“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I deal in antiques, glass, pottery and one of a kind finds. In the past two years I have come upon two items that after spending hours just could find no viable info on. Thanks to JustAnswer, I had my answer within minutes! Both big scores I might add! Thanks JustAnswer for saving me time, money and frazzled nerves! The best company out there! Everywhere on the main page said 1$. Amazing cool great I'm a broke college student and all my regular doctors were booked. Basically this woman told me I needed to see someone in person and didn't give me any actual answers. Fast forward a week I check my bank. 46 dollars. They charged me 46 dollars to get absolutely no answers. Called customer service. All they could do was cancel my membership.

This website said to me I'd only be paying $1 to get the questions answered. Come to find out, I've been paying $46 a month for the last three months cause "it requires a membership to ask a question". Customer support was terrible and kept saying I was confused, which is stupid cause why would I have signed up in the first place if I was going to be charged up the a** monthly for only having ONE question? It did not tell me there was a charge other than the $1 I was okay with paying. They won't refund me either, terrible place. I would recommend wikihow before this stupid website.

During a difficult time when you feel helpless, with no answers forthcoming you feel desperate to do something, anything. I got online and started researching when I saw the site for JustAnswer. I was hesitant at first but just needed to reach out for some support. I asked my question and was connected with Dr. H. He was compassionate and gave me guidance to ask the questions I didn't know to ask. His responses were timely and thorough. It help make a stressful situation more bearable. Being fortified with information and support can lend so much strength. Thank you Dr. H, I am grateful.

The review was quickly done and very detail. The details gave me information on where to get an in person or online appraisal perform. Also explaining information about why I would need an official appraisal. Also including what my painting could possibly be worth. Thanks for the excellent service.

Just answer.com is a fast and reliable service. They have experts in every field that are willing to answer anything and quickly as well. I like being able to get answers in a few minutes as things always come up. My experience so far has been worth the little bit of money that I spent. I would recommend to anyone.

I have asked questions about pesky neighbors, business, legal, etc. and have always been able to get good advice from this service. It is a great tool to have in your repertoire, especially in emergencies if you need quick answers.

My puppy ate a piece of foam and I was very concerned about her since she is just ten weeks old. Dr. Ben was chatting with me within three minutes of going to the website. His answers were clear, reassuring and to the point. Appreciated his professionalism and knowledge.

I have used your site for over 10 years and have saved a ton of money. I started midway through my divorce saving tons on lawyers and now use it for plumbing, electrical and so on. Also for car and mower repairs. There are endless uses. Google is good but not as thorough. I can honestly say I have only been let down once. Great resource!

Never thought I'd review a site like this positively, but I wanted to find out some answers to my legal question asap so I signed up. They connected me almost right away (less than 10 mins) to an extremely experienced attorney who had an in-depth conversation with me for almost 30 mins. In total I only paid $60-ish, it's insanely good! Typically you'd need to look up an attorney, call and book an appointment, and pay 150~300 for an hour. So in comparison, I will continue to use JustAnswer!

I had multiple questions about getting a subtenant out of my home in California. The attorney broke the paragraphs of multiple inquiries down into single questions and answered every one of them separately. He wrote his replies in a way that made them easy for a lay person to understand, intentionally leaving out the legal speak. I knew exactly what to do after receiving his expert advice. The best part was that there was no wait time. I received all of my answers within 10 minutes of submitting the questions. I had to cancel before the end of the free trial because I'm currently unemployed. But you can be sure that I will subscribe to this service once I have a steady income. Excellent service, excellent advice!

85 years of experience tells me to stay away from lawyers. Just answer has just solved that problem. I am very pleasantly surprised. A very complex issue that I knew nothing about was accurately explained in detail within only a few minutes, and it cost only just over $30. I was able to get this matter quickly resolved exactly as my contact suggested. I will now always use Just Answer before I ever try to figure out what to do about anything.

