Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I had my clothes washer to lock down. I consulted with my owners guide, but could not remedy the problem. The manufacturer, online, referred me to the tech. With a few minutes he had the problem solved. It was wonderful. Thank you.
Response within a half hour from experienced tax lawyer. I followed up With a phone call which was friendly and very helpful. It Provided insight which was necessary and I was better off hearing it orally and not having it in writing.
Tried to get into Microsoft to pay my account but all I got was Security Codes and just going around and around. I got 10 Security Codes. I was totally frustrated. The technician for Just Answer helped me to figure out my e-mail and password to get into my account to pay for my Office 365. It was really a mess but stuck with it and we finally got into Microsoft and paid my account. He was really good!

I was very impressed with the timeliness and quality of the responses I received from Just Answer. I was asking a legal question that was pretty complicated and potentially precedent setting. I was very pleased with the guidance provided. This was much more logical and succinct than I received from lawyers over the phone. I would highly recommend this process to others.
The vet that advised me about my dog's problem was very helpful. I just didn't like the automatic subscription for a monthly fee that came with the consultation. That was almost like extortion and I resented it.
I had used justanswer in the past and the response was fairly good. I went to use it again to answer a mechanical question and paid for the answer. The expert contacted me in an hour but then ignored me for five days.
I called the support number and they said they would reassign the question. 5 hours later they had not done it. I called again and they said I have to contact the current expert and ask him ot release the question so it could be reassigned.
Dumb Dumb process. If he will not respond to the question when he has my money why do you think that he will respond when I ask him to give the money to someone else. They have no clue so I cancelled my question and I will not go back.

I thought I was signing up for $1 to ask one question, they then asked to sign up for $31 to get the answer. I cancelled immediately. Answer was a no answer reply, "they can't give an answer without knowing more information etc". However I am not getting a refund for the $31. Terrible!

I asked a question about my cat for 5.00, they charged me 29.00 fee 6 days later though i cancelled the membership the same day I asked the question. Be very careful, i called to let them know i asked the question the 6th and cancelled the same day and was charged 6 days later. First rep set the phone down and didnt speak anymore. Second rep screamed that it was the 4th and it had been 7 days though my cat broke his leg the 6th? The day i asked vet advice. So why would I be asking about his broken leg two days prior to him breaking it? Very unhelpful, very sketchy company. Not sure if they are actual experts or not. Doesn't seem so, proceed with caution.

I signed up for a $1 Trial and then $46 monthly billing after the trial period ends. JustAnswer.com then sent an email saying that I signed up for a $1 "joining fee" and an immediate $46 monthly billing. I was chatting with a JustAnswer Expert and didn't see the email until later. On the next day the $46 charge showed on my card account. I immediately cancelled the membership. JustAnswer refuses to refund the $46 saying that it was a voluntary enrollment and non-refundable. They cannot prove that the offer that I selected did not include a trial period. Watch this service closely if they offer a trial period.

Phil was very helpful I explained what I was trying to do. I sent him drawings of the floor plan and specs for boiler and pump. He offered to engineer the system for me. I elected not to at this time as I am in the middle of remodeling my bathroom. His information was very clear and made realize that the conversion was going to be more detailed than I thought. My current boiler is 20 years old and will probably need to be replaced. I will contact Phil then to have him engineer a system and so engineer a cooling system
This was the first time I'd used JustAnswer. I didn't ask the question until Friday afternoon Pacific time. I don't know what expected but I certainly didn't expect 4 or 5 demands that I rate the service before I received an answer. I finally got an answer late Sunday night Pacific time and the answer was dead on. So I gladly give 5 Stars to Phillips. But I'm unimpressed by JustAnswer's demand for my rating moments after I submitted a question and continuing throughout the weekend until Phillips was able to research it and provide an answer--which again was right on target.
Justin was courteous and very knowledgeable with how to "fix" my issue. He did a FANTASTIC job and helped me understand the reason behind the problem.
I would ask for him by name if I run into another issue.
If you use this service, the charge will be $55 plus a $5 charge. Do not trust this service. Speak to anybody other than this service! Then you will be charged $55 monthly! The only reason I selected one start is because I would not have been able to leave this review without at least one star! Beware!

I needed specific information for a 2014 Subaru Forester. The vehicle had a P2764 code. Dan was awesome. He provided factory service manual diagrams and gave me the specifics I needed to diagnose the problem. I had quite a few specific questions and he answered them all very thoroughly. I am not a novice when it comes to working on cars but haven't had much experience with the CVT transmission in the Forester. He gave me the information I needed to be totally confident in replacing the valve body. This service is a great asset.
