The tech's knowledge was solid and advice was what i expected. I have an old receiver that failed to power up. After more than 30 years of reliable service he told me the time had come to probably get a new one. With few shops available anymore, unless it is a very high end unit, the cost of repair and inconvenience outweigh the purchase of a replacement.
This business is a scam. They advertise a small $2 charge for answers but discretely sign you up for an outrageous monthly subscription fee without being upfront about it. It's hidden in the fine print and is slimey and a scam. Avoid at all costs!

I called Tim W about an intermittent and frustrating problem with my lawn back. He walked me through a careful diagnostic procedure, even instructing me more precisely on what tool to use, and after a few exchanges and test runs, he was able to diagnose the problem.
I am confident I will be able to obtain an install the proper part. No expensive diagnostic fee, no inconvenience of hauling the machine into a shop, no waiting in queue to get my machine looked at.
Of course it is possible that the diagnosis is wrong, but Tim is still there for me in case I need to reach out to him again.
Very satisfied with Tim specifically and the process generally. Looking forward to using JustAnswer again in the future!

Everyone was helpful and informative even though it did take a day they did get my situation taken care of and I appreciate that. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I do I'll be comfortable in that. Thank you for your service.
It was suggested when I was trying to get answers.
I was stuck in the house with my cats in Florida for Hurricane Helene, brought a poisonous plant in from outside and didn't secure it fast enough before a cat chewed on it. Next morning…projectile vomit 6 times and his vet was closed. JustAnswer's Dr John helped me decide what to do and he was right. The cat is fine.

At 80, dealing with issues is difficult in so many ways... was charged a subscription fee that I had not enrolled in/or gave consent... my bank and purchasing company (after contacting both) said it was "scam" - then I called the business JustAnswer! Spoke with Sophia "and" she was so kind, listened "and" sent me confirmation of credits to my credit card - $5 fee, $47 membership... I am so thankful that I was connected with Sophia... AND, have called my CC company and the credit has been received! I am so very much pleased! Thanks!

It was on the Bosch website to help with a dishwasher issue - Dion was very helpful and not sure what the entire story is - I just know, I did not sign up for ANYTHING... my copied text says - "you will be charged $5 and it will be credited" - hence I gave my cc information... IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!
Frank, coin representative/expert has done well with all of my coins.
I recently had a billing fluctuation and am still confused as to why my monthly rate changed. I'm not doing anything different. I updated my card info and all went haywire.
They have went back and forth with me, still say I changed the length of time in which I want my coins reviewed. I am still working on getting someone to do it correctly.
I saw it when I was searching for appraisers before I submit my coins for grading.

(I check them out to make sure he isn't AI 🙂🙂) It's really nice to know that I can submit a coin for grading and have comfort in knowing I could make some real money from it.

Tip for consumers:
This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company - ever. They are a poor excuse for a business and are guaranteed scamming all of their customers with the business model and checkout page wording. It shouldn’t be legal.

I didn't know it existed. It just ended up on my computer when i was trying to solve my plumbing problem.
I have a new puppy who ate some grapes and when I looked it up, I found out that they were very poisonous. It was 10 o'clock at night so a local veterinarian was not a very good option. The veterinarian contacted here was an excellent source and walked me through step-by-step how to take care of my puppy and he is fine!

I was matched with the best possible provider, and he was able to confirm for me what my provider thinks that I have but wanted to wait for another test. Given my symptoms, history and comments made by a provider I have decided to start treating myself (it's over the counter stuff) before I have a second opinion scheduled. The responses I got from this provider gave me the confidence I needed to move forward. While I will still ask for that specific test he suggested I really need my treatment to get started since I have been struggling with this for over 2 months now. I did not realize this was available and it proved very helpful. I fell for one of those " to good to be true" ads. Since this has happened before I try very hard to completely check out before buying. Well they still get you. When I saw charge onCC as being in China could not cancel order. They do give tracking info but when it supposedly gets delivered no one can find it. This site took the tracking info and checked all delivery options and is not anything they could find ( no way I would have the information on how to contact every company). They definitely advised disputing it with credit card company.

Due to the fact that I am a senior disabled and going to a vet usually cost about $200 just to see them and then get a prescription for A relief medication for my dogs would be too costly then I remember there was a service online. Thank you for your time again Sandra Mcinvale.
The technician got back with me the following morning but we found a different appliance that was making the beeping sound but he did give us some suggestions for the ice maker ice sticking in big chunks.
I've been using there service for a while this year and they usually are able to help me fix the problem.
The JustAnswer technician would always answer my questions and provide me with any information and PDF's when I needed them.

Was having problem that the overhead console on my 2002 dodge ram was showing CCl. Jonathan helped trouble shoot and we determined the problem to be a wiring one. This was in fact true, and further investigation revealed a disconnected plug under the dash. Problem solved.

I had used the service before
I called for advice on my dog who was ill. Dr. Emily called back quickly and was kind, caring, asked questions and listened and gave very thoughtful and detailed advice and recommendations. It was such a relief to speak with a vet and feel reassured about what to do. We saw our regular vet the next morning who confirmed her assessment and my dog was much improved by the end of the day. Dr. Emily was wonderful and saved me a very expensive trip to the Vet Emergency Department!

Mike Bragg was very helpful with lots of advice to get my new computer set up properly. As we all know updates to tech happen quickly and often and I needed someone who was fully up to date to guide me. Highly recommend.

My 6 month old kitty had swollen eyes, was sneezing/coughing. I was very worried and it was the middle of the night. I got help from a wonderful vet after just a few minutes. She said it was probably allergy and it did get better in a day or two.
Fair price for the service
Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