These people took monthly payments from my credit card without me receiving any invoices or notifications that the deductions were happening. I believed the membership was cancelled. They were not prepared to refund any money. For me it would have been much, much cheaper to go to a local lawyer and ask my question, rather than lose hundreds of dollars in a series of silent deductions over many months until I realised and stopped it. Customer service with a view to any sort of resolution was non-existent.

My wife's sewing machine stopped working. The needle was hitting something under the needle plate. It took a while for the system to find an expert, but after a while "canuck the pro" replied by text and e-mail, sending us a page of instructions for cleaning and lubricating in and around the bobbin assembly. Followed these directions and removed more lint than I would have believed could possibly have accumulated in such small spaces. After doing so, the machine works fine again.

I had no idea I was being signed up for a $46/month membership. I paid to get an answer about my daughter's health. 2 years later, I'm still paying $46 a month and they refuse to refund the money they STOLE from me over that 2 years. I never use that card so I don't even think to look at the statement, so it went unnoticed until now! This is a disgusting company. AVOID at all costs!

I went on JustAnswer to get information on a ticket I received. I was told I would be charged a fully refundable $5, and after my credit card was put in I received a notification from my card company that I was charged a Non-refundable $51. I gathered no information about my ticket, and customer service said there was no way to reimburse my charge. I have seen many other reviews having the same experience.

I agreed to the monthly fee. The response I recieved was minimal but enough for me to know I needed additional legal help locally. Bit pricey to find that out but I did agree.
However they bill you monthly. I cancelled this the day I recieved my answer.
They kept billing me. Customer service was less than helpful. You really have to dig to get a phone number. I got one once I asked in their chat box.
Customer service claimed there was nothing they could do so I ended up play three times what I should have.
Just be very careful about engaging with them. It could cost you and there are better legal options available.

This site is out to simply siphon money from whosoever is dumb enough to agree to be connected to an "expert", just so they can charge an unexpected monthly "membership" fee against your credit card without due authorisation, and will continue to do so unless you "cancel at any time". Don't fall for it! Be warned!

Do not use!! You have been warned!! Unless you have money to waste!!

Charged my credit card $44 for helping solve a coding problem in a website. They gave me no answer - I still have the coding problem and I'm out $39. (They kindly refunded my $5 deposit.)
Their customer service is dreadful - they defend the company and you're outta luck. I called 3 times and was on hold until I was disconnected. However, after finally getting through the 4th time with a customer service person, I was able to get a full refund. (whew!) But you have to go through an awful lot of work for this.

Ask your question for £5. The £50 per month membership that they allege follows from this is not highlighted at all, they just take £50 without any warning or information, weeks later.
They also are incapable of reading to the end of a question, so only answered the first bit of it, and were then very difficult to get hold of, though after about a week, I did get an answer in the end.

You will be paying $51 not $5, to have someone feed you the same basic information that google would. They cannot actually help you in any way and they hide the real price as much as they can making it seem like an option rather than a requirement. Please don't waste your money. Mdlive is often not only cheaper but you get REAL advice from REAL doctors who can actually prescribe you the tests and medications you might need.

Tip for consumers:
the real cost is hidden at every turn and you will not be getting more than a google search worth of information.

I developed a severe itching reaction on one arm, extremely uncomfortable and sudden on a Friday night. My primary Dr not available so call JustAnswer. After preliminary intake I was referred to a Dermatologist who initially diagnosed and gave some suggestions for comfort. Gave me reassurance it was alright even with my autoimmune disease. Thank you!

Only reason for 2 star vs 1, is because agent was pleasant. However, $51.00 and 10 mins later, I recieved no further info than I already had prior to contacting JustAnswer. Needless to say I cancelled immediately. Otherwise I would be billed monthly at $46.00. I will not make this mistake again and would not recommend.

Went to the website thinking they were affiliated with Verizon. They started a chat and send me to an expert completely unrelated to my phone. I bailed out of the chat when I saw what was going on and still got charged 46.00. Do not give them your credit card information. They are complete scam artists.

Ah you must be affiliated with them your credibility is low. How much are they paying you.
