Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I thought I only had to pay $5.00 to have a doctor answer a question re my cat but was charged $39. I thought you would charge $39.00 if I wanted to join the membership if was was pleased with the first answer.but was told it was nonrefundable and I supposedly joined by asking the question. It was a misnderstanding and I called again after 2 agents would not let me speak to a supervisor but the third call was answered by a nice gentleman who understood my misunderstanding and gave me a credit for which I am very grateful.I am retried with limited income and thought this was a cheap way to get an answer about my cat rolling in the dirty litterbox. To get the first question for $5.00. Dr Bynum was very polite and gave me a suggestion. Thank you very much for the refund.and I will let others know that you seem to be a legitimate, honest and kind company if they want to join such a membership.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with JustAnswer.com, which has compelled me to share my story to warn potential customers. Without my consent or any prior subscription, I found myself charged with membership fees by JustAnswer. This came as a shock to me since I had never agreed to any such membership or recurring charges.
Upon discovering these unauthorized charges, I immediately reached out to JustAnswer's customer service, hoping for a quick resolution and a refund. Unfortunately, my experience only worsened from there. Despite my clear explanation and request for a refund for charges I never subscribed to, JustAnswer refused to refund the money. Their lack of understanding and unwillingness to help left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.
Left with no other choice, I had to escalate the issue by sending chargebacks through my credit card company to dispute the charges. This process was not only time-consuming but also unnecessary stress that could have been avoided if JustAnswer had acted responsibly and ethically from the beginning.
It's disheartening to encounter such deceptive practices from a company that you'd expect to provide reliable and honest services. I strongly advise anyone considering using JustAnswer to be wary of their billing practices and to think twice before providing any payment information. Based on my experience, their refusal to acknowledge and rectify unauthorized charges shows a lack of customer care and integrity.

I had misplaced my Gree mini split manual. They have various models. Some have 2 air filters. One inside under the front cover and one on top of the unit. The manuals online weren't exactly telling me anything about my G3 unit. I saw a YouTube video that pretty much confirmed, the newer G3 only had 1 filter. I received immediate confirmation from a "JUST ANSWER", HVAC Tech, I had only one filter.

I thank my bank for noticing and stopping JustAnswer.com's transactions, and bringing my attention to their attempt to charge me $65US ($88Cdn) 4 times yesterday. This site is such a scam 😡 😡 😡! I could have been out more than $350Cdn if my bank hadn't been so vigilant.
