Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I went online to find free lawyer advice on Dec 14. The justanswers.com website came up, and advertises someone can ask a question for $5. It does not make it clear to a consumer that they automatically enroll you in their monthly plan. I only found out by checking my bank account. When I went to the website, I saw I could cancel my membership, so i did. I cancelled it less than 24 hours from paying the initial $5 and asking my question. This company refuses to refund me the $60 saying it was in their hidden rules that if you ask a question, you pay $5 + a monthly membership fee.
This company is practicing deceitful advertising, and should honor a refund for someone who was tricked into their services and cancelled their membership immediately when I found out they blindly made me sign up for a membership.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Even if you join, which make sure you read every single fine print they have, because they will trick you, the lawyer was extremely short with me, not providing me with anything that could closely resemble valuable input for my issue.
I had problems with my newly purchased IPhone. I got on the JustAnswer website for help, and had $1/day special for a week. When you do not cancel - that special becomes a $46 charge to your credit card. The reminder emails for the charge go directly to your junk mail that you cannot begin to go through each day! While it is completely obvious on their website that you have never accessed your account, they will make no other attempt to contact you.

The vet I talked to was very quick to respond and gave me some great tips on what to do with my kitty I had rescued. If I didn't answer for a few minutes they were sending another message because they were truly concerned and had my cats best interest at heart! The only reason I cancelled my subscription is because sadly the kitty passed away. I would use this again for my next pet.

Makes you believe you can get an answer for just $5 and then they sneak in a second charge for the 1st of a $40 per month subscription. So your question actually costs $45. When you complain they immediately cancel your subscription and say they can't refund you because you no longer have an account with them. Even when you called the next day. So, you've paid the full month for a 1 day subscription.

This company is a total fraud. Do not use it and don't put in your credit card. I was told on a online chat that I would be charged $2. After the chat, it directs you straight to enter your credit card details. Once you hit enter, you're screwed! Right away I asked on the chat if I am being charged anything additional and was told yes, you've signed up for a subscription! Talk about unethical. I love how they trick people into purchasing something. I asked a question about my fridge not working. Why would I want a subscription. I was told I would be charged $2 which would be refundable. I have emailed customer service and received the typical corporate babble back with links to articles. STAY AWAY from these guys.

The screen pops up and there's mention of an additional €45 in tiny print and unclear language. And when one seeks a refund for this mis-representation, you get a big fat NO. Disgusting & shameful organisation.

I never signed up for their so-called "service"; I never completed asking a question; they never did anything except get my credit card info upfront. They never connected me with any experts (probably AI, anyway). They immediately charged my credit card 2 fees: one for $5 and one for $30 (purportedly a "membership" fee). They're crooks.
I just got off the phone with my credit card company and asked them to remove these 2 fees. They will also try to make a note that Pearl.JustAnswer.com is a fraud so that other card holders don't fall victim to this scam.
