Everyone was helpful and informative even though it did take a day they did get my situation taken care of and I appreciate that. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I do I'll be comfortable in that. Thank you for your service.
Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
My cat has an eye that leaks fluid everyday, it's clear so I didn't think it was an infection. The vet did a great job explaining what he thought it was, I even uploaded a picture I felt very good about his diagnosis.
I asked the question about a leaking eye and the website showed and it was very reasonable so I gave it a try

I thought it was 1$ to get an answer to a question then I checked my account and 49us additional came out. When I investigated I see it's a monthly subscription when I just wanted an answer to a 1 question. It took a while to get a to chat with me and instead of getting the answer to my question I paid for I got an automated message and I still can't get the answer to what I asked. I will never do this again. You all to sneaky with these things just to scam ppl out of their money. Then I asked for a refund and only got the option to cancel the subscription so I wasted 50us for nothing

I was impressed with the person (KevinJO513) that I talked with. I couldn't find out some of the information I needed anywhere else. It is very hard to get reliable info on some issues and I will put 'JustAnswer' in my favorites.

It was not a good experience. They rated the expert one star when they should have waited for my response which would have been 5 star and I had to deal with the customer service via messaging but I was so upset about the error. I should have waited till the morning when I could have spoken to a LIVE representative
I saw an ad
Scammers stole money from my credit card without authority. They said they answered a question, which they didn't, and then they stole $76US from my credit card. They asked me a question, which I did not reply to, and then they drew money against my credit card. IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND DISHONEST. These are the people who should be in our prisons. Thieving is illegal, and so is telling lies.
I didn't choose and never would be so dishonest. Disgusted with your company.

I haved used this system more times than I can count. Every bit of advice I have gotten has been worth more than seeing someone face to face. Whether it be my medical advise, my pets concerned, appliance or automotive it's all been wonderful and helpful.
I have tried other services but none could even come close to the value of information I have gotten from just answer.
I called for a refrigerator diagnosis. Dino sized up the situation quickly when I told him I'm elderly. He helped me come to a decision I am happy with—encouraging me to check out all options and showing me how.

After working on my air conditioner trying to take the cover off and asking someone for help. I was unable to get it removed so that's why I called justanswer and the technician was very helpful. Walked me step-by-step and very patient. I got everything that I needed. Very very nice.

I was under the impression that this help was part of peacock and would be charged $1. That would be refunded, instead I was charged $1.00 first, followed by an additional $46.00, totally ripped off and they didn't even solve my issue with peacock streaming service.
