Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
We had an issue with our hamster Gus. The advice we got was on point and easy to follow

The vet's honest answer about my dog's quality of life helped me feel better about my recent decision to euthanize my dog. My dog had been living with brain cancer for nearly a year and my family had tried many treatments but it seemed like we had reached the "end of the road" and there was more suffering than joy for my dog. But still, I felt very guilty and wondered if we had done enough. The vet answered my question very quickly and gave me his "what I would do if it were my dog" answer that put my heart and mind at ease with my decision. I appreciated the help today.
Tyler told me what to do and it worked. My REGRET is that I only hit 3 stars and wanted to make it 5, but the site wouldn't let me. I apologize to a fine advisor.
Perhaps someone with some juice could change my mistake and ramp Tyler's rating up to FIVE, which he deserves! Cost $31.
They claimed to only charge a one time fee of 5 dollars that would be refundable, then they charge you 65 more dollars for the membership. You're not able to get a refund because the additional 65 dollars is "attached" to the 5 dollar charge, that was customer services words. I paid 70 dollars to ask some one a question about a painting. The online chat help was completely useless as was the phone call with customer care.

I ran out of my normal emergency medication for my dogs seizures (liquid Valium injected anally) and had a question about using a substitute medication I had on hand. The vet gave me the specific dosage and how to administer the medication and my only reason for deducting a star was that it took a few hours to get a response. The information was accurate and I will use it in future I'm sure but I would have liked it a little sooner.
My E-mail to JustAnswer query concerned electrical lighting. JustAnswer wrote me to clarify several very critical related issues, and answered me with several Code-supported statements. All via E-mail, without searching, or even knowing what else was related to search for!.
They went above and beyond in trying to help me with the computer problems! Very professional, helpful, respectful help. They didn't just try to get rid of me as quickly as possible or demean me for my lack of knowledge
My question was answered satisfactorily, but, since the answer turned out to be really simple, I felt it was expensive. I don't like to have to sign up for a monthly membership. I don't have enough issues to justify it. A one-time fee would be much better, but I understand your reasons in order to maximize your profit. I will be cancelling my membership.
They tell you it's $5.00 to join Bill you $50.00 and another b"refundable"$39.00 to remotely fix your problem and just try to call and the customer service number just continually. Repeats reduardless of what you push

I did a TNR (trap neuter and release) of a community cat and noticed after 5 days that there was swelling, bleeding and a protrusion from his scrotum causing me to seek a Vets medical advise. Rebecca, the Vet that responded had 30 years of veterinary experience and was so helpful in alleviating my worries and what to look for so that I would know if I should take him to the Vet and when. I had received some inaccurate information from another source and Rebecca was able to answer all of my questions so that it made complete sense.
I will definitely use this resource in the future.
I didn't subscribe to this site. My account was hacked and they started dedicating the monthly fees from my checking account. Once I figured out where my money was going it took even more time to get it stopped. So I had additional money to go to them that I didn't approve. Then I had to create an account to even post this review.

A scam website that locks you into a recurring billing cycle. I called them and they gave me an incorrect answer, but I was stuck with a recurring bill, I don't believe that this is not a credible service provider.

I had 2 separate veterinarians answer my questions. They were very insightful and made sure they gave me good advice. I felt confident and secure about the answers they gave me. Turned out 100% correct diagnosis too.
My computer tech adviser, Mark Ewing, was always courteous, highly sensitive to my stressful reaction to what I considered a very significant problem, and very willing to do whatever would take to address it satisfactorily. I recommend Mark without reservations of any kind. In addition, other representatives of JustAsk addressed a different issue quickly and to my complete satisfaction.
I agreed to a $5 fee for a first answer and then they automatically charged me for a $60 fee. I tried to get a refund 5 minutes later and they said I was not eligible. They answered my first question and then I got no other responses. This is a scam in the first degree. Do not think you can get an answer for the $5 they promote. You will be charged the $5 plus the $60 plus a recurring monthly fee right away and no refund. BEWARE of this site. DO NOT USE THEM.

I used my credit card to ask a simple question about my mobile phone to Just Answer. I have been charged $54 per month since! I have emailed this company I even phoned and left a message. I have tried to follow the prompts to cancel the payments but am blocked even though I have signed on. After seeking external legal advice and have contacted the bank I have been advised that the only successful way to stop these illegal transactions being withdrawn each month from my account is to cancel my credit card! How appalling is that!

Paid the $1 in act of desperation to recover lost data. Absolutely no help. Thought I'd cancelled. Should've been checking my bank statements more closely because I've been charge $46 a month since November. Absolutely impossible to cancel online. No customer service number on the website. Advised there would be a $20 cancellation fee. Finally googled the company and found a number and was able to cancel over the phone. They did refund the most recent charge, but I still think it's a racket. BE WARY! That $1 they charge can quickly turn into a couple hundred (WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT) if you, like me, think you've cancelled then find out the company has no record of the cancellation. Did I mention they were absolutely no help with the issue I had—and that lack of help cost me nearly $250. TOTAL SCAM!

They made an unauthorized charge to my discovery card. They said it was non-refundable including the 39 $ cancellation charge. In the end they weren't able to give me a straight answer. Everything ended up costing more money.
