Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
The request for review of tech assistance was inserted prematurely into the text dialogue. I gave a response thinking this must be a progress report, but then I was no longer able to text with the tech. I was left on my own. However, in all fairness, the initial instructions from the tech got me on the right track and I was able to complete on my own (although it took me quite awhile) resolving the problem. Therefore I was highly satisfied with the help that was given. It would be good to delay the request for a review until the problem has been solved.
It was the default choice when I contacted HP Support.
I stayed at a apartment in Texas and I was shocked to had been give over $500 in late fees for turning my keys one hour late to the apartment. I talked to a Tenant-landlord attorney here, Richard, and he made me feel very confident in the charged amount being unfair and gave me a few suggestions for how to handle it. I created a email and had Richard look over it and felt very happy with what help I had received. I sent the email and in less than 8 hours the charges were removed.

The vet was wonderfully and helpful, even checked up on us. I have no problem with him at all. But I got a expected $5.00 charge PLUS a unexpected $28. Charge as I had joined a membership to be charged $28 a month without being aware of that! I don't recall any of that and wondered if I was tricked! Anyway, I just cancelled it. Again, no problem with the vet. He was very helpful

Charles was very helpful walking me through all the possible problems preventing my refrigerator water dispenser from working. Discovered the problem and was able to fix it with minimal outlay of cash. Thank you Charles.

After confusion on how payment is applied for a trial, a response was quick and I received credit back on my credit card. My question was not able to get a helpful response but I hope others do better.

I talked with both a lawyer and an accountant through text messaging an email. I was very satisfied on how fast both of them were. I was able to answer on my time instead of having to make appointments.

I was very concerned about my cat Cowboy. He was pulling his fur out. I called and talked with Dr. Rebecca. She gave me several reasons why this was happening and told me what I should try to correct this issue. When I hung up I was greatly relived. I am very pleased with JustAnswer and would recommend this site to family and all of my friends.
I liked the idea of talking directly to the veterinarian. She was very helpful. L didn't feel hurried. She answered all of my questions.

Just answered the question i asked. I think a couple of questions I didn't ask should have been obvious to them, that needed to be asked, but i was new. I tried to give a 5 rating but this site would only accept a 10. Just ask says $2 sign up. I was surprised that there was a $84 fee that wasn't discussed. Silly me, I thought I was on the Landlord and Tenants page.
I was fooled. Not internet savvy.

It was very helpful to be able to chat with a vet about my questions and concerns. Certainly faster, easier and less expensive than making an appointment with my vet. Dr. Lewis listened to me, offered me really good suggestions and helped put my mind at ease.
Emergencies with our pets always happen on weekends. We were dog sitting a tiny schnoodle who was stung on his paw by a yellow jacket. After doing whatever home remedies we could we signed up for just answer and the vet assigned to us was so informative so we could decide if the ER was necessary. How to tell if his fluffy face was swelling, and what the air would sound like if he wasn't breathing well. Gave us helpful info that we couldn't find online and was very calm.
It was reasonable compared to the ER.
Trying to program our Honeywell thermostat and we did something wrong and it was blowing hot air. We couldn't get the A/C to come on. Our technician was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us until we got it fixed. We would not hesitate to use this service again.

Subaru stopped working out in the middle of nowhere and just answer put us in contact with a very knowledgeable guy who was able to instruct us how to bypass the valve problem so the car would at least run. We were able to get home safely and can take the car into the dealer for the fix very soon. I had never used just answer, but it was very much worth it and this situation, worked out great!
Looking for help
Called JustAmswer and the chat told me it would me a 1\$1.00 refundable charge, I agreed - then to my disappointment and anger they charged me $66.00. I deleted my contact with JustAnswer and never heard anything more.
The automated phone system said they have refunded my membership fee. Until I contacted JustAnswer the next day I had not heard of "MEMBERSHIP FEE".
Overall I am sorry disappointed with their deceptive financial operation.

The online notice said to click and receive an answer for $5. But once you give them your information, they charge $60! When I called, I talked to the most patient, kind, young lady, with absolutely no authority to help me. She repeated the same information so many times that I thought, for a moment, it might be a robot! That's the best thing I can say about that experience. She said a supervisor would call me back to discuss the issue, but they never did. I called back a few days later to speak with a "supervisor," and apparently they have a script to follow because the person repeated the same thing the first young lady said.

Late night advice of online Vet got my dog into an ER Vet Hospital in time to remedy his vomiting before he seriously dehydrated. His situation was beyond home remedies and he could be in serious trouble if I didn't seek Vet care. Turned out he developed gastroenteritis in the aftermath of hernia surgery and strong antibiotics. The hospital admitted him overnight on IV fluids and meds. The hospital Vet told me the advice I got was accurate and saved my dog from organ damage.
It was late at night and I could not get my dog’s vomiting to stop. My local Vet was unavailable so I researched online vomiting in dogs and read an article about gastroenteritis and it’s dangers in dogs which led me to contact JustAnswer for a Vet’s advice.
Chetan had understanding words for me and showed empathy after I fell for a scam. Unfortunately, it was not possible to stop or reverse the transactions I had made... but he helped me with the instructions for a 2FA

I I asked Wise for a callback, which shouldn't cost me too much, as I don't live in the same country as the callback was expected to come from.
The Doctor listened to all concerns, presented all scenarios and provided her thoughts. She was not pushy, nor did she place assumptions. The Doctor was compassionate and thoughtful, during her feedback process helped me make my decision.
I felt more comfortable talking to vet in person regarding this issue than listening to friends and neighbors.
No Real answer just tips on protecting myself & my assets. Only friendly contact no soliitcation whatsoever. Share daily positive affirmations. Claims others have cloned him, but I want to be sure... not stupid.

Dr Adriana was trying hard to address my concern regarding 1 1/2 yr old parakeet, little babylucky.she also addressed hem by his name…it was difficult to diagnose BL since didn't physicall6 exam8med him, but dir give me some advice to, hopefully, remedy the issue.
It seems that BL is a little better and has been chirping. Seems more alert. He could possibly be molting.
