“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I was getting pretty worried about my two cats because they stopped using the facilities after I set up a new automatic litter box. They weren't 'going' in that box, in a regular box, or around the house. They just weren't 'going' anywhere. I'd had a kitty die from a similar problem four years ago, so you can imagine how concerned I was. Dr. Carole offered valuable suggestions that relieved my cats' stress about the new litter box, and in turn, my near panic about them developing a more serious problem. Crisis averted. When you get on their chat you are asked to pay five dollars. Then you get to the payment site and not are you only asked to pay $5 but an additional $69 that you are lead to believe that you can cancel and not be charged. This is not true you are charged the $69 regardless of how soon you cancel i called within minutes of seeing the charge and was told I would not be charged. When I called back after the charge was not removed I was told oh that is non refundable. Im sorry but that is wrong no matter how you look at it.

They keep charging my credit card. First it was $1. Four hours later it was $55. Five hours later it was another $1. They did not help, all they deep was send me a link I could have found online. This company is a scam.

I was out of town and my teenage son was home with our 3 dogs, my dobie decided to counter surf and ate a bottle of rimadyl. The Dr walked us through what we needed to tell our son to do and everything turned out great. Thankfully the dog was ok and didn't need any emergency treatment, he also emailed a couple days later to check on him. Great experience!

I am a small medical practice with only 12 employees. One person just had two major back surgeries and went out on disability for an unknown period of time. I wasn't sure how long I had to keep her job open, and my HR department gave me a spurious answer, saying as long as her doctor certified that she was not able to work I had to keep her job open. A Just Answer employment lawyer told me that as long as I had fewer than 50 or 15 employees I am not obligated to hold her position at all. I will hold it open for awhile just to be helpful, but it is nice to know what my true legal obligations are.

The website offers to let you post a question and join for just $5 but then charges you an additional $60 membership fee. Upon further research, I found that JustAnswer offers different prices depending on where you came from (an affiliate page or an ad). When you try to get a refund, they tell you that you can only get a refund for two reasons: 1) you didn't get an answer to your question, or 2) you weren't happy with the quality of your answer. When you call for a refund, speak with a supervisor, and ask them if they would like to refund you now or after you file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That got them to refund me ASAP. Also, they show on their website that they are highly rated on Google, but that's a lie. Avoid this company!

Don't get scammed. Avoid this website.

Had a problem with my RV refrigerator, it wouldn't turn on. RV repair wanted about $200.00 to look at it. I contacted JustAnswer and William, a refrigerator technician, walked me through on what to check and then gave me instructions on resetting it. Reset worked and now refrigerator is working on both A/C and gas. This was accomplished for a $5.00 7 day trial membership. I then gave William a bonus for providing such great assistance. After 7 days the membership is $28.00/month (which you can't find anywhere on the website, you have to ask). Membership can be cancelled at anytime. As far as I'm concerned checking with JustAnswer is the smart thing to do; then if you need more then go someplace else.

I don't know how they got me transferred to them, and then they charge me $66.oo?
They even had to asked me where I wanted to discontinue my subscription to a news paper I was trying to do.
They should go to Jail (to hell they will go) to profit from people that way, that's a crime.

I like the fast respomse. Just like having a real conversation in person. Without being physically present. I appreciate that the doctor asks me questions so that he is able to provide more accurate advice.

The information we received was spot on, quick and gave us a sense of relief before we went to the vet. It's a good idea to get some advise in an emergency before going to the vet. It lowers everyone's temperature before getting to the vet's office and you can have an intelligent exchange of thoughts, ideas and observations. Excellent response and perspective from Lisa. Read the negative reviews! They automatically charge your card! It's in the fine print. Didn't see it? No worries, they will send you a screen shot of it when they tell you you're not eligible for a refund!

I was told that Shell Vacations Club was guilty of Fraud, Identity Theft, Misrepresentation, and I should contact The Consumer Protection Board. I did as instructed and charges were brought against them. My electronic signature had been used to order points that I had not authorized. They had charged $19,800.00 to my PayPal account. They had charged it in June and it was finally resolved in my favor in October. Just Answer remained in contact during that time. They were a life saver.

My duck had a issue with her eye. I was referred to Dr Mike.He responded very quickly, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns, reviewed pictures, and gave me his recommendations to help the issue. Very pleased.

I had a question about someone who got robbed and needed money from me to get home. I thought it was a scam so asked JustAnswer and they thought so to. They gave me very good advice and it worked. I was led to believe that I only had to pay $5.00 but then they turned around and charged me $30 for a membership and would not refund it when I cancelled the membership I didn't want. It's a total scam.

They could not answer my question so I cancelled my service within minutes, days later I got an incorrect vague answer and was charged anyway. I would stay away from them, there are much more reputable and honorable services.
