“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Do not use this service, hidden membership fees & automatic enrollment! Called customer service just to be told that I excepted user agreement & therefore cannot get a refund! Run, run fast from this crap site

I was told there was a $1 fee to ask a question. After about 4 messages with someone they basically told me I was s*** out of luck. I canceled it right away. Had it for a total of 5 minutes. Looked at my bank account, and they charged me an additional $46. Which was not explained or specified. When I emailed them to try to get a refund they told me it was hidden in the fine print. Here is proof that they're lying to scam people. Will be contacting my bank and disputing the claim

After a crazy year of selling my first home, traveling abroad for 3 months and moving to two different states I knew my taxes would be difficult to do myself. I didn't want to spend the money for a C. P. A. To do them so I used the trial offer for JustAnswer. My questions were all answered by tax professionals quickly and accurately. There is an option to call them but it's for $52 more. I just used their online chat. Thanks to the great C. P. A. S there I was able to do my taxes at home for free while only paying a small trial fee for one week here. I would highly recommend.

I asked a question concerning automotive electrical problems. By the time the "expert" gave me an answer, I had already figured out the problem and fixed it.
The answer from the "expert" was not accurate either.
They also automatically signed me up for a subscription for $24 per month. When I called about that, they said I must have clicked the button. That is absolutely wrong.
They did cancel the subscription, but to request a refund, you have to sign up as a member... which I'm not, and will not be.
My advice is to stay away from these folks... they are scammers.

I joined for £5 to ask about an immigration understanding which was fast and had quick answers on some of the immigration requirements but not really helpful as the person did not know what is the Right of Abode and only transferred me to the waiver form that I already knew. After this £50 was deducted for 2 months and I only saw it the second month. No email was sent to tell me of this or to accept the membership and that the trail was over. A lot of sites do this, and automatically change it from a trail to a monthly subscription making money out of innocent people.
Nevertheless JustAnswer has returned one of the month payments as it was on hold.

I asked for help installing a Plus Tek Optic Scanner that was 6 years old. I have Windows 10. Rob spent over an hour with me trying to figure out how to get the computer to recognize the scanner and make the software work. We finally concluded that it was not compatible with Windows 10. While the end result was not what I was hoping for, I am convinced that he did everything humanly possible to figure out how it might be configured to work.
I definitely would use Just Answer again.

The JustAnswer is a total scam. Do not use this business! They never answer my question however, they charge me a $75 instead of $1 as I was told. I have to cancel my credit card in order to protect my account.
All the positive reviews are fake.

I was repeatedly charged even though I obtained no useful information from this company. They rely upon people providing credit card information when they are in a pinch and looking for help, not realizing that they will thereafter incur monthly charges whether they ever receive help or not

Supposed to be experts, no credentials I could find until they get a credit card number and better yet you can't get off the sight without shutting down your explorer and or google through the task manger total bs locks you up and won't let you do anything. Its a total and utter scam don't waste your time or money.

I bought what I thought was a $1.00 answer to a question. That's right. $1.00. I'll pay $1.00 to find out why my camera takes bad pictures, because I'm trying to sell it on eBay. But then I saw the bill, and it was $40. AND they'd signed me up for a monthly membership in which I'd be continuing to pay them that much.

Fortunately I paid with PayPal. I immediately filed a claim and included the screenshot that said something like, "Buy this one answer for $1.00!" Yeah, that's pretty deceptive. It's disgusting to me that people with such low morals exist on our planet. I assume these worthless scammers are trying to undercut the Nigerians.

Oh, good! I overlooked an earlier email from PayPal. They've already found in my favor. Pro tip to JustAnswer: stop now before you screw the wrong people. For consumers: note the photo I'm uploading that shows that the same date I filed a claim with PayPal was the date PayPal found in my favor. (Often, PayPal claims take a while, and there's at least a little back and forth. Not today!)

Oh, this is cute. The email they sent me after I registered and thought I'd paid a dollar said this (direct copy/pasted quote):

Membership details:
The $1 join fee has been waived because you are a former member. You were charged the $40 membership fee (Order ID *******-90). Your membership will renew automatically and the membership fee will be charged each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime via the membership panel in the "My Account page" to avoid future charges. No refunds unless required by law.

No, I've NEVER used JustAnswer before. No refunds unless required by law! HA HA HA HA HA HA HA! Ohh, I needed that laugh.

I never joined this web site. Yet. They took my money not once, but twice even after conclusive complaint that the money was taken fraudulently. I will be notifying the fraud dept. through the FTC.gov. Trying to get a HUMAN is IMPOSSIBLE!

I contacted this company and for $5 fee supposed to get answer to my landlord - tenant issue.
Not I never got answer but as many other people I got charged additional $60 so-called membership fee.

I contacted this company 5-6 times by email and phone call but they refused to refund the $65 I paid for nothing and don't want to deal with me at all.
Don't make my mistake and read for many people like me put in review.
This company is SCAM!
Period. You will not get help and will definitely pay at least $65

I asked for a cardiologist and the person who answered had broken English even in typing, obviously did not carefully read my question as he proceeded to ask me questions to which the answers were in the question I wrote. Then he recommended I talk to a cardiologist, so I clicked on his profile and he is only a MD, not a cardiologist and his name was supposedly Dr. Care. So, I'm paying to have people who are not experts in the field I asked for tell me absolutely nothing.

These people are great. I never trusted on line businesses to much. I've been charged money, even got charged $500.00 a couple weeks ago. My bank took care of it. There are a lot of scammers out there. Never give anyone personal information and especially credit card information on the Internet.
