Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Thank you to tech support Nhat Nguyen for helping me with my computer issue and giving me advice on what I should do next. I would recommend Nhat Nguyen as he made a big effort to check my issue despite the time difference.
Dr. Antoneta is just awesome. At first I didn't know what to expect, but to be honest I'm satisfied with her recommendations. I asked Michael, a so called 'Research Librarian' with an apparent wealth of knowledge, if he ever heard the tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise. He said that he hadn't.
When I mentioned that I thought not, as it was a little known Sith legend, he claimed that if a tragedy does not appear in his archives, then it does not exist.
I then received an order on my credit card for the extortionate price of £66, even though my question had not been answered. You'd think that a person would be friendly based on how good your manners are, rather than how big your pocketbook is.
Now he won't respond to further messages, and my credit bill is maxi-big.
Looks like he had the high ground on this one.
Ii had just downloaded some photos from my phone'smemory card to my laptop. I put the card back into my phone, switched on & had a message come up "card locked". I have had the phone for many years but never had this message before so I tried to re-insert it several times, but kept getting the same nessage. I contacted Just Answer & very quickly was told to move a tiny lever on the edge of the card & try again - BINGO! I had never studied the memory card & had failed to see the word "lock" by this tiny lever. Feel very stupid at not realising but very pleased with the extremely rapid response. Great service!

I had questions about starting a certain type of business. So I paid to get an answer from Just Answer. A lawyer, Roy Hadavi, said he specialized in the type of business I was forming and could answer my questions. About 20 min later he comes back with answers. Every single answer he gave me was wrong. I actually called State of CA and got the answers before going on the website, I just wanted a lawyer to review the answers for my peace of mind. Mr. Hadavi told me I would not need any of the special licenses and regulations I was inquiring about which were absolutely mandatory for this business. His answers were totally false! When I called him on it, he disappeared and closed the question so I couldn't review him. Thank God I did my research beforehand.

Tyler Z called & provided his speculation based upon sympthoms provided by me. He speculated problem could be a sticking mother board, bad bake element or bad sensor. I did go through my records & realized I had a sensor installed on 12/1/2016 which cost me about $250. He also advised me that GE Profile Wall Ovens are designed to last 12 years although they can last up to 20 years. Based upon the fact that I bought this oven in 2007 & the fact that it has a couple holes in its floor my wife decided to buy us a new oven with a 5 year extended warranty to preclude current oven nickeling & diming us. I found this company through asking a question regarding my Outlook/Hotmail account. When I was sent there I was asked to pay $1 to ask my question. I gave my credit card number ONLY to ask the ONE question! I asked my ONE question, was no given any help to solve my issue at all and I was disconnected. I now find not only the $1 charge on my bill, but a $39 fee. When I called to have it credited they only made excuses and then had the nerve to advise my that I was being billed yet ANOTHER $39. I understand their terms, but I never got an answer, nor would I have paid for the nonsense I did get. I am a retired woman doing what I can to take care of my mom's affairs after my dad passed away in January. I do not have money to waste like this!

My assistant, his name sounds like Larshki. He was professional, patient, answered all my questions and solved my problem in about 20 minutes.
