Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
These people are crooks. Great at taking your money. I never got any answer. American Express' fraud detection shut down my credit card just for dealing with them. Spoke to an obnoxious service rep and never got my deposit back.

I did purchase unlimited access for additional questions that may arise during my case...unsure if JustAnswer preferred the actual amount paid be disclosed, I can say the first 5 days of attorney access was less than the cost of lunch, and monthly was close to what you might spend on all 3 meals in 1 day.
Although, it is $5.00 online $10-$15 by phone something like that a little waiting time. I am a good investigator so, what happened? Well, 1st: Question what is the penal code for pet owners leaving poop around? Answer: Littering.
Just answer is a unique operation that has given me a holistic view of how to become efficient in solving mechanical problems in small engine repairs. I personally dealt with Mr. Curtis B. Who helped me tremendously with a zero radius turn mower that's about 14 years old and almost impossible to find parts for especially from the manufacturer. Without his assistance I probably would have junk a good mower. Thanks Mr. B; Kudos to you.
I subscribed after the first positive experience. Been a member now 3 months. Used them 3 times. Twice I am satisfied I got good legal advice. Once they were not able to help me on an international corporate structuring question. Only complaint I have is that they did not come back and say sorry cant help you. They just kept saying "looking for an answer". So I give it 4 stars not 5.
Be very cautious. My experience with this site was not good. I missed the item that automatically signs you up as a "member" when they respond to your question. After debited $47 a month on my credit card for many months (my mistake not paying closer attention to charges), I complained & had my "membership" cancelled. I consider this just a clever scam. Why would anyone who has one question to ask, need a lifetime membership?

My neighborhood decided to hold a street long yard sale during a local event. Needed evaluation of some old glass pieces I wanted to sell the antiques expert has been very helpful and very quick. In fact I am still bugging her and she is quite polite about it.
I just tried using them, paying $5 for initial review of the issue, and they promptly took $48 out of my account. I had no contact with them to justify this.
These guys are plain and simple CROOKS. It seems amazing they have not been successfully prosecuted. They do have a very smooth website, which looks as though it is linked to some of the leading computer hardware companies.

I've used JustAnswer twice now, about two different issues. Both times they were right and it didn't take look to get an answer. They were always helpful and friendly. If you can't figure something out, these guys will.
Pretty sure they use an AI for their "assistant", and the "three experts online now" were nowhere to be found in the time that I waited.
Took an extremely long and drawn out process of trying to get them to refund the join fee was a huge hassle, as they tried to say no about eight times. Eventually got it back, but only after a long chat.
This whole thing feels like a ripoff. Also, the chat will conveniently not let you ask questions after the assistant tells you to sign up for their program. Save yourself the trouble.

The 5$ fee isn't as refundable as it seems.

Often we civilians find ourselves in legal matters you never see coming. And, who has time and/or money to find a decent lawyer when the pressure is on within the most inconvenient deadlines? I love this site for these precise reasons. These are REAL professionals that not only are well educated but have the delicate skill to swiftly listen, interpret and respond with options. I tend to ask many questions and ALL of them were fulfilled with complete answers and resources. THANK YOU. My only critic would be to add an option for hire with you guys. This is an incredible service that I believe can be expanded to benefit even further for all parties.

Dr Scott Nimmo was great. Answered in a flash and you could tell he honestly cared about my dog. Very thorough. I hope I never have to use him again but it sure makes me more comfortable knowing I can ask a qualified Vet like Dr Scott for help.
After getting some interesting threats via text I wanted to see if there was cause for concern. The criminal lawyer who helped me out was so insightful on explaining the situation from a legal standpoint that I never had to leave my house to get the confirmation I needed to protect me and mine. At the rates most law firms charge for legal advise, without even retaining them as your counsel, this is well worth the service to help determine if you need to hire a lawyer or not. Unfortunately a lot of law firms will find ways to take on even the weakest case just to continue billing their clients. I don't have to worry about that now.
I am very good at getting info from the web, a free source. Foolishly I allowed myself to get sucked into helpowl.com and somehow justanswer.com came with it (or vice versa). One of these required a good faith deposit of $5, but that immediately became in something near or over $20. No new information was forthcoming-I was sent the exact same web info that I already had from the manufacturer, which didn't answer my need for service details. I have searched the helpowl.com web site for ways to close my unsatisfactory relationship. In my effort to be fair this identical review is being posted with justanswer.com as well.

Dr Perry was super helpful in a stressful time where we would otherwise would have had to go to an after-hours vet which would've cost much more for the same info. Really appreciate this type of service when it's not life threatening but you're still concerned about your pet's wellbeing and comfort and Dr. Perry was able to give us some peace of mind and some things to get us through the night before getting long-term treatment/solution the next day. It took them days to respond despite their website saying it would take minutes. When they finally did respond, they gave me advice that would only make things worse. I have a carnivorous animal (a ferret), and they suggested giving her rice, after not feeding her anything for 24 hours. If I had actually done what they said I'm certain she would have died.
I ended up having to reverse the membership through my bank, as their customer service line is a dead end. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

Say they have "experts standing by", "submit your credit card to be connected immediately", and no one is really there. And when they do connect you to an "expert", its just a bot answering questions to a script. And of course all they've done is start your "subscription" and charged your credit card immediately. STAY AWAY pure scam!

Tim was very helpful with the problems with my Envoy. I put in a new coil on number two cylinder and that solved the missing out. Just for safety sake, O also replaced the MAP sensor and. Now it runs fine. The big test will be tomorrow when I drive.in traffic and normal engine heat range. Thank you for your help.
Master mechanic was very patient as my laptop wouldn'r let me respond and my phone woldn't let him call. We texted the whole exchange.
I needed advice about my car that wouldn't start.
Expert knew exactly what the problem was, why it happened and how to correct and then did so quickly. After many wasted hours b/c of the problem, I got my computer functionality back immediately as a result.
Their lawyers give ok general advice, but if you did not realize that this is an on-going charge, each and every month even if you do not use the service - you are in trouble
Expect to get little and to pay a lot for it... Thankfully, my credit card company flagged this, or else I would have been charged for ever for nothing...
Go to a real lawyer - you will be much better off!
