“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I called JustAnswer because all of a sudden my printer woud process paper but it all came out blank. Never had a previous problem with it. I called JustAnswer and the answering tech was quick to diagnose to problem as a bad print head. I replaced the printer and am happy once again.

I asked a question I thought was going to cost me $5. Then they say if you subscribe, we will send you a text/email before charging your card. Well, I never received the email or text about the charge.

When I complained I got ZERO response.

Also, the advise I got from a EXPERT on their site said that the car was not starting because of the auto on/off switch. I new this was not the case and then asked their EXPERT if it could be a starter going bad. His simple response was yes. I knew it was not the auto on/off switch because sometimes the car just would not start. The only time the auto on/off switch would activate was when I forgot to turn it off. Their EXPERT was nice so I left a good review, but they did not know what they were talking about!

I got a useful response to my question. However... they wanted to charge me $30.00 when they advertised $5.00. I called customer svcs just to make sure I would only be charged $5.00 and I was told that I would. Now I get my credit card and the charge is $30.00. So, this is the reason for the poor rating.

I contacted Antique Roadshow and asked for an apprasial and they gave me an expert to help me find the value of the book. Now I just need to find a buyer. This book needs to be in the hands of someone who will take care of it. This book is in good shape except the front and back covers are shot. Crisp and clean pages.

Couldnt get my fairly new Bosch Drier to override a lock, the manual wouldnt download from the bosch website late on a Monday evening. JustAnswer had the problem resolved within 10 minutes meaning I didnt have to watch mounting laundry for days and wait for a call out. Excellent service and will use again!

I had taken my dog to the Vet with unanswered questions about a pretty serious condition. I suspect Vet not wanting to make me sad about the problem left me feeling a bit worse with unanswered questions. The Vet on the chat made me feel more comfortable with 3 potential things that could be going on with links to websites to help me understand better. Anxiety with knoweledge is better then anxiety without. Thank You

I tried to ask one question and system told me they charge me only for 2$. But they charged me 2$ and 86$ extera without my permission and without letting me know. It was supposed to be refundable but for 2 days I'm trying to contact them they says can't refund back my money. Avoid this system they scammer.

I searched online doctors for an online evaluation for a medication that I received in the hospital from which I was just discharged. I went through an extensive pre-screening and was told that a doctor would be online soon and could definitely help me with what I was requesting. Then I spoke to the doctor forever And the conclusion was a we don't write prescriptions here is a list of local clinics. We are not Telecocs. They advertise and miss lead you as if they are and charge you $50 for the ridiculous process. After going back-and-forth and demanding a refund I discovered that they had charged me twice $50. Had I not demanded a refund I would not probably have noticed right away that they charged me twice on top of trying to scam me by chatting with a bunch of bots who then send me a list of in person doctors to go to. This site is a scam.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t it’s a scam and when you request a refund you will find that they have double billed you

Rip off, I used the site for one question, paid 60 dollars and then they charged another 60 the 2nd month, total recurring bill ripoff, said they could not refund the 60 dollars because it was against their policy. Do Not Use this sit

Having read lots of bad reviews i was wary at first however i saw a couple of good reviews and decided to go for it. I wasn't disappointed i have spent all day bouncing messages back and forward for only £26 I s**t you not. It has only been on one subject matter but i have asked multiple questions and the person was very helpful, i was certainly 100% satisfied with the service i received. It would have cost me a lot more with a solicitor for the information and discussion we shared. I have tried not to make this sound like some one who works for just answers as i definitely can confirm it is bonafide as far as i'm concerned. If you don't want to register for a monthly premium then don't simply click not now when requested to register for the free trial. If you do register for the free trial and don't want to pay a monthly subscription then cancel it or you will get charged more money. Read the terms and conditions or at least the relevant bits

I posted a question for a dog trainer after getting noise compliants about my dog when I moved to a new apartment. A trainer answered me right away and offered me training exercises and products to help my dog while he was getting used to his new home. Well worth the $ bc I haven't gotten a complaint since.

