“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Don't use this site. They don't cancel when you request it and refuse to refund you when you complain. Their customer service is awful. The phone customer service is a bot that just keeps repeating "This is Steven." The chat service told me to email to *******@justanswer.com. When I did I got a reply saying this address wasn't accepting messages at this time. The chat cuts you off if you don't reply in seconds. Overall, a horrible, horrible experience.

I wanted to connect two PC's to home network. I was asked to open my computer for the "expert". He did nothing to solve the problem, asked me to be patient. After more than two hours I had to go to sleep. I paid 47 dollars + 39 dollars. I tried to rate him. He must have given himself five stars because it looked like I had given him that. Certainly I hadn't. When I was writing a complain he took over my computer and wiped it out. He get paid after the rating which he must have given himself.

I signed up for a "trial" and when I went to ask the second question, it charged me $5 and REQUIRED my email etc. They charged me $46! Without my consent. And I know it wasn't on the terms and conditions that I'd originally clicked when putting my email in. They told me, through email, that I'd used it for a day so I'm not eligible for a refund...bull$#*!.

We got immediate, usually, answer'swhen our dog was having seizures, your vets put us at ease and got us off to the correct solutions to our dogs problems. They were great. Our dog is better and we're pleased with your help.

This site is a scam. I tried the 7 day trial that cost $5. I asked a question and to receive the answer to my question I have to pay $30. That's crazy, they make is seem for $5 I could ask a question and receive an answer. Not true they charge you to get the answer to your question. So I'm out $5 and canceled the trial. This site is misleading and fraudulent.

Do NOT use this company! They are a rip off and the costumer service is horrible. They will only answer a question if you lock into a membership. They do email you once you are a member as they hope you will not notice the $50+ charge on your card. If you have an issue, they will not allow you to speak to a supervisor and get ready to get hung up on. AWFUL! Stay away

Suck you in by getting $2.00 to get started (along with credit card info).
Shotly after ask for $58.00 to continue.
Told them NO NO cancel everything.
Still went ahead and $66.00 show on my Credit card

Subsequently find out its a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION.

Bunch of CROOKS.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I signed up for a trial membership and used the trial to ask one question. Though it's my fault that I forgot to cancel the membership, when I contacted them after having paid 3 months without any activity, I was told that they can cancel the membership but refused to refund me any amount. Okay, I can take the responsibility for not having canceled, but at least refund me for the upcoming month, which was just charged to my credit card since it's not for the past months. I even asked them to prorate the refund for the upcoming month and even that was out of the question. Horrible customer service that makes me feel like this company is scamming a ton of people with their free trial offer and hoping that they all forget to cancel their subscription before the trial is up. I will not use this service again.

Just make sure to cancel the trial if you don't plan to continue using their services and don't want to pay the monthly membership.

I had a problem with my ignition in my car for several weeks, and talked with many mechanics, watched several videos online, and spoke with some locksmiths. Everything I found was going to cost me from $50 to do it myself or up to $200 for a mechanic. The person I talked with at JustAnswer, (Mechanic01), gave me advice that fixed the problem completely in about 5 min with the use of WD40. I couldn't believe it! Thank you again sir for your service. I didn't choose to join for the ongoing service, but if I ever have a similar issue I will certainly will turn to JustAnswer.

You speak to a fake assistant (bot with automatic answers). They pretend to direct you to a professional that can "definitely" answer your question if you only pay $2. They then charge you another $86 for a membership you never asked for. SCAM. It actually doesn't say anywhere that you need a membership to ask a question, they just take advantage of people asking for help. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD INFO.

The car was having trouble maintaining power at idle and kept dying and i couldn't figure out why. I looked on the internet for some help and this site came up. I was skeptical at first but after a little bit this mechanic replied to me and gave me some tips on what it might be.

I'm pretty mechanically inclined but this was my first real issue with a car. After some trouble shooting it helped a lot and I was able to adjust the throttle body to get it to keep running. It was easier than towing the car to a shop and about half as much as a night in a garage.

I feel so desapointed by this application!
I have entered my credit card as they asked with i register and only told me they will charge me a fee of $3 which was ok for me.
The next day i have checked my bank application and saw $66 membership!
I directly called them to get a refund as i was not aware of this and they didnt want to give me a refund! I just feel very sad because i dont have a lot of money and they couldnt do anything for me!
I still hope they will do something for me because im so mad and never got charged in the past with another company without knowing in advance the price! I will not tell me people around me about this company as it was a very bad time for me!

The person I worked with was very patient and spent many hours trying to fix my printer. I tried to help from my computer but to no avail. The end result was: not fixable! Over all it was an interesting experience and I appreciate all that was done to fix my printer.

They got my credit card information to charge me for $1 to get an answer. They hid that I was also getting billed for a month of service plus it was automatically a recurring monthly payment. I let the initial charge of $46 go because I didn't have the time then to claim a refund. When I just saw a second such payment I spent considerable time canceling the account and getting a refund of at least the fee I just found debited. I didn't have a copy of the information that fooled me to begin with so I couldn't realistically make an adequate claim. So they have 92 dollars of mine that was 92 times greater than I thought it would be.

My criticism is based only on their deceptive promotion.

I asked a question and was told to pay $5 refundable if not satisfied. I realised very soon that it was a scam and I told them so online. NOW iI have just discovered that they have been deducting $66 membership fee every month! I never agreed to anything, never signed anything and never got an answer to my question. I have asked my bank to retrieve my money and I want to do the same to them that they have done to me and many more people! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

On 1/24/20 I was online, googling some technical support for installation of software. I had purchased software from 2 different that did not provide a live technician to help with this installation. I was very upset because I had already paid for this software to protect and update my laptop.

I finally found "Just Answer" to help me. To my surprise this company took my information and I was assigned a technician. The technician was very patient with me because basically, I have no technical skills.

The installations did not take ½ hour. I can tell you "Just Answer" is now in my contacts and in my cell phone for future use.
