“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Their lawyers give ok general advice, but if you did not realize that this is an on-going charge, each and every month even if you do not use the service - you are in trouble
Expect to get little and to pay a lot for it... Thankfully, my credit card company flagged this, or else I would have been charged for ever for nothing...
Go to a real lawyer - you will be much better off!

Don't use the site...

unless you realize that they will keep charging you until you cancel their services - they charge even if you do not use their services...

Just had a veterinarian assist me with a question about my dog ingesting something. Was extremely prompt, professional and helpful. Well worth the short amount of time spent on this. I also believe the negative reviews come from folks not understanding how to use the site. If you take the time to read the information, its easy. And you can read credentials or profiles before requesting an answer.

Pay attention to what your doing, you can simply click no to the subscription offers

Interacted with 2 different mechanics regarding an engine issue. Both mechanics were timely, participated in an ongoing e-conversation, and provided positive information. One had detailed experience on the specific engine and even was able to provide written procedure details. I found the JustAnswer service met all my expectations.

When the director of an American Int'l School finds himself guilty of nepotism and thinks no one sees it... JustAnswer's staff help me confirm my legal thoughts. I appreciate the fact you too asked questions but seem to have a practical approach to helping individuals with legitimate questions. Happened to find this website after a somewhat quick search but was extremely skeptical. I needed some expert advice on how to wire a new electronic thermostat to the HVAC circuit board and got it. I did exactly as they said and it works better than expected. Can't thank you enough and will be back again.

Do yourself a favor and read the 'critical' reviews...and then run! Plenty of others have expressed their frustration with the manner in which JustAnswer quietly scams you into a monthly subscription, even if all you wanted was a single answer to one question. JustAnswer sucks!

My dog has become a little more aggressive as he has gotten older and I'm concerned about taking him out on walks because he barks at people walking by and at other dogs. I've been using JustAnswer to get help with training since my dog was a puppy and they've always provided very helpful information so I came back to the site again. This time I got help from Jane and she gave me a few exercises to do while out on walks. I've been trying her techniques for the last couple of days and I've already seen progress. I'm impressed!

My 4 year old lab ate a whole large pork chop with a large sharp bone. The response from JustAnswer (Dr. Roy) was concise, understandable and spot on. We followed his directions and our lab is going to be just fine. Without his directions, I am afraid the outcome would have been tragic. Thank you again.

We and 2 other homes are in a dispute with a 4th homeowner on our private road. She is demanding removal of all the mailboxes on her property - that SHE put there almost 20 years ago because she just wants to be difficult. These mailboxes are on an easement. We had questions we needed answers to and speaking with a real estate lawyer about what she cant do to us brings peace of mind and relief. Process was quick, the lawyer answered all my questions, and it was a tremendous help. Highly recommend. And I like you can try for only 7 days without a long term commitment!

Justanswer provided me with fabulous help about a tricky question within minutes of me contacting them. As a vet there are questions that come up that you don't always know, and don't always have your books at hand. I could give my client correct advice in two shakes of a lambs tail. Awesome!

Jennifer French was wonderful, came with a solution I had earlier and another one to solve my problem of an error code. Everyone else was ready to have me take it to a repair facility but we tried a good solution and it worked! Hate to throw out what people call old stuff.
Would recommend to others and use again. Did think the system should be offer a clearer option for a 1 time only charge rather than the pop up window for a subscription.

I've always told my kids "someone built it so we can fix it". In a world when technology affects everything, including washing machines, if we don't start fixing things instead of running out to buy it new, the garbage / scrap piles will be running us down. Enter: Appliance Guru, for $5 and about 5 minutes of my time on the phone my son and I had the washer back together and washing clothes in no time. My son (& his wife) are happy and relieved about saving the cost of a new washer and the "garbage pile" just got smaller, thank u App. Guru

I have some antiques I'm selling and wasn't sure what a fair asking price is. The appraiser (Glenda) got back to me on all 3 of my questions in a timely manner and was very professional. I will use Just Answer again and plan to tell others.

We've used it twice now for dog emergencies. Once when one of our dogs swallowed a dropped human medication--luckily we were reassured that the particular drug should not cause a problem. Last night a dog got a cooked pork rib bone (the cat knocked it off the counter, but we should have disposed of it promptly to avoid the problem). Since she's a small dog, we opted (the vet gave a couple options, but was concerned about the dog's small size) to go to the emergency hospital for an x ray. Luckily, it looked like the pieces were very small and we are giving the pup the recommended extra fiber and will keep a close eye on her for 48 hours. JustAnswer's vets will answer all your questions and give great help--and great peace of mind. Both veterinarians deserved and received good tips from us for their help!

I asked a question a few months ago. It was very helpful, and only $5. I cancelled the recurring $30 membership. No problems so far.
Last month, I had another issue, and did the $5 again. However this time I was charged $30 as a "renewal" fee, and had to cancel again to prevent recurring charges.
I tried getting a refund, but was not offered one.
Guessing any future questions are $30 each, REALLY? :(

Tip for consumers:
Watch out for the recurring charges, and be aware that the $5 special is only good once. After that, it is $30 and the possibility of recurring charges if you do not cancel in time.

This would be the third of forth time I have reached out to JustAnswer for help. Each time has exceeded my expectations - dramatically - and saved me a ton of money by helping me to troubleshoot and fix a boat motor, washing machine, electric panel, and other items beyond my pay grade. ZERO STARS! I asked some medical advice and was charged $5 for a 7 day trial. No where did they tell me on the site or in an email that I would be charged $46 if I don't cancel. $46 for one month?!?!? I tried contacting customer service through online chat and phone. Both times I was given the brush off and told that's just the way it is. I asked the phone rep how many times a day she has to deal with people who are upset about this exact scenario and she informed me that she didn't have to tell me that information. So A LOT then! I called my bank and am disputing the charge.

Do not use. Hidden charges of 50$ that you won't know about until it comes out of your account. Ask 1$ to begin and charge the 50$ a few days later. Also, had no helpful information or advice. Not for those who have insurance or are desperate to get an answer to the existing problem.

Call your insurance nurse line. These guys are only for the $ money
