Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I contacted this company to ask a question about automotive. It says it's only $5. They ended up charging me a membership fee automatically and stole $39. I'm glad I saw it because they were gonna steal from my account monthly. I called customer service and got a line of bull$#*! along with a "your out that money". SCAM SITE

Horrible scam. Used for appraisal. Paid $1 fee for a question. Answer: need more info. Sent photo of artwork to be appraised. No answer. Charge $84! (I've tried to cancel and each month it starts again.

Find another way! These folks are a scam. There’s probably people writing fake reviews to counter the real ones.

This company is a good idea, but they are scammers by making people pay a $1-$2 refundable fee, and they automatically sign you up for the membership, which they DO NOT make clear at all, no matter how they try to state they do. They won't even refund you bc "you agreed" I never saw any emails about joining the membership until I had to physically look it up in my email. They know what they are doing, and it's a shame. Pls, don't use them; it is a waste of money for like 5 mins of chat or like a 5 min call. They should be shut down.

Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your time. Either use google, youtube, or a real person to find the answer to your questions. You WILL get scammed out of more money than your questions even cost.

Mislead to believe I could get a one time question answered for $5. Yet as some else said (and wish I had read reviews first) was automatically charged $46 monthly subscription. I immediately cancelled the subscription on their membership site. But when I finally got a response to my email told no refund can be given. They claimed it was a $5 fee to join. Really?!

7/8/23 Update The company finial refunded my credit card.claimed it was a misunderstanding that card was only on a temporary hold.Funny how they changed their tune from sorry membership is not refundable to a refund.

Do not give these guys your credit card. The cost is unclear. Know that any inquiry will cost at least $60.00. I asked about the value of an antique book, received a range, cancelled my subscription one day later and was charged 60 bucks. Do not ask a question unless you are prepared to pay at least that much for the answer.

I contacted them to ask about the value of an antique copy of Jane Eyre. I thought the cost of using their services was $1.00 per day, so after receiving a vague answer with a value range, I canceled my subscription. This was about one day later. I just noticed that my debit card has been charged $60.00. I would not have bothered if I better under the cost. I could have taken the book to local dealer to get an answer.

They show only a 2$ charge to post the question but there is a hidden fee of $53 monthly. I contacted customer services as soon as I realized it, but they disconnected in the middle of the chat saying I was not responding. I was replying to them and I was typing, it was not even 30 seconds of delay.

The second time I contacted they were reluctant to refund me even though I made a purchase a few minutes ago and had not used their service. They eventually refunded $53 monthly fee but not 2$ fee when I told them I will call my bank and report this fraud.

I should have read other people's reviews on Quora or something.

Whatever country you are in you will see your flag there.
They promised me and others a R15 refundable amount to ask a question. I agreed. Gave credit card details. Next thing R365 was taken off. Without my permission. And also you need to check all your emails and somewhere in very small print they state they will be charging you every month.
I had to threaten them before they refunded me. I am horrified that a company so crooked and devious still exists. Beware everyone. You have been warned.

This company ripped me off they lied. They told me it would cost R15 but they never mentioned the R365 member ship fee. I agreed to the R15 then they deducted R365. Also deeper into emails in very small print it states the R365 will be deducted monthly. They had no permission to deduct the R365 and I was not informed about it and did not agree to it. And I was not helped in any way with the problem either.

Used it for tv problems. First a € 1 link and suddenly € 45 gone. The robot promised me a solution. Well, forget it. What they suggested I already found myself on the internet and that didn't help at all.
No, misleading at the least, even swindle in my eyes. A big waste of your money.

Imagine my surprise when I saw a $69.60 charge from Just answer for a subscription fee the day after I had contacted them looking for an attorney referral. At no time during my online interaction with them was I made aware that a subscription was involved in their service. I should have known something was fishy when their Terms of Service link failed.

The material represented that their service was "absolutely free of charge", so I assumed they were paid by the lawyer.

All together, I paid around $80 for ten minutes-worth of time for information I could have gotten free on Google.

These are bad very people, which is why they're in a class-action lawsuit.

I urge you reconsider using this service! They very, very cleverly and sneakily sign you up to a monthly payment of about $45 USD. Accepting this condition must be very well, hidden in the small print, as I thought I was only paying an initial $1 fee. I used their service just once, but ended up paying them $100's as I did not notice the recurrent payment for months. I have just challenged them on this and phone operative claimed it is ALL my fault! But I never make mistake like this. This must have happened by design. I have read other reviews online complaining of the same thing.

When paying for my first answer, I didn't realize the details that I would automatically be billed $51 every month forever until I call and cancel. They would not refund 5 months of unused and unaware membership. Set a reminder on your calendar to cancel.

Too good to be true. The landing page for the google ad I clicked on said I'd only be charged $5... then was magically charged $60... called support, they won't refund. Asked to speak to a manager. Said they have high call volume and never got to a manager.

Really, really disappointing.Stay away... service was ok, but it's about how you treat people. Do. Not. Do. Business. With. People. Like. This.

Charged 8 times at $35 each time almost every 4 days. Tried to reach out to JustAnswer to cancel my membership and refund charges that my bank alerted me to. Through out September and October 2023 charged every few days. Complete scam company. Hundreds of dollars overcharged and stolen. Impossible to contact customer care. Recommend a class action lawsuit against the company for fraud and failure to address issues and concerns.

I authorized a $2 membership fee and was then billed $66. When I complained, they just said "sorry we can cancel your membership (gee thanks) but cannot give you a refund. You mean "won't" give me a refund. Any site engaging in these businesses practices is shady at best. Funny how they "end chats" or "leave the room" when they don't want to answer a question.

This company is extremely unethical. They tell you you'll get an answer for $5 then they just charge you $60 and refuse to talk to you about it, saying that it's a subscription. If this was honest, you would t get all these reviews saying the same thing. Save your money and pay an actual specialist that tells you how much up front, not some legit thieves who know what they're doing and refuse to stop. I will submit reviews on every site to tell people not to use this unethical service. Absolutely despicable. Shame on you.

I discovered that I have been paying $92 a month for four months services that I never wanted and never received. Their sign-up is very misleading. It's not at all clear what's going happen if you fill it in. You're not aware that you're being already charged $92 when you don't even know what you're likely to get. It's intentionally deceitful. Many in online surveys have found this out the hard way. They don't send any monthly notifications of charges or any email explaining what has been signed up for and how to withdraw. They are very aware of what they are doing and cut you off when you complain.

I used this website on 07/05/23 to ask for treatment of my bunny for not eating in the past 24 hours. At online registration, the site only mentioned about $5 registration without stating anything about $35 membership fee. I only found out after the transaction was processed through my credit card. In addition, I submitted a question about treatment for my bunny and it took more than 24 hours to receive a response. The customer service said no refund will be issued for membership fee, although their services are poor and lack of transparency on the membership fee. Be warned about their scam practices and stay away.
