“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I wanted to take a course online through a company that kept advertising on Facebook. However, to drop $650(in my current situation as a retiree) for tuition without knowing whether or not the company was legitimate, was not something I could afford. So I found JustAnswer! Within minutes I was sent a message from your company giving me dozens of reasons why this business I wanted to put my trust in was most likely NOT legitimate. My gut reaction was, "Okay, did I just scammed into another scam!?" But I felt this way initially for three reasons 1.) JustAnswer replied SO quickly 2.) the reasons were written in a personal way… not formal as I had expected from an investigative report! 3.) The investigator from JustAnswer could not find any HARD evidence that this business I wanted to invest in was 100% fraudulent.
However after reading the report I DID understand why the "suspected company" WAS fraudulent. My assigned investigator from JustAnswer made several good points as to why the company online wasn't legitimate. It shocked me and REALLY made me open my eyes to how many points he made against the validity of the business. It was then that I understood how professional JustAnswer really is. There WAS no hard evidence against this business online as it was kept so well hidden (THAT IS the hard evidence)!

On 12/31/23 I reached out to Just Answer for a medical issue my dog was having and spoke with a "veterinary assistant" via chat. I gave pertinent information regarding my dog and was advised I needed to make a payment of $15 after which a veterinarian would call me via video call to assist our dog. I made the payment and no one ever called me. Today I realized that not only did a veterinarian never call me but they charged my card $5 enrollment fees and $35 subscription fees, none of which were items I agreed to pay! If I had not caught this they would have continued to bill me monthly for services I never agreed to sign up for! I called them and they tried refusing a refund and said they'd have a vet call me now, 15+ hours later mind you, to which I refused and then had to ask multiple times for them to unsubscribe me from whatever they signed me up for without consent and will have to dispute the charges with my bank now! Awful company.

On 2/15/24, I was in reverse backing out of an angled parking space at my local supermarket. While my foot was on the brake, a warning flashed on my odometer screen that there was a "blind spot monitoring sensor malfunction." The car immediately stalled and the brakes no longer functioned. With no way to stop the car, it went backwards until it hit another parked car. The car was towed to my Mazda dealership and I was told that the sensor was replaced and the car is fine (except for the collision damage). I do not trust the information and I'm now afraid to drive the car in case a malfunction occurs again. I searched online for an answer and came across the JustAnswer website. Gabriel, Mazda mechanic, called me and we discussed the situation. He reassured me that my decision to have the car towed and examined was the right one and that the cause of the accident needs to be investigated further. I am still waiting to hear from the insurance adjuster regarding the damage to my car. Gabriel also agreed that I'm right to be skeptical about its safety going forward. After speaking with him, I called Mazda corporate and created a case regarding the incident. I will be back in touch with JustAnswer when I have more information.

They trick customers with offers of $1-5 for an answer, only to quietly bill you monthly around $50+ until you notify them to stop. To get away with this, they go radio silent and make sure not to send any communication whatsoever. I had a question about filing some paperwork. All I got were useless AI written lists. "We know that filing paperwork with the Government can sometimes be frustrating," or "Make sure to gather all the paperwork you need in one place before filing." This was the level of help they offering. If you respond that the answers they provide are unhelpful, they reply: "What part did you not understand?"
I've come to doubt if any of the lawyers on the site are even real. It seems much more likely that they are AI bots spouting out nonsense in order to trick people into signing up for the monthly service.
