I signed up for a one-time refundable $5 service. I didn't ask for membership.
I didn't get any answer from the technician. When I called for refund, I was told I am being charged $55 for membership and an extra $5. They denied any refund.

In a moment of passion I fell for the aggressive advertising and ordered a subscription to Just Answers for legal advice. I asked one question for which I paid the monthly fee of $46 plus I left a $10 tip. The answer I received was encouraging but it did not qualify as legal advice. I never used the service again and it kind of slipped my mind, but lo and behold I was charged $46 again the next month. I cancelled the subscription about 1 week into the second month after seeing the bill. I asked for a refund but it was refused; the CS rep told me I had signed the agreement and it's too bad that I did not fully understand it! I guess I should have just asked the lawyer first! That means I paid $102 for one answered question. Maybe the Just Answers lawyer can help me get my money back- lol! Do yourself a favor and pass over this one. Next time I will just ask Google, for free!

Dealing with WiFi issues is always tricky, especially when it's not your own equipment. After wasting an hour trying to figure out a password, the specialist provided us with three options of which one was the only possible course. Problem solved.

Was told $5 fee. When forwarded to fill out form -SURPRISE- It's really a subscription. $5 for first month then $30 per month after that. Ok, figured I'll pay the $5 then cancel subscription. Done, except that I have no idea if an 'expert' will still be contacting me about fixing my stupid coffeepot. I would guess not as haven't heard anything yet. You can refund me $35 instead of $30

I had trouble getting my code after replacing my battery. The owners manual didn't help. Blake advised taking both positive and negative posts and waiting a minute and try the code again. It worked!

Eddie totally saved me. He helped solve my problem of not knowing which wires go where while installing a ceiling fan. I'm used to seeing two cables in the ceiling but this time there were four cables. He also told me how to wire the new switch too. I highly recommend these guys. And it was less than $20!

Beware their 7-day trial period. It will automatically month-to-month and charges will be deducted from your credit card! Mine were $46.50 a month! They don't tell you about this automatic membership or anything about the cost.

Yesterday, my printer suddenly stopped printing. The gentleman (Vishnu) who helped me was very patient and thorough. Within a fairly short time, I was able to print documents from several sources, just as before.

The website offers experts, each question will cost 1 euro, they do not help but they offer you to ask more questions... impossible to contact customer care and ask a refund, it seems also on payment. So be aware of this approach.

Check any review site, the actual reviews people have written, it's all overcharged billing. The might actually answer your question, but beware they will keep billing you $30 or more dollars monthly. Do not use this and fight it at every chance.

Absolutely dreadful site... signed up, asked same question three times - got as far as giving my bank details, clicking to process - only to receive a message 'apologising' for technical error. Contacted customer service first two times re: situation & assured no charges were made, however will not know for certain until account is checked w/in 24 hrs. Does NOT deliver as advertised... avoid at all costs!

If had gone to the same type of Family Law Divorce attorney it would have cost me $100-200 more. Maybe more more because my situation involved a spouse who resides and us a citizen from another country
Also this company who provides these services and their customer service reps were easy to work with to quickly resolve any billing problems
