Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

It takes a bit to get assigned but this time it was worth the wait. The attorney was knowledgeable and very informative.
Needed answers to some HOA/POA issues we were having and Robert did just that. He was VERY helpful.
I signed up for the 7 day trial asked 1 question and canceled my subscription. Just to be I the negative because I was charged for a monthly payment. The website lied and said that I wouldn't be charged if I canceled in the 7 day trial. When I called I got the run around and was told a supervisor would call me back I 45 to a hr. They said I was not able to get a refund which caused me to cancel my bank account. Trash is what this is and steeling from hard working ppl. If I could give a negative star I would. I've never been a member before

I contacted Suncorp Insurance on 05/12/2023 re a quality issue with repairs done to my car as the result of a crash in May 2022, and was told that a Suncorp Assessor would contact me which has never happened despite numerous phone calls and email to Suncorp. I contacted the Ombudsman as I simply did not know what else I could do. The lawyer was very helpful in suggesting that I put in a formal complaint to Suncorp which I have done but so have had no response.
I would say that customer service from Suncorp is absolutely abysmal, on the other hand customer service form Just Answer is excellent

I had a problem when i was looking for help with my computer so i signed up with just answer totaly my fault for not reading everything so i ended up with a subscription i did not want but when i called up to cancel and ask for a refund i was told i could cancel but i could not get a refund i was upset when i explained my circumstances he agreed to a refund he was very professional i am pleased by the way they understood and handeled it the right way
they responded promptly and gave me several options on how to handle my issues

I called about a problem with my car. It was advertised that the first use was $5. I was charged $39. I waited 20 minutes for a response and was given an option for phone call. I paid $26 for the phone call but after another 20 min I canceled. I had to move on into my day. I didn't get any of what I paid for and was over charged. I would not recommend this service.
I wanted a second opinion and could not fid the topic on YouTube.