They hit you with a $40 ongoing fee but their app is completely useless. You can't even send photo to experts. Useless customer support. A time-wasting scam

I was in a desperate situation, only to find this service is a Subscription! Rediculous. I was not able to think clearly or make decisions doe to the stressful nature of m6 situation, while I was been exploited by "small print" to the tune of over $300. Don't use this service at all. They are unprofessional (I apparently interrupted the attorneys dinner) and take your money at all costs. When you try to find out what happened, every person will give you a different answer, proving unprofessionalism. Jessell, the supervisor, was the most unhelpful person I could imagine working in a customer service environment. Rude and totally unhelpful and extremely threatening. Disgrace to the supposed company. Do not use!

My dog had been treated for a rash, and all of a sudden he started
Vomiting. I talked to a Veterinarian by the name of Scott Perry, and
He assured me that it was safe to wait until this AM when I took the
Dog to our local Vet. We do not have an emergency clinic closer
Than two hours, and most Vets here don't do night and weekend
Emergencies. Thank you Scott Perry.

I wanted an answer to one question and was told it cost $5 I give my credit card information and was charged $60. I canceled subscription and was told I would not be billed again. I have asked several times if they refunded the $60 that was already charged but they only say I won't be charged again but never say anything about refund. And to top it all off, I got a smart $#*! answer to my legal question. I have contacted my bank about this fraud.

My 2015 Mercedes Benz started acting up recently and I didnt know what to do with it. My husband was on a tour and there was no one to help me with this. It was then that my next door neighbor told me about justanswer and the services it offers; to my surprise, on contacting the experts, they solved my problem in a whiff. It was just a spark plug issue and thats all. I was surprised to see the experts patience in dealing with my ignorance about cars and stayed with me until the problem was resolved. As a DIY'er I can't overstate how great it is to have access to expert answers. The turnaround is usually rocket fast, the experts are great, and I can't venture to guess how many times I've saved hours and hours of my time by spending 5 minutes getting an answer from a pro.

For seemingly no reason my refrigerator--a very reliable one for ten years--suddenly switched to OFF--electricity still on, but no cooling. With a frig and freezer full of food, I needed help fast. The technician I was paired with couldn't figure it out at first--we tried several thing that didn't work. But we both persisted, and finally he came up with a solution that reset my refrigerator and saved all my food (this was on a Sunday and I wasn't expecting to find a repairman to come to the house anytime soon). After agreeing to provide an appraisal for a large Persian carpet, a "justanswer.com" expert"/representative contacted me by email after 14 hours (supposed to be 8 minutes!) she requested more information because she couldn't provide an answer after very precisely detailed informational description. She requested photos of the rug and a lot of other nonsense (I am a rug collector). Because I "engaged" this "expert" by responding to her request I was charged $48 before I had even received a second reply. Customer service was curt and rude and when I requested an immediate refund I was told that it wod take 5 days to process my refund. This is obviously an offshore operationthat is not a credible resource. STAY AWAY!

I asked a legal question and did not get the answer to it though I did my best to formulate it clearly. I requested the payment to be refunded. The refund was processed in full within a couple of hours after I requested it.
From my stand-point, Just Answer is the perfect business that keeps its obligations.
It isn't easy to understand other person by mail, I learned it being almost 25 years in business. However, keeping one's promise that is a must. And JustAnswer is the perfect reliable business. I shall certainly recommend it.

In my opinion your better off googling your question. This site will charge you to become a member, then charge you 5x the membership fee to ask a question. When you receive an answer they don't really stand behind it at all, they will tell you that they can't "legally" tell you exactly what you should do, is take your problem to a professional that can answer your question correctly. It's like paying a five year old to give you an explanation, they will dance around your question and give you a half $#*! explanation leaving you just as clueless as when you began. I only gave two stars because they refunded my money after I said this to them. Said I'd give them a good review, I think it's good compared to what was going to be written.

Justanswer had a trial period that I canceled within the trial period and said that I didn't. It was from the vet app that I canceled and apparently they aren't connected. They refused to refund the months they charged me. This is a scam company that tricks people. Their service is also garbage. You get better advice from youtube than their vets. They basically said go to a vet. Great help that was.
