Everyone was helpful and informative even though it did take a day they did get my situation taken care of and I appreciate that. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I do I'll be comfortable in that. Thank you for your service.
Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Complete scam and I regret wasting my time. I sought out help for my daughter and paid the $5 to ask a question just for them to tell me to give her a pain pill and sent me on my way. Woke up the next morning to see a $46 charge for a membership I had no idea I was signed up for. Of course I reached out but was told I would not be refunded since my question was answered. Yes telling me to give my 8 year old ibuprofen and Tylenol was very helpful information that I told them I was already doing! Never again.
Earlier this week one of my cats had eaten something that i thought was poisonous and i was panicking because it was late at night just before we were about to go to bed.
I was googling what to do and landed on this site and ended up speaking with one of the vets and she was able to walk us through how to treat our cat and get her to throw up.
We're eternally thankful for the help.
The clarification, concerning a recent diagnosis from a new therapist, I received from llw26 put the entire matter in a healthy perspective. Having BPD, confusion can distort reality. Since she answered the questions I had about the diagnosis, I have the insight, from freedom of doubt, confusion, and panic, to look at my situation with clarity and perspective. Without those traits, I doubt I would of continued therapy of any kind. It was well worth the money to have the peace of mind.
It says on the opening page to join for just 1.00 I was excited because I wasnt going to pay for an answer but 1.00 is okay for me. The answer they gave me didnt help me in the least. I open my statement and see I was charged 37.00 + 1.00! I quickly contacted them through chat and the person sent me a link to the disclaimer they have on the payment page and tells me that they charge 37.00 membership plus 1.00 joining fee and I cannot get a refund. I was very upset and started telling her that its not nice to deceive ppl by writing that they can join for Only 1.00 and tho they make money like this by people like me who dont realize that is still not an honest way to do it THEY JUST ENDED THE CHAT ON ME!
In short, their site is very deceiving so be careful with what you do and I dont recommend it.

I created an account with justanswer to fix an issue with my HVAC. During the signup I did not see any option that was given to me that I was signing up for a monthly membership. After a week I was charged $28 without my consent. Looking at the complaints here I can see they do it regularly and they use deceptive tactics. I am not going to be doing business with such a company in future

I chose to visit by chat. The visit to Just Answer lasted several hours. I was walked through my problem step by step. Try this - then that. Nothing seemed to work. Then the advice given got to be above my skill level so l had to end the session. However, l have printed the entire chat session and now am at my speed trying all the suggestion given me and hopefully one will solve the problem.
I needed legal questions answered about evicting a tenant in California. All the resources in my county of Sacramento are strictly for tenants, not landlords. I needed help! A friend found this website and within 30 minutes I was done, questions answered! The attorney was amazing. I will use again in the future!
I did submit a question for $1 and i get an answer from them in a minute, but you have to be very careful! They will charge you $50.00! Yes, according to them, you will start a free trial for $1.00 but within a week you need subscribe or you will be charges $50,00. Ok! So when i called the customer service told me that we send an email reminder! Guess what no they didn't and when i asked to be refunded specially in those days, they say they can't help! So it's scam! And big scam! I did ask for cancelation email and i did receive it finally! They rip you off! You took my $50.00 and i am going to keep on writing a bad review! Be careful

This is the second time I have used this service. One was to a vet for a very ill 12 yr old schipperke
This time it was to a Doctor about swollen, very itchy, lower legs asking if it could be my increase in Iron pills.

My eye is bothering me and I asked a simple question. The lady told me it would only be a five dollar charge and it would be refundable to sign up. I figured I would be charged once. I excepted the doctor another fee so when she told me it would only be five dollars to sign up of course I didn't read the information because my eye is bothering me and I took her for her word lo and behold. It's a $46 membership fee. That is not refundable when you sign up. Make sure you read the fine print actually save yourself the trouble and just find another doctor and other source of help!

I asked a question about investment advisors. The first so called "expert" was totally useless. I rated her low. I was offered another "expert" for free since, I guess, I am a new potential customer. The second guy was GREAT. A TOTAL turnaround from the useless first person. So give it a try. And don't be afraid to say someone stinks.
They are preying on the desperate by telling you they there is a small amount payable and an expert will answer.
Once they have your card details they deduct a small amount and another massive amount without authorization.
This supposed massive amount is a membership fee and apparently is displayed everywhere on there website.(double and triple check with fake accounts it is not discussed or displayed)
They are refusing to refund my money nor can they provide me of where i accepted the terms of the membership which was NOT discussed or agreed by me.

Excellent, all of my issues and concerns were addressed.
The vet ordered steroids which concerned me, as he was drinking 3-4 or more gallons of water/day. I asked the veterinarian on line regarding the dangers of steroids and what was necessary. My answer was quickly received and was very helpful. Thanks for the Veterinarian who helped by explaining the treatment and made me feel more secure.
This website is deceptive and misleading. It considers anything you type when corresponding with the bot a question, whether you ask one or not. The $5 fee you agree to ask a professional a question is truly a $30 membership fee, instantly. As you realize this and try to navigate the site for support, you will consistently get a 'BAD REQUEST Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand'. If you're able to contact anyone, you do not know if it's a person or a bot. I canceled my 'subscription' before I ever received any service. I'm currently trying to get a refund and running into dead ends. Don't go to any link that takes you straight to a bot. You do not get any billing information.

I visited this site by doing a internet search and I'm so HAPPY I found it. I had questions concerning myself and my puppy. Both doctors I was directed to answered my questions very satisfactory, while they also were caring and understanding. I would definitely recommend this site to family and friends. I bookmark the site in my favorite so I will have it, just in case I have more health issue concerns and want knowledgeable, caring answers fast. While being home, at my convenience or no matter what time it is day or night. I wish I would have known about this site long before now.
