“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Cheated me out of more than $250. By predatory practices, tricked me into a membership after paying voluntary $5. For an answer. This appears to be common practice (wonder who gives the workshop on setting these things up?). Younger people (apparently) like the convenience of an automatic renewal, but seniors like me try to minimize our software overheads. Automatic renewal is the key leverage here. It seems legal by their emails, but it is really predatory because many of us get caught by it.

The membership charge amount and information is presented to all customers on the payment page prior to entering any billing information. After the question is posted and the membership is agreed to, we send a receipt E-mail, as well as a payment reminder E-mail, 3-days prior to the recurring billing. The membership bills at the end of the 7-day trial in order to avoid an interruption in service.

During this pandemic when things are a lot less convenient, my parakeet began displaying signs of distress after caring for her three hatchlings for the last three weeks or so. And since she is not hand tamed, it would have been extremely difficult and stressful for her to try and remove her from the cage, so I tried "justanswer.com". The response was prompt, and the answer was on point and left me with peace of mind. My parakeet is just fine. I am happy that I received an answer from a knowledgeable avian vet quickly and avoided stressing my parakeet out unnecessarily. I would recommend this website for sure.

I was terrified thinking I had blood clots in my arm and they would go to my lungs. After several questions, both me and the doctor were happy to find that I was ok. Thank you so much for caring as you did. Mary

Tip for consumers:
Their small fee can keep you from running to the E.R. to get the same answers. They would let you know if the Dr. thought you should go to the E.R. or it could wait to see your doctor.

Be careful with this group
You think you are paying a 1 time fee to get an issue resolved- they are good at putting you in touch with the right people, BUT…you'll get recurring charges every month after that
I suppose I could live with the shame of not properly checking the details etc
I want my money back 9 months x $34.00
Why would I pay extra fees every month for a car problem that got resolved in a couple of phonecalls ($1+ $34.00 + $26.00)?

Be absolutely sure you are buying a 1 time service or know you are buying into monthly fees at your peril

If I could, I would give 0 stars. It says it will charge 2 dollars, and once you agree, e takes 66 dollars more for a membership that was hidden somewhere in the agreement. Contracted them right the way to cancel and get the refund but they are denying to give me my money back! Its totally a scam!

I hate to give even one star to this rip-off company. The original question was not even answered, but I thought I'd be nice and give a good review. For $60 I got maybe 5 minutes, the person rushed me off the phone, then asked if I needed a private consult for more money. I said no. The very next day I was charged an additional $60, so I called to get my money refunded and was told I signed up for a $ 60-a-month contract. The very next Day! Not only that, I was told there was no way I would get a refund. To say I was upset and angry that I was being charged $120 for 5 minutes! This has class action written all over it, oh wait, they've already lost a suit, for almost identical issue. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! I regret every second of these misleading thieves. I'm still looking to get my money back. Proof of purchase? Are you kidding me? I have my bank statement and email - but I'm not putting that sort of information. Once bitten, twice shy. Give me a break...

I had a question for a lawyer. The lawyer who responded wrote that he would get someone familiar with that bit of law to talk to me, that there was no need for me to respond. I rated him highly, and I found out rating effectively seals your credit card payment and ends the conversation. Just answer refunded my money though, and I will try them again in future.

Maybe someone could work on the website to clarify more about how to continue a conversation until an answer is delivered.

I highly recommend this form of legal inquiries for your legal issues, ‘ PERHAPS "... It will or could lead you on your way. Maybe not every question will be satisfactory, but 90% is on point. Keep doing legal research as a follow up.

I have used Just-answer before and have never been dissatisfied. All questions were answered and gave additional information and other options to upgrade the piece of equipment as it is an older Camper model.

I was initially sceptical about taking out a membership but then I knew I could always cancel if necessary. Cancel? I've renewed it again and again! It has saved me endless web-searching and time-wasting. If your chosen Expert can't find the exact answer they will quickly find someone who can. I thoroughly recommend the membership option for anyone needing several answers or item valuations or just professional advice.

When my solution was not easy or obvious, i found a site that offers expert advice on so many complex problems. Surely saved me hours of cold cold cold troubleshooting! Price was reasonable. I will be checking my credit card statement just in case!

I had some initial payment issues but these were resolved quickly and with a positive and understanding attitude. The service saved me a lot of time and money by simply asking a question before taking my car down to the local garage. Highly recommend.

The attorney i spoke to was the smartest an friendly person i have ever dealt with an saved me thousands of dollars. I dont think she gets paid enough. I will tell all my friends about just answer this lady even called me on sunday now thats something attorneys never do. I cant say enough good things about my experience. Thank you.

While never receiving an answer that resolved my problem/question, I did get charged the initial $5, follow-on charge of $19 (all during Nov 2017). Now on 1 Jan 2018 a new charge for $34 has appeared on my charge card. As stated, though I never did receive a response resolving my issue, I did receive multiple requests from my assigned "expert" to raise my rating of his provided support. I've contacted my bank to dispute the new charge, and my advise to any/all thinking about using this service to stay away. Frankly am shocked/surprised/questioning all the positive reviews.

I was told by them that it's free with no sign up... Then after I asked a question they hit me with the one dollar. Bs. Do not go to this website. Their frauds... Report them to the police instead. They're taking people's money and screwing them over.

I have chosen to handle the probate of my mother's estate myself. The JustAnswer legal experts have been very helpful in guiding me through the process. I have been trying to identify and find values for several antique items and was having no luck searching on my own. I found justanswer.com during a google search and thought I would give it a try. Within minutes I had answers to all of my questions! They were able to help me identify antique dishes, furniture, handbags and lamps so far. Will definitely continue to use them as I sort through a house full of unknown goodies.

My dog had a spot I noticed very late at night and it seemed to be hurting her. The next day was crazy for me so I started to Google what it could be and came across JustAnswer. Within 10 minutes I had it downloaded, signed up and an answer back from a Veterinarian about what it was and how to treat. He even requested that I give him an update in 3 days to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend this site!

In my opinion Justanswer does not give you any value; I have used the German pool of experts only; the professionalism of their experts is more than questionable. It seems that they delay the answers and lack basic knowledge. I cannot recommend Justanswer.com. The 30-Day Full Satisfaction guaranty and promise is just an empty shell.

I accidentally over medicated my little Papillon with her high blood pressure med. It was late at night and I called the veterinary er as she is already a patient there. They suggested calling the Poison Control. There is a $50+ fee for this call. I, instead contacted JustAnswer, for a much reduced fee, and was able to get help from Dr. Nicole. Her advise was right on target and my little girl is just fine. I pray I don't have to make another call like this, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate in the slightest.

Tried to get some answers on a pardon thought I was paying $5 but just answer ended up charging a $110 for nothing. Then charged another 46 non refundable every month for a subscription I didn't sign up for $156 dollar scam. Not one question got answered

This business is a total scam. Do not enter in your credit card info! My bank alerted me to suspicious activity, otherwise I would have never realized that they automatically charged me for a $60/month membership without my knowledge.

I have asked them multiple times to refund the money, I was never told I'd be automatically enrolled in a membership just for asking 1 question. It might be legal, but its an unsavory and unethical way to run a business.

Do not give them your credit card info. Avoid at all costs!
