Everyone was helpful and informative even though it did take a day they did get my situation taken care of and I appreciate that. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I do I'll be comfortable in that. Thank you for your service.
Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I saw the ad to join for $1. That sounded great, but then I was asked to pay $39. While I was talking to the first advisor, Discover notified me that I was charged $55. I told the man that I was stopping. Who knows what other charges they were going to add on? Then I was asked online to continue for $39. I naively thought that was because the first man didn't solve my problem. No, that was an additional $39. I worked with the second advisor for about an hour and a half. He obviously wasn't familiar with Apple computers and we never got anywhere. Just Answer was a waste of time and money.

I was impatient initially because I wanted an answer yesterday. I had an emergency because I had improperly placed a brace on my dog's paw and it had swollen so much that it almost looked as if was beyond help. However, the doctor vet here was so efficient and told me exactly what to do. But more importantly, his tone was reassuring, letting me know that all would be well. I made a few mistakes here and there trying to medicate my doggie. He corrected me but in a gentle way. My doggies is well on his wat to recovery. Thank you very much!
I asked a technical question got a poor answer the found a few days later they took £35 off my card for a years subscription. Then I forgot and used them again over a parking ticket £5 for them handling my appeal. Same day they took £43.89

I needed help with my Mac, I thought I had backed everything up, but I didn't, so lost my downloads file that had books on it that I had bought as reference books, the gentleman called John was very helpful and patient. He was very good and helped me all the way. I had at least 32 emails from him and I really appreciate his assistance.
I was very relieved and grateful to get advice from someone who doesn't know me and hopefully the bully of a neighbour. I am now having to settle to the fact I feel they shouldn't have got planning permission and are quite threatening in some ways. I still have to find what to do if he does what he says and leaves the big wall only 30cms. From my windows and house a dark grey breeze block wall because "I haven't been nice enough to him!" and that the builders will put scaffolding on my property and I have not had the party wall act 1996 form at all or notice until last Wednesday when told me and the builders have started today.
I am very annoyed that Just Answer had debited my account 3 times, and had not responded to my question. Their web-site is designed to make it difficult to communicate without committing money and it has misrepresented the 2 times I re-accessed to obtain their response to my original question, as new questions, even though I was referring to my original question. This, incidentally remained unanswered up to the time that I decided to give-up on my £22 original payment. Imagine my annoyance when my bank statement confirms that the unanswered question has cost me 3 x £22.00 - £66.00.
I shall be doing something about this.

Through Rahul's expert computer skills he was able to rectify a problem I had with my WD Passport. This exterior hard drive could not be accessed because it was locked up. I received paperwork from the court regarding a five year old civil case in which I am a defendant. I decided to ask a couple of simple questions regarding my case that did not require the usual $250 attorney retainer fee. I received a detailed answer in about five minutes and was pleased with the detail. I then had another question that I preferred to speak with a live person. I was called back within about ten minutes and spent about twenty minutes on the phone with one of their people, (not sure if it was a paralegal or an attorney) but the conversation was in depth and specific regarding my question. The call did cost an additional $59 however it was worth every penny as far as I'm concerned.
Keeping this short, needed to figure out why I have cold air on the floor and defroster vents but have warm air in the middle vent. I did not expect more than a one time answer - instead we are in a series of short chats as I do the diagnostic steps needed. Eric's quick response, forwarding diagrams, and generally being available made it actually easy to take the under dash apart and start working the problem.
To those of us who pride ourselves on Googling answers, getting this level of detail so quickly is well with this minimal cost.
I am a RN/administrator of a clinic for the impoverished in Ecaudor. The pastor's son has had poorly controlled seizures for many years. A new neurologist prescribed new medications that are VERY costly here and I needed to know if the medications could be obtained in the USA and if by the same name. I had scoured the Internet unsuccessfully and stumbled across JustAnswer. They answered ALL my questions and within a few hours. (I did not use the immediate reply option.)
I discovered Just Ask as I was googling information after my dog ate an acorn. A chat box popped up and asked what I was looking for. I typed in my question and within 30 minutes a veterinarian responded with an answer. Turns out it wasn't a big deal (although acorns can be toxic to dogs if eaten in quantity). But the peace of mind was invaluable. I will definitely use them again.
I had a misfortune of asking a question? What a mistake? They charge before you get a reply - Thats a first! So Before I even received a reply I contacted them and cancelled. They acknowledged this ( I have a reply acknowledging this fact). Then I saw 2 charges one they charged already before a reply! And refund which has lost some value in conversion. And then guess what happens? They help themselves and charged again? So do not pass your credit card to these cons on the internet who take advantage people like us who need help and advise. They take advantage of the situation and furthermore make unauthorised charges. I hope you listen to this advice.
Ran into a problem while starting up our 2005 Nissan Altima 2.5L after a cylinder head gasket replacement. Needed to get the throttle chamber re-programmed. The tech sent the procedure electronically right over within minutes.
He also asked more probing questions related to the work we did and concluded that we should make an exhaust header change that will not only lengthen the life of the engine, but will prevent possible major engine damage in the short run upon conclusion of the engine rebuild.

