“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

The lawyer did not understand my question though I asked it two different ways.

Reason I chose this business:

I thought I was only paying $5 for the initial consultation but I was charged $65 and put on a monthly payment plan unless I cancel before they charge me more. This is a ripoff.

I had a terribly experience with them I needed some medical advice and they say they only charge 1.5$ and that u can cancel anytime they charged me arond 40$
Which is being said nowhere do not recommend!
Unless u have like a billion dollar they steal it money beware of them xoxo

We were on the road 300 miles from home and she got in my husband's overnight and ate 1/2 a Tylenol before I stopped her. I called and he walked me through what I could do without a veterinarian's care. Today she appears to be fine. Thanks for taking care of my Maddie.

The information validated my concerns and encouraged me to follow through on my
Suspicions which is what I needed. I am concerned however as with many websites that I am going to incur more charges that what I expect. So I reserve my opinion
Based on the future hassle to discontinue the service.

I contacted Just Answer to speak to a family law attorney about my daughter's upcoming divoce. She was having a hard time getting answers to her questions from her present attorney. Just Answer's family law attorney provided prompt and comprehensive responses to all of our questions as well as support for my daughter during this very difficult situation she's dealing with.

Garage were pulling there hair out trying to figure out the problem as to why the engine warning temp light was coming on even although it was cold, just answers expert gave me the advice as to how to get to the bottom of the problem, Quick and informative.

Jason gave me some good advice although I hadn't realized it would be another $39 to have him access my computer remotely. I just took what he offered for 'start up costs' and will come back at a more lucrative time. I think he felt bad that he couldn't help more. He did excellent work with what he had to work with.

They tell you that it will only cost $5 then they charge you $46 on top of that but do not warn you of this. I did get an answer from the doctor but I was unhappy with the lies they fed me on the price. Will not be using again.

Since July 2022 money has been taken from my credit card each month without my permission. I need to know why and how do I get my money back from JustAnswer. I never needed JustAnswer service I don't know how they got my details. I am not a member.

I was not totally sure if I made the right decision going to Just Answer for help. I was very surprised how thorough they were making sure that the issue I had was completely resolved. I would go to them again for any issue I have with my computer.

I paid 10 dollars for a trial never got an answer requested a refund immediately after 10 minutes of waiting for anyone to respond they sure did not take long to ask for money. Terrible way to take people's money

I wish there was a way to give zero stars... signed up to get an answer to a question. The answer I got was not helpful. When I signed up and agreed to pay $2 to have a question answered I didn't realize that there was also a membership fee that was going to auto-renew. I have since paid for a few months of a service that I don't use, never intended to use and will never use. Nothing is obvious with your sign up process and you feed on that fact then offer ZERO compensation even though its clear that services were not used at all. TERRIBLE policy!

I am a home repair do-it-yourselfer for about 30 years now and I love working on my family, friends and my own cars. If I ever have a hard time trouble shooting the cause of car trouble, I turn to JustAnswer for help. I have used this site for a few years now, and at least 7 times, and at least 4 different vehicles. The JustAnswer mechanics have nailed the solution every time. Yes, there is a small fee for the answer, but well worth it considering I would have paid almost 10 times the cost to have the dealership shop diagnose the problem. It is awesome having these mechanics just a click away; they are my go-to guys! ~Jim (Ohio)

Brad was able to diagnosis the problem with my Son's truck with just the information I gave him and without the opportunity to see the truck. Wish we had contacted him before throwing money at the problem without any resolution. Should any other issue come up with the truck, we will most definitely contact Brad again!

All they do is ask a few basic questions on repeat and then attempt to charge you to redirect to an actual solution. Literally appears to be a chatbot with connection to Google and not a real person. Your better off using google to look for a nearby business than replying on this bull$#*!.
