my old pair.
My mistake as they would not exchange or take anything back because they had been worn and i did not have the box. Living out of a suitcase for a month i did not save the box. What are they going to resell them thats probably how i got them. I told them they needed to dispose of the defective shoe that it was obvious it was made wrong and not mistreated. I was given their customer service #. I called that and spoke to the Journeys representative explained situation and the potential issue the shoe could cause. The man repeated the no box no help line again. I am sure if i had the box it would have been the day of the week or the humidity index. What a waste of 49.00 i could have just bought payless shoes with the expectation to throw them away. I will never shop those scammers ever. If i had contributed that would be maybe a reason but the shoe was bad and dangerous and should not have been put back in the box where they could easily end up back on the shelf. Shame on Journeys! That is their business selling shoes to feet.
It took almost 3 weeks to get the "paperwork" to return the sneakers...They kept asking for the SAME info over and over again, THEN I had to pay the return postage which amounted to 30% of the cost of the sneakers!

I bought a pair of shoes and they were too large so I went on their website to process and exchange (they said they had free exchanges) and they redirected me to print a prepaid label and ship it back while charging $7.95 for the label. I communicated with a live agent via their live chat button on the website and she said to call when the item was being shipped back to get a label waiver and the exchange processed. I SAT ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES for a 2 min phone call. Granted the employee that helped me was very knowledgeable and solved the problem but I was on hold for an outrageous amount of time.
Journeys will NEVER see another dime of my money! How they treated their young black staff was appalling! The staff bags were checked daily and still the children of color was accused of stealing and was fired during the audit time! WITHOUT PROFF OF ANY THEFT! People of color should not patron these establishments especially if they are practicing biased behavior! WHEN you spend your hard earned covid dollars with these companies you may well be investing in the biased practices also! Journeys will NEVER see my money again!

This company is by far the worst experience I have ever had in retail! I bought a pair of toddler Nike's online and they were too small. I called the customer service and was told it would be easier if I just go in store. I still do not understand how this company stays in business since absolutely nothing is convenient for the customer! They were unwilling to send the exchange right way and send a shipping label via email- (you know like Amazon, Zappos, DSW and Walmart) I go into the store (8/19/19) and what do you know they cannot find the shoe online. They found the shoe at the Seattle store and it was promised to be to the store where I was locate in three days. I called to follow up 8/23/19 and they still had not received the shoes. I even go on vacation and call AGAIN when I return on 8/27/19 and was then told the Seattle store "forgot" to send the shoe. Forgot!?!?!? Is this not a part of your joblike daily? Now they cannot find the shoe anywhere! I requested the district manager call me and was told he would right away. It has not been day two. There is absolutely no accountability at the store level all the way to the district manager. Customer service from corporate only apologized for the staff. Competition is tough out there and I definitely do not see this company in business much longer. I will ensure my friends, family and anyone else that will listen to stay clear of such horrible business practices.
Went there to replace two pairs of shoes, well tried vans was told they adjust to my feet, these shoes hurt my feet had to go back to my other shoes could not walk bought them back for refund was told could not refund all kind of excuses why then took them to other store was told my foot print in them, I ended up giving shoes away in front of store put an post on facebook to boycott Journeys now I am an Vet, so came out of military with bad feet with having to wear boots all the time, lost slightly over hundred dollars, will never go to journeys again telling everyone I know not to go there I have started an boycott on Journey for life, and everyone should boycott that, next month going to shoe depot for dc shoes and the spray for hats and shoes
