The tech's knowledge was solid and advice was what i expected. I have an old receiver that failed to power up. After more than 30 years of reliable service he told me the time had come to probably get a new one. With few shops available anymore, unless it is a very high end unit, the cost of repair and inconvenience outweigh the purchase of a replacement.
This business is a scam. They advertise a small $2 charge for answers but discretely sign you up for an outrageous monthly subscription fee without being upfront about it. It's hidden in the fine print and is slimey and a scam. Avoid at all costs!
Frank was great - I discussed the repairs I had gotten done recently and he explained in further detail, in a way that I could understand. He was very patient and listened to my concerns and offered a few suggestions going forward. I plan on taking my Audi A4 to another place for a second opinion and to reach out to Frank regarding this. I would highly recommend Frank - he was very knowledgeable about my type of vehicle and very courteous.
I wanted to get a second opinion on recent repairs for my Audi A4.
I am beyond pissed off, Just Answer has done nothing for me at all and there is a $55 dollar charge for a couple of chat text and a $39 charge for a question on how to ping and locate my wife's phone, with no answer.

Awful, Awful, Awful! I was told I was not answering my phone by text, but my phone never rang nor did it register the 5 supposed attempts to reach me. When I called the number on the originating texts there was a robot answer that was nonsensical which abruptly hung up. I want my payment refunded or I will yelp your operations as fraud and report this to the complaint department on the social security website.
I tried to cancel and it asked for a password that was never originated. I tried to register to cancel and couldn't because it advised my email was already in use. Your whole system is incomprehensible.

Even though the vets are not able to treat animals, they are wonderfully helpful nonetheless. I will always be grateful for the doctor helping me through my kitty's health crisis. They seemed to care for Periwinkle as much as I do!

Although they won't do it for you (unless you accept a premium service for money) the advice I've received has been of excellent quality and was always very prompt.

I would say that after info was sent to the vet I was given an option for a 7 day trial in order to get my answer. The price was very reasonable but I would have appreciated knowing before chatting.
Amperage draw in HVAC control module in dash seems to be the issue... Tech I spoke seemed familiar issue. I will replace HVAC controller and see where matter go. Tech was brief and to the point.

The attorney's response was quick and informative. Try straight forward - I liked that. I am an attorney as well so it was easy to understand her.
In the middle of the night I got answers and reassurance. She was super and was right about the problem and she was very empathic.

The situation involved a cell phone and a laptop. Platform included iOS amd Google Chrome.
It require locating the source. I had enough info to follow up. Unfortunately my connection made thngs a bit dicey. Your software put a floating rating box obscure parts of the chat dialogue. It wouldn't.get out of the way,requiring too much scroll to see things.

The response was prompt and to the point. A general course of action.
What concerned me was that it was not initially evident on paying the $2 fee that I could be locked into a monthly fee of over $80 until I resign.
Seeing that the matter is now out of my hands I wish to resign.
The site came up on a general search on the internet.
I have been a subscriber with JA for many years. Normally the pro's provide exactly what I need. I am proud to have JA in my corner.
Because JA is very responsive to my needs. They are on top of all I do with JA. They follow up regarding my satisfaction with Pro's. I will continue my subscription with JA for years to come! It doesn't seem to matter what time a day I post a question there seems to be a Pro available. This is great.

Bought new house. I was trying to find the leaking shower Valve manufacturer and model to locate the replacement cartridge. First site said it was $5.00 to join. I complied. With my credit card. When the chat with plumber came up, a notice of more than $25.00 to continue with plumbers assistance. I complied again since I had spent a week trying to locate the manufacturer on line. He was sincerely trying to help I sent pictures he requested during our 20 minutes of conversation. I did not here back having sent pic's until the next day requesting if the plumber was able to help me. I had already contacted MOEN directly by phone the young lady was able to tell me the manufacturer "Valley". In 15 minutes. She also gave me the cartridge model number, and a phone number in New York to order it. Thank you MOEN. I DON'T BELIEVE I WILL BE USING YOUR SERVICES AGAIN.

It was a basic question regarding my business. I'm sure I will have follow up up questions in the near future.
Shawn was able at a critical point to clue in that I sometimes forget a word. Which was very important at one particular time. He also understood my panick and was able to re assure me. Problem got solved so so well. Am very grateful for his help and although I hope not to need any further help in the future. That IF I should need help again. That I will be lucky to get him again.
