Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Being able to ask pertinent questions and have them promptly answered in a professional and considered manner. The service was both considerate to me as a person and a client. Getting fast answers relieved some of the anxiety one can feel in stressful times. I would use this service again.

I had a good experience the first time I used the site but after that I have found it impossible to get connected with an expert so that I could send pictures. And when I finally got someone she quit midway through our conversation. The whole thing seems to be a big joke. I don't have time or space here to detail all the problems I've had.

This website is a total scam. They pay for SEO placement so if you're looking for Cannon/HP/any sort of hardware customer service they come up first. They don't outline how much their service is and even if you don't ask a question, they will charge you a membership fee of $46+. Customer service is useless and doesn't even look into the problem and just says there's nothing they can do. I'll be calling my credit card company because this site is entirely unethical

I was already down in the dumps over my car issues, and my experiences with online forums hasn't always been great. Admittedly my problem this time was easily resolved, but I was ready to go off the deep end looking for a solution. The expert was calm with his responses and was able to get through to me. Ultimately the simple, cheaper, step he advocated for was the right one. Problem solved, and no dealership labor charge.
I did a simple google search on corporate attorney and this is what came up. You get a live chat option and the person directs you to go to another site which asks for a credit card number. She tells me the charge will be $1. It's actually $45. The response I received made me think that this person is not actually an attorney because the way the question was answered. I really wish I would have screenshot of where they said the fee was $1. I do realize that you get what you pay for but in this case I did not. In fact, I just got charged again for another month and I have not been back on the site since I told them to cancel.
This site said this business has 4 stars. I have no idea how because I think it's a scam.

This has been so helpful. Best advice and go to for help or an estimate. This has been A Godsend. Example. I read reviews and answers on other customer questions which gave me info to find items I have that turned out expensive. So it's not just the question and answer I ask.
I had several questions regarding our new standard poodle puppy. The seller of pup did not explain certain issues, and was very evasive. Brooke Harness claims to be a breeder, that she is not. I did receive very helpful answers from Rebecca, a dog veterinarian, was extremely nice, and advised us what to do. Rebecca was outstanding, advised on things that the so called breeder should have told us. The name Blissful Standards LLC, Brooke Harness, is NOT good.
I contacted them and for $5 asked an attorney a question which he answered. The rep told me that they would send an email reminder when my trial period was about to expire, they did not, and charged me the full membership cost.
I called today to get a refund, the rep told me I was too late to cancel and there was nothing I could do.
Filed a dispute with the credit card company. We'll see what happens.

They offered me a free trial of membership which I cancelled however they took £28 from my account and although I demanded my money back under their 30 day money back guarantee. I have had no response and when I tried to get in touch by email they provided me with a scam password system which was a total time waste. I have asked my bank to treat their money withdraw

It sounds like when you tried to contact customer support about your account that you may have gone through the password retrieval process while logging in. You will pull this website up and it says answers for $1 trial you are actually signing up for a membership for $34 a month be prepared for a need to call and get your money back... and never received an answer. It would be worth the one time fee if it worked. But at more than $500 a year for a membership you never intended to get in the first place is a little pricey for "Just an answer".

I paid what I thought was a one off £10 for a question and I've only just realised by looking at my statements in detail that they've taken £45 every month! They had signed me up to a monthly subscription, this was in no way clear when I paid my original £10 and I received no email confirmation that I was on a subscription. When I complained they only refunded me £45 out of £180!
In my opinion they are a deceitful and misleading website and, judging by the amount of people complaining about this same problem, they must do it knowingly.

I had a Vizio TV which went out on me after only 4 Years old. They were able to help me with questions as to why and what may have happened. I felt they saved me some money by not having a TV repair man come to the house. They were polite, very fast in getting to my problem. Very satisfied.
I asked one question about the radio in my truck and they quickly told me to replace it. I took it to the dealership and they replaced a module not the radio and it works fine. People make mistakes, I understand that. Since then these folks charge my credit card $34.00 a month for a service I find to be less than helpful. That's right they have been hitting me every month for this charge so watch out!

I was having difficulty receiving a concrete solution to an unusual neurological that I've been experiencing for almost 2 years; when searching for a support group, I discovered Just Answer, presented my problem to a neurologist who asked several questions about my health and then proceeded to tell me what medication he would prescribe to a patient such as myself. I therefore can give this suggestion to my family doctor or neurologist, who I'm certain will be willing to at least discuss that medication with me. My whole experience with Just Answer was very satisfactory

First and foremost I am struggling a bit financially due to everything that's going on in the world so it's kind of hard for me to make a trip to the vet due to their high prices. I figured I would try this out since the virtual assistant told me I was going to be charged one dollar for this chat.
After speaking to the vet I checked my account and saw that 30 dollars was taken from my account and when I called customer service twice, they extremely rude and stated that I should have read their terms and condition. I would advise anyone (on a budget) to make sure to understand that although the virtual assistance says you will be charge 1 dollar it's really going to be 30 dollars and you will not get a refund.
If you can stay far and away from this site. I'm sure there are alternative options that will treat you better. These people are crooks.

I was directed to JustAnswer.com to find a replacement part for my GE Side by Side.
Refrigerator and Freezer. The virtual assistant came back a few times assuring me that she would find an Expert to solve my problem. After a couple of hours I was about to lose it and with a email the expert told to contact Sears or EBay. He gave me the product number and an estimate of the cost. I am so pleased and excited.
