“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Be careful when going into this site. They tell you they are only going to charge you $5 dollars. When you put in your card information they start by automatically charging you the $5 dollars, then they try and get you to pay to talk over the phone with the profesional, you can say no to that and have step by step sent to you. What later you find is that they charge you $39 dollars for a membership you apparently were ask to join at the beginning of the ask the question process. When you call them for a refund they say they will not refund you the money because you signed off saying yes to the membership.

I am an antiques and collectibles dealer. I sell a very wide array of different types of items and occassionally i need help with an item, either help authenticating an item and or appraising an item. It is so valuable to me to be able to send in photos and a description and have an expert provide me with detailed information on the item and a current market value. Ive used this service 10 or more times and ive also used the legal section as well, the service, speed, and information is always top notch. So, overall Justanswer is a very valuable and dependable service that is affordable.

I was promoted to last $5 to ask a question, but was charged $51 and I never asked the question! They said that they couldn't refund me the $46 or the $5! Then they canceled the membership-so I'm out of $51

The JustAnswer website is unfortunately not a complete picture of how they operate or customer satisfaction. On their site there are 396 customer reviews, all positive. However, outside their website I have found over 400 reviews that are negative. They do NOT post any negative reviews. Also, their claims of not billling until 100% satisfied are NOT true. They bill when you submit a question and they are VERY reticent to refund. I never saw an answer to my question and my DISCOVER Card was it with two charges totalling $61. Also, be careful about what is "represented" on their website. In my instance they used the KUBOTA logo and name and also claimed that I could "ask a KUBOTA technician". Obviously, this was not the case at all. Their system is VERY slick but ends up being VERY misleading. I personally will avoid using them ever again.

The session went well for texting back and forth. I slowed the process up by being unfamiliar with instructions given me. I was not sure of how to follow the instructions. I imagine others with more experience with their device than I have with mine would have had gotten through the process faster than me.

I did get the results I needed. Rennan Lui knew what to do and was patient with me!

I needed help with my Kia Soul, I was paired with Amedee. He was very helpful. He was available at my requested times, very patient as i explained the problem to him and he explained the solution to me. I'm not a car guy so I really needed help, he was perfect.

Contacted vet service for my cat the vet suggested phone call. When phone call came it was for a review of service I didn't get. I could not reconnect with vet and was billed for $92.68 for nothing. Do not get scammed.

I am so grateful! I woke up in the middle of the night freezing. I didn't check the furnace; I was too tired. But that morning I woke up to 51 degrees in my home during the Chicagoland winter! The thermostat was set to 72, so I knew something was wrong. I was rushing out, but returned home to the same issue. After 15 minutes of interaction through the site, problem solved! I was told by the bot that the initial fee was refundable. 2 mins into the conversation with the Dr. I was told I had to talk on the phone for an additional $50+ I closed and canceled and asked for a refund since they charged me the $1 and also the monthly fee and was told it was not refundable. CRAP service!

My Facebook account was hacked, I wanted to get my old account back. Well thank didnt happen, I did get a new Facebook account, but it wasnt the account that I was in search for. All in all the tech did what he could, for that I am extremely grateful.

What a ripoff company! We joined for a question we had and got an answer. Then after that, we had no more use of this service (they want to charge 39.00 every month). So we called to cancel and was given a cancellation number. Then a couple weeks late they tried to charge our account! We called them and they denied we canceled! STAY AWAY!

I was looking for bushes for my Ryobi Drop saw.
The Ryobi site directed me to these guys for assistance.
These guys asked for 2$ to provide a chat for help.
They took the the 2$ and 57$ after telling me they couldn't find and expert to assist.

I needed after hour vet advice for my sick dog so I called Ask A Vet. In July I was billed not only for the $5 but also $35 for a membership fee. I called them to cancel. In September my credit card showed another $35 charge. I called the company but they said I cancelled at the end of August so they billed me on the the 28th of August which is several weeks after I requested cancellation. They refused to reverse my charge and when I persisted the phone person said we were at an impass and she refused to talk further and hung up on me. An ethical business would not have done that. Very unprofessional behavior.

They advertise $1 for the first month and $20 each month thereafter unless you cancel. I was charged $1 & $20. I decided to cancel. I calledto do so and they refunded $20 only to charge me $46 for technical support. When I called for an explanation because I didn't ever use the service, I was told the charge was for the call to cancel the $20. So, it cost me. $46 to get my $20 refunded. What a scam!

They said it was a $1 trial fee. When I went to pay it was actually $35. I only found out later it was a 35 dollar a month commitment. My experience using them was a 2 hour and 15 minute response only to ask a question. I answered right away. Then a 2.5 hour responce with another question. After answering that question I got a responce 7.5 hours later with another question. After answering that question immediatly no more questions or answers almost 6 hours later. They were zero help on finding the problem. I have since found the problem myself. I would not recomend using this service.
