I have asked a few different questions on this site about my health and they have been answered pretty fast for the most part. Many of the doctors that attended to me were very attentive and clear. My only complaint is the fee they charge after your week trial is over. $40 is pretty expensive to some people. Wish they had different priced packages. But other than that it's a great site.

I have been using Justanswer services for over three years. During that time I have asked questions to MDs of different specializations as well as questions to veterinarians. Usually these questions are those that keep me awake at night or an emergency. The most recent was an emergency, when I switched by accident my dogs' meds. Every time I have received a clear, informed, timely answer. I am subscribed to the monthly service, that allows me to ask unlimited questions for a fixed fee. It is worth every penny.

Check the screenshot and see for yourself. They tell you they are charging $5 to ask a question and then charge you $65. A robot collects all of your information and then - you wait. When someone responds, they first try to charge you an additional $60 to connect by phone, indicating that it is better to connect via phone to ensure you're made aware of additional legal information that you may not know is important. If you say no, you receive a text like the one in the pic saying, "We do not represent clients on this site. I cannot represent you, give you legal advice, or answer any specific legal questions. I can only give you general answers to legal questions. There is only one question per chat. Is that clear?"

This service is a scam. You can get the same information (answers to general questions) by using FREE search engines.

I needed to confirm my estimated taxes made online to IRS in 2023. The Expert provided to me the 2 IRS websites to obtain answers to my questions.

I was having a problem with my Pembroke welsh corgi Poppy and they helped out with what all the other vets were going to do for my dog. Very pleased I contacted them. My friends with pets will be hearing about Just Ask. It could be a life saver.

Have used JustAnswer as source of help for at least 10+ years for both business and personal issues. The worst answer I ever received was still what I considered "good." I estimate my answers have been worth (on the average) 5-7 times more than I have paid.

Being a victim of scam re: computers, was leery about giving out my card number again. Long story short, my professional computer advisor was patient, understanding, explained my problem (with computers :) through easy steps, trustworthy, and knowledgeable.

I found this fabulous site and had answers to my questions from a very informative, knowledgeable source in minutes! I highly recommend this site to anyone for any question, no matter what the subject! Legal, medical, or, anything you can think of!

Mine happened to be about a lawsuit which most likely would have cost me a small fortune just to have a few questions answered! I highly recommend Sean to answer any of your legal questions!

I was robbed at a hotel in Germany and needed a lawyer who understood German law. I was quite surprised to find out that JustAnswer has several! The counseling they gave me saved several thousand euros. Outstanding!

The web page is so confusing and vague on payment options that I got ripped off for $68.00 to ask a simple question. Obviously, designed to confuse. I won't even open their page again. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Was contacted with a certified Cadillac mechanic within minutes. Received not only a spot on diagnosis of the problem, but also PDF diagrams of how to safely and correctly fix the problem myself. Will be back again.

I am a new pet owner and although my dogs have a Vet, I chose to consult Just Answer for a second opinion. I followed the Vet's recommendation. One of my dogs has not recovered but she's getting there because she woke up today having more energy and has not vomited. Hopefully she's on her way to recovery but if not I will go the the next recommendation. What I liked was that I didn't have to leave home with two sick dogs and wait in my car while the Vet stepped outside for a consultation.

Our 12 year old dog, Molly, developed wheezing after a walk along the river and we're about 1000 miles from home, so we asked JustAnswer for a vet. Within moments we were involved in a phone conversation with a lovely man who asked many questions, listened carefully to my responses and listened to Molly's breathing while I put the phone to her chest. He recommended Benadryl and that we take her to a local vet if the problem didn't subside within 24 hours. I'm glad to report the Benadryl has worked and Molly is feeling fine again.

My only suggestion for improving the site would be that they ask if you would like a membership before automatically enrolling you. I have used the service twice in four years and am happy to pay for the services used, as they are used, but don't want to pay a monthly charge to be a "member".

Consulting with Just Answer veterinarians prompted me to seek more help and action from my dog's veterinarian. Within several hours of consultation, my dog had had x-rays and was in emergency surgery.

Was taken in a crypto scam, and was guided to minimize losses as well as understanding about crypto brokerage definitions. Also guidance to accurate buy and sell numbers were explained.

I purchased two paintings at a garage sale. Later I discovered that there indeed was a signature on them. Judith was able to answer all my questions in a timely fashion. She even did research to figure out who the other signature on the painting were. Thank you so much for your help Judith! I now know the value of my H. C. Kimball's.

This service is horrible. They falsely advertise "answers in minutes" it took 9 hours to get a response from someone. Not only that, they hide their $29 membership fee into what seems like a one-time payment. The service department will say its clearly stated and feed you clearly copy and pasted answers. They don't care about their users and the customer service is rude and not helpful. Don't use this service. Just call a real professional.

The way the charges are put on is a little misleading, which originally upset me, but Jason did a great job, so it was totally worth the money. Jason is very professional and is a true IT expert. I had been fighting the problem with Windows 10 for 3 weeks since the last update and he was able to fix it in short order. I highly recommend Jason Jones to anyone needed help with their computer.

Was able to talk to a vet with 19 years of experience after my puppy go into the trash. The professional responded quickly to each of my many questions I had. It's a great service for an amazing price and I'm gonna keep it tucked in my back pocket for future use!

I tried, unsuccessfully, for hours on line trying to get a simple question answered. Social security sites are not user friendly. I finally resorted to asking an attorney. I was assigned to Lane. He was quick in responding to my inquiries. I would definitely seek him out should I need help again.

Quick and efficient. The technician found a YouTube movie that was exactly the issue I am having with this wine cooler. All explanations were there. Ordered the parts for minimal cost and will see how the fixing will go. Thanks to this service. Great job.

When I came to JustAnswer, it tells me that I can post a question with only 1$ of cost. However, after I put my card down, I realized that this 1$ follows with a 50$ monthly membership fee that was also withdrew from my card. There is no informations on the website telling me that I will be charge 51$, instead of 1$, before I enter my card information. And when I enter my security code, there is no total amount on the site. This feels like an unauthorized withdraw. I called the customer service two times, but they are not able to get me a refund.
I just wish they communicated clearly that I will be charge 51$ instead of 1$, because 50$ make a big difference.

I posted a question and they didn't have any "experts" who could provide answers. I thought I was just in the trial but realized later that they've been charging me $46/mo for nothing. I finally found out and cancelled the account. They refused to give any kind of refund. This whole business model where you have to give a cc # and then cancel a week later to try the product is taking advantage of all of us who forget to cancel. I'm very disappointed in the company.
