The tech's knowledge was solid and advice was what i expected. I have an old receiver that failed to power up. After more than 30 years of reliable service he told me the time had come to probably get a new one. With few shops available anymore, unless it is a very high end unit, the cost of repair and inconvenience outweigh the purchase of a replacement.
This business is a scam. They advertise a small $2 charge for answers but discretely sign you up for an outrageous monthly subscription fee without being upfront about it. It's hidden in the fine print and is slimey and a scam. Avoid at all costs!
Bart was able to help me with the repair of my vehicle he was easy going took time to explain even offered his experience on parts.
My question was answered so quickly. He knew exactly what I was asking about and also answered my follow-up question.

I broke a wiring connector replacing something else and Eric gave me good sound advice on what to do temp and for the long run! Great guy!
So far it has been by email or text msg. What I have read by text and email he sounds verry sincere in helping me. I am still confused on what to do as his client.

The tech was very helpful and we were able to get the app downloaded. However, I did NOT know I was going to be charged $30.00 for the service. I was told by what I assume was an AI bot that the charge would be a fully refundable $5.00. Nowhere did I see anything about a $30.00 charge. I thought I was speaking to someone at Samsung help, but I guess I wasn't. I'm glad we got our problem fixed and the tech was very nice and patient, but you all need to be more upfront about the cost.

Just about every time I use the justAnswer service for my questions, the response is timely, thorough and helpful.
The SECOND mechanic I talked to sent me a schematic to help troubleshoot. He noticed a second relay and suggested to replace both relays, the same kind. I did andbit worked. The engine started and is now back on the road.
A text came to me asking of I was satisfied with my first mechanic. I responded, "He told me what I already new and I was looking for something more specific to look at or try before tearing into a wirng harness." They got me a second mechanic at no charge. He listened to what I was looking for and greatly helped me out.
It's what came up while seeking Mitsubishi forums.
I had good questions from Just Answer, but no answers.I am disappointed. No report of SPAM.

I think an app needs to put some effort to be able to provide its service... especially for the people who needs immediate answer, if not then why would we need to be here from the beginning... It's just showing us that its a scam. I mean I can't even reach out to the person who is "expert" and I expected to be paying for this... I don't wanna mention that we can't even measure the "experts" background... disappointed...I wanna refund.

Great talk with Dr...he gave me awesome advice and really answered all my questions. But I then I realized that instead of changing me for trial they billed me almost $50. Sorry but now I feel cheated.
