Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Was told by the receptionist I would be charged a refundable $5. Put my card info in and was charged $69 which I'm told is "not refundable" and that they were "totally transparent". Literally taking advantage of vulnerable people.
When I called to ask about a hack on my laptop, I understood I would pay a fee. I can't remember exactly how much that call was going to cost, but at no time did I agree to a $55 monthly membership fee. The customer service line person just told me when I gave them my credit card info I agreed to the terms and conditions. There was no email or document sent in the mail to agree to or refuse this service. Like any normal person I assumed that I had paid for the phone call help and I was done. After having been through huge personal challenges the past several months, I finally sat down to review my Amex charges. Come to find out Just Answer has been billing me $55 a month since my phone call last October. If you're going to use their service just know that the person helping you is supposedly advising you of this policy. I certainly did not understand that and would never in a million years have agreed to it.

Tech was very helpful and suggested a video that explained the process very well. The $30 charge was a shock after the fact when the initial charge was only $5.
Needed help with washer issue
I am very surprised that Intuit/Turbotax is now using this fraudulent company for technical support. I needed an answer so agreed to the $2 "refundable" one time charge. I did not select a monthly subscription but was charged $71 anyway, plus $2. I am currently working with my bank to try to get a refund.

Family oriented issues covered remarkably well. Which issue is most important. Many things that I can understand and do that I didn't think about.
It was an obvious choice of being accessible quickly and conveniently. I am beyond satisfied with JustAnswer.
I had a wiring problem with a Honeywell L6006c strap on aquastat and the technician guided me through.
Your family at appraisals are amazing. I have gone on there with stuff that I found at the thrift store period which have turned out to be amazingly expensive items. I love hunting for new treasures for my home, an appraisal gives me the opportunity to seek find and get a value on them. Thank you so much for all you do for us.
The main page stated I would be charged $2 for my question and they charged me $75. The so called "doctor " apologized and told me it must be a mistake and insisted me to open a link related to my issue (which I never opened) I asked immediately for a refund to customer service. And they told me that the charges were for opening such link. They give a number you can call but if you do so they'll charge you another $75.
It should be somehow punished by law this kind of frauds, but since it's not possible, scammers will find any way to get into your bank account, even if it means playing with people's health.
Tip for consumers:
Beware of this scam! As soon as you receive an answer from the so called "expert" they'll charge you $75 and will enroll you without any warning for a monthly payment.
You can't avoid the charge because you open the message and that is the way they scam you, giving you a Google answer and then the doctor recommends you to see a real doctor!!!

What a scam this website is. They charge you $5 for a question, then secretly bill you $46 a month. You get one word answers from the "experts". I called and asked for a refund for one of the two months I was charged without knowing, when in their terms it says by law they must make you aware of additional charges before they happen I never received an email stating I would be charged and a member ship would start. The customer service and "supervisor" were rude and were not any help at all. 0 out of 100 for customer service

I found out too late on my credit card statement that this organization had charged me $30/mon for 4 straight months. I have no knowledge of contacting or talking to anyone with the name "JustAnswer". They claim I contacted them on April 11. Not! They have a horrible review on this review web site.

He explained that the Cashe in the LG tv did not clear for some reason. It seems to have resolved itself today but now I know what to do if it happens again.

In chat bot they specified 5 dollar refundable amount. Once we gave card details they have charged for monthly subscription which was not specified in the chat. Don't loot people money. Please charge genuinely. Don't say in next page we have mentioned those details. In that case why you are specifying about refundable amount in specific. Don't mention that also. With out reading reviews in Google I just went ahead with the payment and lost 50 dollars. When I reach customer care they are disabling the chat. Wow what a service. If you run your business in same way I long run it will not work out. You may get some amount now in un ethical way. But once every one knows about you you are gone. In chat only mention it is subscription fee. Wo ever wants to purchase subscription they will only continue. This is very cheap.Many people are looted like this. I am just reading all reviews.

Wanted quick answers
I was charged repeatedly for inexpert advice - then a charge for membership appeared on my bank statement. My fault: I should have read the small print (and I promise you it's as small as small can be). If this review stops just one person from making a payment to Just Answer I will feel a bit better.

I got two answers from doctors that seemed like decent answers, but I found both of their pictures for sale on stock photo sites. So I now think they are not real doctors. And there is no other information about the doctors, such as where they practice, what their experience or education is.

Got a dog from our animal shelter that we will foster until she has her puppies and they are old enough to be adopted. When the shelter took her in they found out she had tick fever and is taking antibiotics. I was concerned about the effects of this on the developing puppies.
I needed answers asap and I signed up online and within 30 mins I was buying the parts to get my truck back on the road running properly again. The mechanic was very patient and knowledgeable and responded fairly quickly. He asked me questions to rule out possibilities and then once it was narrowed down he had me do simple tests to confirm the problem. I was literally sitting outside the local autoparts store while doing this so that i could immediately purchase the parts that was needed. I definitely recommend giving this a try it only cost $1 to try it and then $34 per month. The monthly may not be for everyone but if you travel as much as I do it definitely gives you peace of the mind knowing that you basically have a mechanic in your back pocket at all times. I give them 10 out of 10
Made the mistake of believing that I could be refunded because the initial chat I got in SAID SO! But terms and conditions say otherwise. They clearly lied up front. Don't use a company like this that is unwilling to stand behind their product.
