Everyone was helpful and informative even though it did take a day they did get my situation taken care of and I appreciate that. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I do I'll be comfortable in that. Thank you for your service.
Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Even one star is generous... it is absurd... Paid £ 21 and got nowhere... When I tried to log on to my account ( which you have to set up prior posting question and paying) and it denied access... Bottom line is... Please stay away from this crap service... absolute 100% $#*!!
This company discloses nothing and uses there policies to screw customers out of money. It's not a small once time fee and they will hide behind their "policy" but happily end your "membership" after screwing you over and not see your money again.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. The registration was supposed to cost only $2, but I never received any confirmation via text or email. To make matters worse, they charged me $66 without even giving me the opportunity to chat with a doctor. This experience feels like a scam and is highly disappointing.

I chose to have Dr Denny call and could not be more grateful. She calmed my fears and saved me from a very expensive vet visit with a few minutes of her time. She never rushed me or gave canned advice. And we are both doing much better thanks to her.
It's a website making money from people who are just trying to get answers. They say $5 and keep charging you $60. I you are not checking your credit card every month you are screwed. $360 total they scammed me out of. And when you call, they will tell you there is nothing they can do. I hope you loose your ##### for running a "Business " with this mindset. You are not different from any other Internet Scammers taking peoples hard earned money.

Much like some of these other complaints I literally wanted to pay to have one question answered. The representative told me that I could join for just $1 (I have a screenshot of this conversation) and sent me a link to fill out. They then freeze all communications via the chat until after you fill out the form. They then made two separate charges one for $1 (fully refundable) and one for $28 before allowing communications again. The $28 is a monthly membership fee I did not want. They simply responded that they will cancel my membership and once again froze communications via email or chat. When I called to request a refund I was told they will not issue any refunds on the $28. I even offered to pay a fee for the one question I was posted and was still refused. I would strongly discourage anyone from using their services but if you do, do not believe that whatever small $ amount they tell you it will cost will be the only fee you are charged.

They give you the impression that you're going to get an answer for five bucks but instead they trick you and charge you $46. Unscrupulous people like them have a special place in hell for p r e y i n g on people that are in a tight spot anyway. It makes sense that they're from California..

These people are white collard thieves giving you the same answer you can for free on any search engine. They false advertise Showing a big dollar. I. e.$1 for a trial period. I opted to cancel the same day within minutes. I have a confirmation email to prove the cancelation was just minutes apart from when I opened the email they sent me. They still charge you the monthly fee just for opening the email. Other great resources instead of using just A holes. Chegg, Quizlet, Study. Have outstanding service and I was never ROBBED by the credible ones mentioned. Thanks/ Beware internet bandits!

I did the trial offer and got back what ended up being incorrect answers and so I tried to cancel, within the 7 days. I thought it had been cancelled but received charges anyway. Tried to resolve it with customer service to no avail. Their Chat Center gave me nothing but company configured responses and then ended the chat even though I had more questions. They basically said too bad, we don't do refunds etc. I'll advise anyone to avoid their service.

I really like this app. It is super convenient to have an expert in a certain field at my fingertips when I have a question or concern. I usually use JustAnswer before following up with my GP if necessary. Well worth the money.
They said it was a one time flat fee to answer a question. They have since been charging me $35 a month. I disputed with my bank and had to cancel my debit card and order a new one.
I should have known with the initial charge when it was put in and taken back out six separate times, and Wells Fargo texted me about possible fraud.

A family member had a very serious recent legal issue that had the entire family upset. I was able to go online and speak to a criminal lawyer and within minutes we were all able to breathe a little easier. I get nervous when needing to call out a washing machine repairman. So I decided to do it myself. The cost was stated up front and the expert got back to me very fast so that I could make the necessary repair, which ended up to be easy after being told what to do. I could not believe how quickly an expert came online to answer my question about a new appliance I had just had installed. He knew exactly what I was asking, gave me some quick, thorough advice and I was back in business. I will use them again!
I've been doing income taxes for 10 years. Every so often I run across a client that has a tax problem that I is over my head. With "Just Answer" I know I can depend on them to give me the correct answer. They not only tell me what I should do, but also give me step by step directions on how to file.
I always get a response within 24 hours. A couple of times I spoke with them on the phone and they are really patient.

Woody helped me to sort out a tricky problem with my Maytag washer. I am pretty handy, but needed his input to diagnose and treat it. In the end, I will end up spending $120 compared to about $450 if I had engaged my local appliance dealer.
The person took me through stage by stage. As a technophobe he didn't use jargon.
I was having worries about my dog so I came to this website, I spoke with an automated person and was told that I would be transferred to a veterinarian after paying a $5 refundable fee. Not only did I NOT get to speak with anyone after paying $5 but they also charged my card for $27 when that was not stated anywhere. After the incident, I went to the reviews and it seems as if this happens to people quite a bit. This website is a complete scam, save your time and money by calling an actual person who can assist you without stealing from you.

This site is actually a scam. Their bot states " JustAnswer for only $5 (fully-refundable). While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Lawyer about your situation and then connect you two." - Once it connects you to a this form, there is fine print that says you will also be billed a $60 non-refundable fee. Why not mention that fee right away? To deceive people. I called them and told them how unethical this is and they refused to offer a refund. I called again and asked what "free" meant? She couldn't answer. She kept saying that I was charged because I asked a question. It is free to join, but if you use the site then you get charged. That is absolute nonsense. They know this is an unethical business practice and they don't care. I kept arguing and finally was offered a refund. If you Google "justanswer scam" you will see others have had the same experience.

Some of the most predatory marketing I have ever seen! The messaging said the answer would be $1 and renew at $60 monthly. Instead, I was charged $61 immediately. I reached out to their billing department, who were unresposive. I called their customer service department, who said I had agreed to this purchase, that it was valid from their end, and that they would be unable to refund me. By this time I had been charged $60 again. They hung up on me as I was trying to plead my case, which was a first for me. I cannot imagine doing business like this. It appears they've literally structured a business to trick people into making automatic recurring payments, then slap them with their T&Cs. How is this allowed to continue? It honestly makes me want to take them down, but that's probably the legal dramas talking.
