“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I had a vexing problem with my Subaru. There was a lot of conflicting advice on the various boards on the internet, So, I submitted a list of symptoms to JA and within 30 minutes I had a response and a recommended solution to the problem. The solution worked, saving me a trip to the mechanic and I am sure at least a $75.00 diagnosis and some unnecessary repairs (like a throttle body cleaning for $100 or an injector service for $150.00 all suggested on the net). For a $20 appointment charge and a $10.00 tip I think I was well served.

I am using Microsoft Outlook 365 with my GMAIL accounts and one other. I was receiving errors and was not getting email on my accounts. I'm fairly computer literate (I do programming in FORTRAN, C++, C#, etc.) and I couldn't solve the problem. James K. Was able to solve the problems and he devoted a lot of time and effort to do it. He had a "don't give up attitude" that arrived at solution. I don't think that I could have gotten a solution any other way.

Was signed up for $1 - fraud alert shuts down my card- Just answers is charging $46 - I call the 800 number- the very nice female cancelled membership saying I would be refunded- that was 24 of sept- so I contact again and am told a refund was never promised- beware…

We have been stressing ourselves sick for 8 months. Having been given total incorrect advise from all Government agencies.

Our case was about a tenancy dispute that was dealt with through NCAT.

What would have saved four trips to the court and considerable expense to the taxpayers is: Why don't NCAT ask unscrupulous tenants if they are bankrupt or better still have a clause that states "Are you bankrupt".

If the tenants are bankrupt forget about your money.

When you eventually win the case, you are informed in writing by NCAT to register the money order at the courthouse - what for - to not get paid.

This could be avoided if the clause "Are you bankrupt was on the paperwork".

John Melis, Lawyer, answered our questions in a very short time and gave us the correct advice and some great tips.

We can now get on with our lives.

Using Just Answer was a great experience. I was able to send pictures and got help determining what I needed to do. It turned out I needed to call a service specialist and they directed me to someone local who came and looked at my issue. I would definitely use Just Answer again!

I was just trying to see what the service does. They wanted to charge $5 and said that was fully refundable in the chat. SO, I paid it. They then sent me an email that the $5 fee was waived, but I was being charged $35 as I had previously been a member. I do not recall that at all, but it certainly is possible. The fact remains, I was authorizing a $5 not $35. I closed the chat and did not engage with service provider so I did not receive any services. Refund request was denied

Tip for consumers:
Don't. You cant get info about the service without paying first and they have a strict No Refunds policy.

I talked with James an Immigration Lawyer and he was great. I need to renew my green card and apply for naturalization. James was great, he had all the answers. Thankfully he saved me $325 for a phone consultation with a local Lawyer, 3 weeks away. Instead I got my answers for just under $60 today! Highly recommend!

Amedee at Just Answer walked my mechanic through troubleshooting steps to determine the issue was with the BCM, the body control module. This box connects most systems in the ie brakes, a/c, etc... He was right on and the phone calls amounted to about $50 US... well worth it!

Overall it was a good experience, my single issue was that the vet specialized in cats. I needed help with my bunny. It also took a long time to actually talk to the vet. It was an hour and when you're scared you're going to loose your pet that feels like a lifetime.

My little schipperke ingested some questionable non-food material then started acting oddly. The vet told me what to do and assured me it wasn't toxic. He even checked back with me in the morning to see how she was doing.

My idea of a good company... is the company of clever, well-informed people, who offer a great deal! The USA is turning into a police state! Bottom line? This is a good place to gain the knowledge you need to avoid being defeated. Excellent value, for priceless information. Legal advice with no limit of questions, and no time limits. Great bargain for EVERYONE!

Roy was familiar with the transmission and helpful in his analysis of the problem. He filled in some gaps for me ( Ive never worked on a Chrysler transmission before) and gave me The confidence to proceed. He was also helpful in suggesting a parts outlet with good service. Im baiting on part now.

If I could give them a -10 I would. I used them once and paid for the one time I used them in May with unsuccessfull results. Not realizing I was being charged $39 every month through August. Buyer beware of this scam! At no time did I agree of ANY membership.

Be careful using this company. It leads you to believe that it will cost $5. Then there is a recurring $39 monthly fee. After realizing this, I communicated by email with one of their staff. In the email, I told them that if this was a monthly membership, I would pay the $5 and the first $39, but after that, I wanted to cancel. Their staff member responded in an email and even tried to give me a discounted offer of only $20/month. I stuck with canceling. Later I found out that they were still charging my card. They charged me for four months after I cancelled. After some strongly worded emails, they gave me a one month refund. I complained again and they told me they credited two more months as a courtesy. BULL, this is no courtesy, they charged me after cancellation. They still owe me for one more month. They haven't answered my last email about this. Pretty ironic that "JustAnswer" hasn't answered me yet.

Our 5th wheel 92 Avion trailer that may have been one of the first years of a slideout room feature, became in operable. The electric motor needed to be replaced. Our full service dealership tried for weeks to solve this dilemma. Luckily I found just Answer service who put me in touch with just the right person to find a NEW motor and forwarded it to our local shop. Then it is up to them to install it. It has taken a huge load off my worry.

I was advised I would be charged $2 CAD to ask my question. The answer to my question was something I had already researched. I was charged a $95 membership fee on top of that. I spent almost an hour trying to get a refund. A Canadian CC was used and was charged a total of $97 CAD. They refunded $67.02 CAD and $1.42 CAD (I have email confirmation). Irene in Customer Support insisted that I call my bank to get it rectified. What is my bank going to do when they did not refund the amounts correctly? When I requested a supervisor, she advised that she was disconnecting the chat. I will be filing a BBB complaint and a fraud and/or dispute with my CC. Deplorable company. Stay away!

Look at the small print.
My family member asked a question about an appliance. There was a $5 fee. No problem. Next, I find not only a $5 fee on my charge account, but also a $28.00 membership fee. On the day I am charged the $28.00 on my account. I called 'JustAnswer', and they tell me that there are no refunds, after the cancellation date.

Ended up on a call to a Doctor that went from the NHS free number who couldn't respond and needed a quick answer. Didn't realise the fee was not one-off but continual and monthly. The advice was very average and ended up paying far more for it than anyone should.

I found this service online through a Google search. First I emailed my question and got a response in a matter of minutes. They also offered me a phone chat if it may help further. So just to be clear I accepted a phone chat. A lawyer called me in minutes and we discussed my situation in length. It was very helpful and I was confident I had the information I needed. I would use this service again. Very informative.
