Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Just Answer is a "predatory vendor" who advertises a $5 question charge, but charges you an additional $69 membership fee once they process your credit card. When questioned about this, customer service responds that the $5 charge is a "good faith down-payment " towards the $69 membership fee. However, this is a lie as you are charged both fees. In addition, you are told $5 is a trial membership fee in the advertisement. Again a lie that conflicts with what customer service bot says. Do not purchase unless you realize your initial trial is nit a trial and you are buying a membership for $74 initially. False advertising...BEWARE!
After service at authorized MB dealer, have a missing in engine when come to a stop. Does not happen every time. Return to dealer cannot find problem. My wife suggest go on line and ask MB. Find you, ask question, get suggested answer immediately. Next day return to MB repair give them you recommendation, problem solved, apologized, no charge. WOW. Thanks, Gene.
I could have called my own doctor, but often it takes a while for them to get back to me. I asked a question regarding a side effect to a medication that, although I had checked out the listed side effects, was not listed. Dr. Shah responded in the affirmative that my experience could have been caused by the medication. JustAnswer is great! Yes, I definitely will recommend it to everyone.
I was looking for a tenant attorney lawyer for my mom. I made that clear. I agrees to pay my $5 that was "refundable at any time". Not only did they not provide the service I requested, I had an additional membership charge for $46. When I went to cancel and ask for a refund I was told they don't give membership refunds. Disputing it with my bank now, but don't bother with this company. A lot of attorneys will answer basic questions for free especially if it can lead to business.

I was having an issue with a TV that was only about 2 1/2 years old. I didn't feel I should have to work through surround sound just to use the TV. I went on the internet and found "Just Answer" through Samsung. For $5.00 they diagnosed my problem and gave me a fix. Everything is now back to normal. Thank you!
Was not able to obtain needed info from manufacturer for correction of repair. Information I received was informative, easily understood and even gave assistance on how to have problem corrected and how to pursue if further action needed by others.

My client cut her dogs leg while grooming before leaving town. I checked with a vet online to see if anything different needed to be done. I was already keeping it clean and applying ointment. He confirmed that I was doing everything right and recommended a cone to keep her from licking it. Great to have peace of mind.

They give you mediocre answers that you could easily find off of google, then mislead you into a paying for an expensive monthly membership. Their cancellation on their website also does not work, so they will steal your money until you notice and demand they cancel it. They will not give you a refund either even if you had 0 use of the months membership. I hope this website gets investigated and is shut down ASAP. Shameful.

I came upon this site by accident as I googled ebay customer service and it popped up. I thought I was live chatting with ebay (not an ad) when they said they will connect me to expert for a refundable one dollar. I scanned my card and they charged me $46. The bank alerted me right away. Thank God.

These guys are sneaky, the service was really good at 2$ per question when I used it last time. This time they billed my credit card for 40 and signed me up for a automatic monthly fee without telling me. When I contacted them to ask for a refund minus the question cost of course, I was told it was it was in the terms of service I agreed to and no refund will be issued. The repair guys are great but the service is underhanded and will absolutely steal from you. Id stay away if possible. 2 stars only because of the repair guy. Would be 1.

Billing a little confusing. There is a option to confirm that you will not be enrolled into a monthly fee. I like that. The tech that I talked to (Phil) was very helpful and most importantly he was patient with me as I was irritated with my situation. I would use this service again. I have parts ordered and may need to re-open conversation. Will post a review to let you know how it goes. Don't anticipate any issues.
I availed services on a traffic violation ticket recently. Also had taken their services on automobile repairs. Subject Matter Experts are available at very low cost, in a timely manner and have expertise on the subject. I would turn to them in the future as well!
I was trying to get on the Canadian virtual care, and this website popped up when I typed tiahealth, there is even a Canadian flag sign on the top of the website. I didn't pay much attention when being asked for credit card number, for a $2 charge (it is even said fully refundable on the website). I terminate the text service right away after Dr David texted that they can't practice in Canada, without realizing I was already signed up for membership, and the first monthly fee of $79 is already showed up on my credit card besides the $2.
I called the merchant right away, and was told there is nothing she could do.
A totally scam business! What a sham that doctors need to make money this way.

This website claims you can join for just $1 for a trial, but when you actually try to use the membership, it charges you $46 with your first question. Their practices are VERY deceitful. Clearly, it is designed this way. Very frustrating experience with this company.

I called fairly late in the evening and got a fast response from Jake. I had a severe idling problem (engine dying) with my Nissan. First I will say that Jake definitely was knowledgeable about Nissan engines. Over the course of a week, going back and forth, he helped me diagnose my idling problem. We methodically went through the idle air control valve, throttle body, and mass air flow sensor. He certainly was patient. Now my engine runs satisfactory and it is at the point where I need a higher level of diagnostics than I have at home (perhaps time to get it to a dealer's computer diagnostic). Another plus was that Jake had access to and sent me pertinent wiring diagrams and procedures. He got me running again and I am thankful.
It was so worth it to try Ask a Vet regarding my standard poodle's vomiting issue. We were on day 2 of GoGo's unusual vomiting and wanted to at least try to resolve it ourselves before submitting her to tests and xrays. Simple instructions after answering Dr Paul's questions brought her immediate relief and helped her digestion. Thanks so much, well worth the fee for online service!
Bit of a delay finding a mechanic to answer my outboard motor question, however the person found was very friendly and helpful and able to give me areas to look and diagnose my problem. Thank you.

Hidden fees on a 2$ question turns out to be 79$ whether you want a member ship or not, and customer service is condescending and heartless, I needed help and they took my money from my account without my consent just days before rent was due as a single mother on the holidays that's a stress I did not need and nothing was done to rectify it!

My sound bar was out of warranty and I needed to know if it could be fixed economically. The technician diagnosed the problem in less than one hour and even though the result was not what I had hoped for he gave me several options to choose from for a solution. I don't know of any other alternative to get a definitive diagnosis in such short time.
I was charged 120 dollars over the span of 2 months asked for a refund and all i got was the customer service bs that all shady companies say "so sorry and i understand you frustration" i was then told that they are very transparent about their prices/ nope nowhere did i see saying it was 60 dollars a month to ask questions and to top it off i would not have even known about it until my bank said something

Used the trial version in march '20. Once they have your details, they'll start debiting your account.
Didn't even know I was signed up as a full member for a full monthly subscription £50 a month.
No email notification of membership, or for them taking monthly payment either.
Refund of 1 months £50 subscription, refuse to pay back previous 5 months, on a service I didn't use.
