Everyone was helpful and informative even though it did take a day they did get my situation taken care of and I appreciate that. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I do I'll be comfortable in that. Thank you for your service.
Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
It was my first time using it & I was so impressed about how knowledgeable my tutors were. They were able to explain & break down the strategies like no other.
I will definitely reach out if I need them again.

I had a major problem with my Windows 10 computer. Could not find a phone number for Microsoft Help. Found JustAnswer and a nice customer tech named John. I'm not really computer savvy and was so happy that he could solve the problem without too much trouble. He was very patient with me and I was so grateful.
I loved that I got connected to a assistant vet and a doctor vet very quickly. They discussed my concerns very professionally and directed me in the right way on how to proceed. My only observation is the price: $28 for a phone call seemed a little too much...
I ask about any item I buy. If it is a cheap reproduction then I am given a full reply explaining the history and why the item is considered to be second rate. If the item is great and original I receive a detailed explanation and clues how to recognise its pedigree and quality. Good or bad my knowledge is advanced every time I get an appraisal. I wanted to find out the answer to a very specific legal issue, something that has been troubling me for some time now. I was put through to a qualified lawyer who gave me an answer to my question which I found both informative and reassuring. The whole exercise only cost me £32.00, which I think was very good value for money. My only reservation about this site is that the screen is rather cluttered. I had to search 'through the undergrowth' to find the answer being given to me.
Purchased a 7 day trial for $5.00 When I went in at 7 a.m. on the 7th day to cancel, they had already charged my card $ 28.00 at 3 a.m. that day. Did not even give me a chance to cancel. I contacted customer service they said too bad its in the agreement. I would think that companies are a bit more sensitive during a world pandemic. I am going to pay $28.00 for the next four weeks for something I will not need.
Praveen was wonderful I bought a new printer for my old Mac and spent the better part of the day installing it. Still would not print. My service tech, Praveen, worked with me for half of the next day and was so patient. He continued when I was ready to give up. He finally got the thing to work perfectly. I just need a new computer. He was great. He followed through with emails to make sure it was still working right. He really cared.
Extremely dishonest in how much it costs to ask a question. Like alot of other reviews on this website, they make it seem its only going to be $5 and then come to find out it costs more. I immediately called in to cancel and get my refund, which they did return, however they conveniently forget to tell you that you are enrolled in their monthly membership now that cost $38. So apparently asking to "cancel" and that I what my refund, only applied to my original question, not to the actual membership... I consider myself fairly cautious when giving out my credit card, but these guys do a fantastic job of being as misleading as possible. On top of that when I caught the membership on my billing they tried to fight me on getting it returned. They seem to have good reviews online, but my guess is they are buying these "good" reviews like the rest of the scam artists online.

I have had a great experience with Just Answer. I've been able to ask medical questions to doctors, pharmacists, and homeopaths which has given me. A much better understanding of my condition and ideas I can take to my doctor about how to treat it. They really care and give you their time and care. I so appreciate this level of service and know how.
Got an email from doctor telling me what over the counter drugs I could use for my parakeet with a sore toe.
Next day they found a bird vet.
Impossible to take to a vet parakeet is still wild.
Attonery: barristerinky gave me legal advice. I followed it. Now HUGE problems. Called Just Answer. They take no responsible for the wrong information. I will be negatively impacted for years to come.

I was given some suggestions to solve the problem that did not work., but by experimenting with the settings of the thrust bearing cam within the recommended setting range the problem knocking noise was reduced to nearly inaudible. This solution was NOT included in the suggestions. Might be a good idea to have the repair tech collaborate and share ideas on recommendations to customerss (callers).
Great information and very quick response. The AI was actually accurate and informative as well. Only problem is that it gives an option for a phone call and even though I denied it they wouldn't quick sending me a pop up that I can be called.
Not knowing how to begin, I started googling on how I could get some advise concerning an oil painting that I have inherited.
The answer came back quickly. If I had had the time, I was given an option to speak with the
Lady who answered my question. I plan on getting back in touch soon.

I went to their site seeking to get an answer to a legal question. The site says it is free yet after filling out their questionnaire the site demanded $5 and my credit card info. No way on God's green Earth am I giving them my banking info. So they sold what info they had and now my emailbox is being inundated with lawyers who are all unwilling to give out free info.

I wanted to know if my 270K + car would "survive" the change from a 5-speed to a 6-speed transmission. I did not even want to drive the thing because of the relocated clutch guides. Mechanic helped me right away so I "write away" today to thank them. Even better gas mileage.