Although my problem of a disk no longer showing data was not resolved, the support provided by their expert--jinsmn--was excellent. He would not quit even though I think he knew the issue was a physical rather than software problem with the disk itself. After six-plus hours of trying to recover lost files, he finally gave up. Unfortunately Jins cut the comm link with me so quickly after he reported his conclusion I did not get a chance to thank him for his efforts and discuss his perspective on the issues or alternatives to my system. I figured that part out for myself. Much to the credit of JustAnswer they did not charge me any more than the original contact fee, refunding what I had further committed to for a direct link. All-in-all a good experience and I would return if necessary.
I was treated respectfully. My IT agent really dug in to help me find a solution. Unfortunately, there is no solution for my problem. He didn't just tell me that. He gave me various information to do further research. I liked that.
Just Answer is a scam. No help whatsoever and they trick you into signing up, then bill you monthly by deducting from your bank account. They charge you for closing your account too, IF you can figure out how to do it. DON'T USE IT.

After many years of my Yahoo password being saved and not asked for, due to a browser change (for Netflix) I was asked for it: of course I'd forgotten it and was locked out. Yahoo passed me through to JustAnswer who not only solved my password problem but cleared my laptop of all of the problems it was having of tardiness, page freezing and interminable blue wheel turning. I was warned of their full monthly charge when I paid the initial fee of $5. I plan to continue with JustAnswer due to their ability to do the necessary job without fuss. The Techie spent well over an hour fixing my laptop problems and was always very communicative and responsive in our to and fro typed conversation.
The unexpected scare last night with my dog would have been alot worse, but thanks to the quick response from the vet gave me peace of mind our pldog would be ok. Great site to use for an emergency. Thank you so much our Lucy is fine.
I'm located in Australia. I needed a legal question answered, very basic yes or no required.
$5 deducted, than after answering took another $76 which I wasn't aware they would do. (Not sure if this is determined by the length of the connection with the "expert" because he was going on, when I just needed Yes or No?)
Then a week or so later took $95 for a memebership I had no idea about, I did get a refund for the $95, but paid $5.70 International bank fees. Not a good experience. Will NEVER use again.

My dog had some itching and gum discoloration issues that didn't seem life-threatening, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't cancer related..and the vet I spoke with gave me answers I wouldn't be able to find on google by showing him photos and videos of my dog. I'll keep an eye out for changes and take him to an in-person vet if the negative changes he described happened, but he also let me know of medicines I can get for my dog that will help with his main issue of itching, and he let me know why the itching was probably occurring too which was useful and reassuring. It was super cheap and I'll be using this service again if something else happens I need a quick answer for that's not life-threatening. Thank you!
Prior to upgrading to Windows 10 I backed up all my data using an Iomega external drive and software. After the upgrade I was not able to restore the data. I searched for answers and found the JustAnswer web page. My problem was solved after Cris (from JustAnswer) accessed my computer, downloaded the required software and restored the data. I am very pleased that I did not lose many years of information and photos.
Allen was very helpful in getting us the info we needed to diagnose the truck we were working on.
